Following the sequence of the previous lecture, Escape from Sodom and Gomorrah Part One, we are going to explain how we can escape the impending doom all of us are involved in.

To begin let us remember the three mother letters of the Hebrew alphabet:

  • Aleph א: air
  • Shin ש: fire
  • Mem מ: water

And, we have stated the the letter Tav in its ancient form (+) represents the earth. Why is the earth represented as the cross? Because the earth gathers all of the salts of Alchemy in order to work in the magisterium of the sublimation of these salts, which we have to comprehend; the salts related with the letter Iod.

Two Kinds of People

The three letters א Aleph, ש Shin, and מ Mem are hidden in the word האנשים Ha’Enoshim. This word relates to what the Bible in Genesis calls Enosh, which means human being. Ha’Enoshim is the plural form of Enosh.

In the graphic, we have the word Ha’Enoshim האנשים twice at the bottom of the Tree of Life. On the right side Ha’Enoshim is written in a light blue color and on the left with red because Ha’Enoshim addresses two types of human beings that the book of Genesis describes.

When we read the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, we read that three Ha’Enoshim appear to Abraham when he was seated in the door of his tent at midday. Midday is the zenith, the north, which corresponds to Abraham. So at that time, when the Sun is strong, three Enoshim appear; later the book of Genesis addresses them as מלאכים Malachim, translated as “angels,” yet the word מלכים Malekim means “kings or queens.” The word מלאכים Malachim as well as מלכים Malekim relate to the sephirah Tiphereth.

The word מלכים Malekim means “kings.” The three מלכים Malekim, kings, relate to the sephirah Chesed, Geburah, and Tiphereth, the second triangle of the tree of life.

“When we have formed our inner Christ, He then enters into all of our vehicles through (the North) the pineal gland. The inner Christ has the shape of a small child. He comes out from within his Ethereal womb to enter into our physical body through the pineal gland. This is the descent of Christ into the atomic infernos of the human being. This is the Nativity of the heart. “This is how we begin to transform ourselves into Christs. Nature does not leap; this is why our inner Christ is born within us as a small child.

“The three (אנשים Enoshim, or) wise men (King Magi, the מלכים Malekim) adore him and offer him gold, incense, and myrrh. These three King Magi are: (Chesed, Geburah and Tiphereth) the Innermost, the Divine Soul, and the Human Soul (Atman-Buddhi-Manas).

“The Star of Bethlehem is (Ha הא) the Central Sun; it is the Great Universal Breath of Life. Our inner Christ is only one particle of (Ha הא) that spiritual Central Sun. The entire universe of Pleroma, the whole thought of God, is reflected within our inner Christ. Our inner Christ is the Word.” —Kundalini Yoga by Samael Aun Weor

The  האנשים Ha’Enoshim can also represent fallen angels or degenerated humans of Sodom and Gomorrah in Klipoth, at the bottom of the Tree of Life. As it is written:

“And they (the three מלאכים Malachim) smote the men (the האנשים Ha’Enoshim) that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.” —Genesis 19: 11

The אנשים “Ha’Enoshim of the right side of the tree of life are the three angels or three מלאכים Malachim.  Yet, the men (the האנשים Ha’Enoshim) of the left side of the tree of life, which are smote with blindness are those degenerated fallen angels and human beings from Sodom and Gomorrah which were destroyed by fire and brimstone.

So then there are two types of kings: the Ha’Enoshim of the right and the Ha’Enoshim of the left. The one in red letters are the Ha’Enoshim from Sodom and Gomorrah whilst the one on the right in the blue are the מלאכים Malachim – angels – three of them.

The three אנשים Enoshim or מלאכים Malachim represent the three elements air, fire and water. The three letters, Aleph, Shin and Mem, are in the words את השמים Ath Ha-Shamayim, which means “the heavens.”

Now, the son of Adam, the brain, is אנוש “Enosh” which means human; and the son of Cain, the mind, is חנוך “Hanoch,” which means “master." Madame Blavatsky stated: the name אנוש “Enosh” is related to the name חנוך “Hanoch.” Thus, Enoch and Enosh are the same archetype, the outcome of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. As it is written:

"And Cain (the mind) knew his wife (the genitalia); and she conceived, and bare Enoch (master)." - Genesis 4: 17

"And Adam (the brain) again knew his wife (the genitalia), and she beareth a son, and called his name שת Seth. For (the Ruach) Elohim, said she (the genitalia), hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew. And to שת Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name אנוש Enosh (human): because he begun to vocalize בשם יהוה the name IAOh." - Genesis 4: 25, 26

“The sound of the three powerful vowels must be prolonged like this: IIIIIIIIIII, AAAAAAAAAA, OOOOOOOOOO, that is to say, extending the sound of each vowel. The air is inhaled to fill the lungs, then one exhales it. One inhales counting to twenty, holds the air counting to twenty, and then exhales vocalizing the letter I [which must be pronounced like a long e, as in the word bee]. When exhaling one also counts to twenty. Repeat the same procedure for the letter A and then continue with the letter O. Do this seven times. And מי Me (who) teaches this knowledge!

