I have made a sacrifice I have tried to make in the past, but have not had enough inspiration to actually follow through with it. I'm going to quit making videos on Youtube. While it was great fun and helped me relax, I feel it made me desire more views and more attention. But I'm still not quite sure if I made the right decision, I feel that if I control that desire I can still make videos on Youtube...But I'm not quite sure if that's the right choice.
Please help me.

That depends on what you were doing. Were your projects the fruit of your spirit, or your ego? That is something only God can answer you, and only through the science and art of meditation.
