"Whosoever wants to learn how to transmute the sexual energy must know in depth the Vajroli Mudra, since if they do not know it, they do not know, because they do not have the science for sexual transmutation." - Samael Aun Weor

So it seems to fully transmute the sexual energy as a single person Pranayama is not enough and the Vajroli Mudra is essential.

Is it possibly acceptable to stimulate the phallus/testicles/prostate immediately before inhaling in the shape of a jar in order to achieve an adequate erection if we are unable to achieve an adequate one when only massaging after the exhale (purity retained of course)?

I have been doing Christic Egyptian Pranayama, Seven Runic Vowels, and the Vajroli Mudra in that order back to back. Could this be why I am unable to achieve an adequate erectiion when I get to the Vajroli Mudra?

Would eating some fire be possibly appropriate?

Thank You

Stimulate the sexual organs according to the directions, once you have exhaled and are rising up to massage the prostate / ovaries. This is important because you are inhaling the life force up the spine from the sexual glands once you have stimulated them.

Virility does relate to how much fire we have, so increasing your intake of red meat can provide more sexual strength with which to work. However, eat it in balance with the other tattvas.

Also, it says...

"A very subtle and smooth massage does no harm in any way, thus it is possible to practice a slight massage whenever we work with the six rites taught in this book, without the slightest damage." - Samael Aun Weor

So does this mean we should massage the creative organ/prostate during the other rites also?