And מי Me (who) understand these words!… קו לקו צו לצו זעיר שר Kawlakaw, Tzawlasaw, Zeesar? - Isaiah 28: 9, 10

Kawlakaw (קו לקו) makes the human spirit vibrate. Sawlasaw (צו לצו) vibrates the earthly human personality. Zeesar (זעיר שר) makes the Astral Body of the human being vibrate. These are very ancient mantras.” - The Perfect Matrimony by Samael Aun Weor.

Thus, Enoch "Master" Enosh "Human Being" are always addressing the same archetype, meaning those alchemists who become human beings by vocalizing בשם יהוה the name IAOh, during the Covenant of the transmutation of the Salts of Alchemy.

Cain קין has a Son חנוך Enoch, and Seth a Son אנוש Enosh. In the Cainite line חנוך Enoch begets Irad, Irad Mehujael, the latter Methusael, and Methusael, Lamech. In the Sethite line, Enoch begets קינן Cainan, and this one Mahaleel, who gives birth to Jared; Jared to חנוך Enoch, who produces Methuselah, and finally Lamech closes the list. Now all these names are (Kabalistic) symbols of solar and lunar years, of astronomical periods, and of physiological (phallic) functions, just as in any other pagan symbolical creed. So we find that the Sethite represents the Ha’Enoshim from the right. Whilst the Cainites represent the Ha’Enoshim, the demons of the left who relate to Sodom & Gomorrah in Klipoth. Esoterically and spiritually, Enoichion means the "Seer of the Open Eye." Khanoch, or Hanoch, or Enoch means the "Initiator" and "Master," as well as the "Son of Man.”

"And Enoch walked with Elohim: and he was not; for Elohim took him." - Genesis 5: 24

In other words, according to Genesis 5: 24, Enoch or Enosh was the first human raptured by God or יהוה אלהים Iod-Havah Elohim. Therefore, the Kabbalistic Book of Enoch or Enosh was the inspired production of the "Son of Man,” this antediluvian patriarch.

The Ha’Enoshim from the right are the ones that enter into the path of initiation and go up to the first triangle of the Tree of Life by incarnating Kether/Chokmah/Binah, Father/Son/Holy Spirit, represented in the letter א Aleph; this is how the מלכים Malekim become מלאכים Malachim, Angels.

The Ha’Enoshim who do not work with these salts but who through their bestial orgasm waste the salts of the three primary mother letters are the Ha’Enoshim of the left who relate to Sodom and Gomorrah, they are the בן־העמיני Benhamites, the incestuous children of Ammon, the Pedophiles who worship מולך Moloch. We must conjure them as follow:

By the holy Elohim and by the names of the Genii Cashiel, Sehaltiel, Aphiel and Zarahiel, at the command of Orifiel, depart from us Moloch! We deny thee our children to devour!

When he mixes with our Soul and our Spirit, he transforms us, for that reason, into glorious archangels [Malachim].

To Be Taken to Heaven

In this day and age we hear very often about “the Rapture,” in which people are taken to heaven. Obviously, the Rapture relates to the right side, because remember that Enoch as well as Elijah, as written in the Bible, were taken physically into heaven. In order to understand that we have to comprehend that only those Ha’Enoshim of the right are taken up to heaven because they pass through the process of transmutation or transformation, not only psychologically and spiritually, but also physically.

And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, and behold, there appeared a (מרכבה אש Mercabah Esh) chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and אליהו the God-IAO went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And אלישע Elisha saw it, and he cried, אבי Abbi, אבי Abbi, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. - 2 מלכים Malekim 2: 11, 12

In the world of Kether we comprehend that the great law controls all that is created. From the world of the Elder of the Days, we see the human multitudes as leaves hurled by the whirlwind.

The Great Whirlwind is the terrible law of the Ancient of Days. “Vox Populi Vox Dei.” A social revolt contemplated from the world of the Ancient of Days is a law in action. Each person, the entire multitudes, look like leaves detached from the trees, hurled by the terrible wind of the Ancient of Days.

People do not know about these things. People are only preoccupied by acquiring money and more money. This is the poor, suffering humanity, who are only miserable leaves hurled by the great whirlwind, miserable leaves hurled by the great law.

