It has been said that a single practitioner can only eliminate 50% of his ego and the rest must be eliminated with the help of a partner. Are there specific ego's that can only be eliminated with a partner? For instance i understand lust can only be destroyed with a partner, but are there any other defects that i must have a partner to eliminate as well?
Thank you for your time

Single practitioners can eliminate 50% of the ego, yes, but this does not mean that bachelors or bachelorettes cannot eliminate lust to a given degree.

Single persons can work on what they can see, whether it be lust, pride, anger, vanity, etc., but to see the ego in its entirety requires tremendous power: hence the need for an alchemical marriage.

One can only eliminate what one comprehends, no matter what the ego. Comprehension is aided by transmuted sexual energy, so the work in a marriage will be much deeper if taken advantage of.
