El Shaddai



(Hebrew אל שדי‎) El (אל) means "god" and Shaddai (שׁדי) means "devil." Shaddai (שׁדי) derives from the verb שׁדד (shadad), meaning "to destroy," hence: אל שדי El Shaddai means "God my Destroyer."