Our authentic Being in his essential root is the Ancient of Days. He is (אבי Abbi) the Father in us. He is our true Being. Our disciples must now concentrate and meditate very deeply on the Ancient of Days. The ecstasy, Samadhi, must be induced during meditation.

May peace reign in all hearts; let us not forget that peace is light. Let us not forget that peace is an essence emanated from the Absolute. It is light emanated from the Absolute. This light is the light of the Ancient of Days. Christ said:

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you.” - John 14:27, - Tarot and Kabbalah by Samael Aun Weor

There are, of course, a lot of people that believe in the Rapture and they say that the time will come when - as the Prophet אליהו Eliao - they will also be taken physically into heaven. This is absurd, of course, because the Ha’Enoshim who are taken up to heaven – which means into the fourth dimension (Eden) and into the Jinn state – are those whose Chesed, אל "El," God, by means of the Mantra יהו IAO, are completely clean of their בעלים Baalim or egos, namely, pride, lust, anger, envy, gluttony, laziness, greed, etc. It is impossible for those who have the ego alive, that is, the אבי־מואב Moabites who worhip the orgasm, fornication, adultery, prostitution, etc., of Baal Phegor, to be taken into heaven just because they believe in Jesus or just because they believe in their religion.

We are going to explain how “the Rapture” happens in order for us to comprehend that it is not just by believing that we are going to enter into heaven; the Rapture is a process of resurrection, initiation, that happens only to the Ha’Enoshim of the right, those who eventually become Malachim (kings and queens).

“And the earth was formless and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep.”

This is related to the people of the left; their “earth” is formless and void.

The people of the right have their “earth” (physicality) formed, and filled with many divine elements. That is why they are called “angels.” The opposites of the angels are on the left and they are called demons, the Ha’Enoshim that within themselves are formless, which means there is nothing divine formed within them, and as the Bible says, “darkness was upon the face of the deep.” This darkness is, of course, the ego: the defects and vices that we have that are very abundant.

Nevertheless, the Bible says:

“...and the Ruach Elohim moved upon the face of the waters.”

The Ruach Elohim is Abraham, the Spirit, the Innermost that all of us have within. The waters” relate to our semen, within which all the salts from heaven are crystallized and which we have to take advantage of.

Let us comprehend this difference. Most of the people of this Earth are “formless and void” and filled with darkness in their subconsciousness, while the angels are not filled with darkness but with light, and have formed virtues and solar bodies (the “wedding garment,” the merkabah, the chariot of the gods) inside of themselves.

Related to the escape from Sodom and Gomorrah, we find that Abraham addresses these three angels who appear from the North in the sky and approach him. They tell him that they are going to Sodom for the purpose of destroying it. It is written:

"And (האנשים Ha’Enoshim) the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before יהוה and Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? And יהוה said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes. And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto יהוה, which am but dust and ashes: Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it. And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty's sake. And he said unto him, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there. And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake. And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake. And יהוה went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place." —Genesis 18: 22-33

The Iod and the Salt

…“and Abraham returned unto his place” is the sephirah Chesed. This is very interesting, right! Ten was the last number. In order to comprehend the ten, we have to study the Tree of Life, the ten sephiroth, the ten commandments, the letter IOD (IO-D) which is the number 10 in the Hebrew alphabet. All of these point to the letter Iod. The letter Iod represents the salt of the earth —or the salt hidden within the sulphur which is fire —or the salt hidden within the mem which is water —or the salt which is also within the air which is aleph.

Regarding the “salt of the earth,” Master Jesus of Nazareth said:

“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 5:13-20

Jesus is talking about the salt of the earth, and we wonder because he says, “you are the salt of the earth.” What is he addressing when he said we are the salt of the earth? Each one of us is born under different zodiacal signs. The twelve zodiacal signs are related with the twelve tribes of Israel, and every tribe relates to a salt. There are twelve salts:

  1. Silica

  2. Calcium Sulphate

  3. Sodium Sulphate

  4. Nitron Phosphate

  5. Magnesium Phosphate

  6. Sodium Phosphate

  7. Potassium Chloride

  8. Ferrous Phosphate

  9. Potassium Phosphate

  10. Calcium Fluoride

  11. Calcium Phosphate

  12. Sodium Chloride

Those are the twelve salts related to the twelve signs of the zodiac that the Bible calls the twelve tribes of Israel.

