Hello Instructors,
I try to find the answers to my questions on your site before I bother you and I believe I partially have but would like some clarification please.
I believe my biggest obstacle is a lack of will power and my inability to concentrate for a lengthy period. I understand that this will improve with practice and time. I would like to know what type of exercises I can do to improve my will power and concentration levels. Your site mentions observing the breath, mantras and visualisation exercises. Observing the breath is pretty clear, however what mantra(s) and visualisation exercises do you recommend?
As always, your help and guidance is much appreciated.
