This is nothing even remotely serious for me personally; but, I merely have a question. I was slightly goosed or grazed in the testicular area yesterday; which, sometimes happens to a lot of men. This happened on the right side. It left me a little tender;but, I'm sure it will heal. Does this effect pranayama and transmutation practices that much? I actually noticed what litte small amount of discomfort I had going away with frequent pranayama. Years ago; I had trouble with varicocele on the left side. Now that I am beginning my work; it has gone away. Will I be alright after being slightly goosed or grazed? It can happen now and again as I"m sure most of you know. I was in the wind with a large object yesterday and quickly protected myself. The object still goosed me; but, didn't hit me hard like it would have had I not done anything to shield myself. I'm sure athletic gear would be an appropriate solution for high risk situations. And; this really brings up an important point I guess. Men; who are following the path, should protect themselves. Women obviously don't have the same situation. So; will I be alright? There is no swelling or anything. Only a little discomfort this morning that felt like varicocele; but, not even that bad.

I do not expect you have any cause for concern.