What is the salt? The salt is the light, the fire that comes from the stars, and mainly from the Sun, into the atmosphere of the Earth and which is transformed into salt in the oceans, air, and earth of our planet. These twelve salts are the physical elements coming into our bodies from what we breathe, eat, and even the impressions that we receive through the senses. The final journey of all those salts (from the twelve constellations, plus the salt which is the fire of the Sun) that crystallize in us, physically speaking, are synthesized in our semen, which literally means “seed” whether the seed of the male or the female. That is, the salt is in our sexual energy. That is why when we study Alchemy we have to learn how to sublimate those salts.  When we say “semen” we are not just addressing the sexual energy of the man, but also the woman. In Alchemy, semen is applied to the sexual energy of the man and the sexual energy of the woman. So these twelve salts are, of course, in our organism.  

This is why we die then we are reborn in the different zodiacal signs in order for our psyche to become ‘rounded’ with those elements that we need in order to develop these twelve aspects that the Bible calls the twelve tribes of Israel, which are the outcome of the semen, because as you know these twelve tribes relate to the children of Jacob, and Jacob is Is-ra-el, which is represented in Tiphereth. All the tribes of Israel (which is Tiphereth) descend through the power of the Sun into the earth; they are the twelve salts of Alchemy.

This is why when we study the letter IOD which kabbalistically has the value of 10, we see that it relates to Kether, the first sephirah of the Tree of Life, because Iod is the first letter of the holy name of God, Iod Hei Vav Hei.  Iod is also the number 10, the tenth letter of the Hebrew alphabet, thus it relates to Malkuth, the tenth sephirah, which represents our physicality. This is how we see how the letter Iod (which is in the letters Aleph, Shin, and Mem, represented in the first triangle of the Tree of Life) descends through the light of the Sun (Tiphereth) into the earth (Malkuth, our physicality) and sex (Yesod, the “foundation” of life). If you observe the word יסוד Yesod, it hides a secret: it is the word Yod, which is the name of the letter יוד Iod, bearing in its belly the letter ס Samech, which is the Ouroboros, the Serpent of Brass that healed the Israelites in במדבר bemidbar (in the wilderness, which also means by the power of the word of God).

“Now the term במדבר bemidbar (“in the wilderness,” or “numbers”) in its real meaning is "by the Word," since everything that was done unto them was done by the Word of (IAOh) the Lord. And this is true generally.”  —Zohar

“By the word —בדבר יהוה be’dabar IAOh —were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the Ruach of his mouth.” —Psalm 33: 6


 Iod י : the eternal masculine principle (the salt)

Hei ה : the eternal feminine principle (the physicality)

Vav ו : phallic masculine principle; the lingam

Hei ה: feminine principle; the uterus, the yoni

Iod Hei Vav Hei יהוה (which kabbalistic value add 26, 2+6 = 8, is equal to the kabbalistic value of Yesod יסוד which add 80, 8+0 = 8. The יוד Iod of יסוד Yesod) is reduced to ס Samech, Ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. These four letters יהוה Iod Hei Vav Hei are in themselves of tremendous sacerdotal power. They must be pronounced as if imitating the howling of a tornado that is within the hills, or as if imitating the wind. When one wants to heal an ill person or to invoke a deity, it must be pronounced softly. They also serve for meditation. In those four letters, the two feminine and masculine principles of the macrocosm and microcosm are represented: the reed, masculine principle, and the cup, feminine principle. The principle of the Eternal One is in these four letters that must not be pronounced in vain. - Tarot and Kabbalah by Samael Aun Weor

The power of the word יהוה IAOh is the power of the light of the Sun, which is hidden as a serpent (ס Samech) in the letter Iod. Thus the י Iod is the —סוד sod — secret of י-סוד Yesod in the Sabbath, Malkuth, the seventh of the seven sephiroth. This is why when we talk about the letter Iod, we talk about Malkuth and Yesod together, king and queen in the sexual act; this relates to the ten commandments that we always talk about. And the word Iod itself also means “hand.” That is why you see in paintings of all the initiates they always show the hand, like the hands of God and Adam almost touching. This is because everything that is created relates to the letter Iod.  

The Ten

And thou (letter Iod י of בית Beth), בית־לחם Beth-Lehem אפתה Ephatah (be opened), Little (letter Iod י ) to be among the chiefs of יהודה Judah (or constellation of Leo, the house of the Sun)! From thee to Me he comes forth (the light) -- to be ruler in Israel (Tiphereth, the heart), And his comings forth are of old, From the days of antiquity. - Micah 5: 2

And looking up to heaven, Jesus sighed, and saith unto him, אפתה Ephatah, that is, Be opened. - Mark 7: 34

The Hebrew letter י Iod represents the salt of the earth. As Jesus said, “You are the salt of the earth.” Where do you find your distillation, the synthesis of everything about you? In your sexual seed. Your salt is your seed (semen). So by transmuting the twelve sexual salts is how we develop within ourselves the twelve children of Jacob, which are the twelve zodiacal salts or archetypes hidden in the י Iod of the ש Shin (fire) of אל El, the God ר Ra, יש-ר-אל Ish-ra-el or ישראל Israel which in the Sephirah Tiphereth represents Rah, the Sun.

This is the meaning of the last words of Abraham to the Angel אדני Adonai when he said:

“Oh let not אדני Adonai be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And ויאמר the י Iod, אדן Adon, the Lord, said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake.” -Genesis 18:32

This means that those people that will be saved are those who comprehend the value of the letter י Iod in אדני Adonai, which is the - סוד sod - secret of יסוד Yesod, the foundation of our alchemical sexual work.

Therefore thus says אדני Adonai, יהוה IAOh, Behold, I lay in Zion for a יסוד Yesod, foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure יסוד Yesod, foundation: he that believes shall not make haste. - Isaiah 28: 16

The letter Iod contains the light of IAOh יהוה Iod Hei Vav Hei, in יסוד Yesod-sex.  The people who understand this alchemical precept are in chastity. They transmute the semen into energy and keep the light of the Iod within themselves, and start creating within themselves what Genesis calls “the גברים Geborim,” internal solar bodies. So this what “I will not destroy it for the sake of ten,” means.

The Twenty

Yet, remember that before the ten, Abraham said:

“Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the י Iod of אדני Adonai, the Lord, Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And ויאמר the י Iod, אדן Adon, the Lord, said, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake?”  

By following the sequence of these kabbalistic numbers from the bottom to the top, we find that twenty is the value of the letter Kaf, which is after the letter Iod, and Kaf relates to the word Koach which means “power.” The letter Kaf is written with 2 letters, כף Kaf and Peh.  The letter Peh has the value of 80 and the letter Kaf has the value of 20. If we make the addition of 20 + 80 we have 100, and if we reduce that 100 by adding 1 + 0 + 0 we have the number 1.  Kabbalistically the number 1 relates to Kether which is represented by the letter Iod which is the number 10 as well. Moreover, Kaf means “the palm of the hand,” so sometimes we find in the Bible that Kaf addresses the hand, and it is very significant that Iod also means “hand.” Kaf is “hand”, but a hand that “gives and takes.” When you want to give something, you make the shape of a letter כ Kaf (with your hand) because you are holding something that you give. This is why it is written:

“And ויאמר the י Iod, of יהוה Jehovah said unto Moses, Put forth your (יד Iod) hand, and take the serpent by the tail (the י Iod). And he put forth his (יד Iod) hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his (כף kaf) hand.” —Exodus 4:3

As we see, Moses extends his (יד Iod) hand to catch the serpent, but when he holds it, he holds it as a rod with his (כף kaf) hand.

We also see how the letter Kaf relates to the number 10, which is also the ten commandments, the ten sephiroth. Kaf holds the י Iod, the —סוד sod —secret of י-סוד Yesod. Kaf holds the fire of the dragon, the serpent, the Koach כח, the power of חכ-מה Chok-mah, the shakti potential, the fire, the Shin, the inner higher aspect of Iod, by the tail. Thus, the letter כ Kaf relates to the fire of the astral light in the world of Hod, the astral body, which is developed by rising up, from Mah מה in Malkuth, the sexual fire, the כח Koach of חכ-מה Chok-mah through the spine, the rod, the Vav, the medulla, the Tree of Life.

Just as we carry the blood of our Father within our veins, likewise we carry in our semen the sacred essences of (Chokmah חכמה, Binah בינה and Kether כתר) Christ, Jehovah and the Father.

We form the I-Christ (solar astral body) with the Christic substance, and with him we replace the “animal I.”

We form the Holy Spirit (solar mental body) within ourselves with the seminal substance of Jehovah, and with Him we acquire esoteric wisdom and divine powers.

We strengthen the Innermost with the seminal substance of the Father in order to form (the solar body of will, Causal body) the Father within ourselves.

This is how we form the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit within ourselves, and we are converted into terrific, divine majesties of the universe. - Igneous Rose by Samael Aun Weor

Kaf and Iod together spell the Hebrew word כי Chi, “for.” The shape of the Hebrew word כי is a hand holding the Iod or the tail of the serpent, which bears the Chi, the solar energy. The Hebrew word Chi reminds us of that energy that the Chinese call Qi. That energy relates to the letter Kaf, which means Koach “power”, the power of Kaf and Iod together as כי Chi. The word כי Chi in Hebrew means “for” as it is written:

“(For) כי Chi the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my חסד Chesed (mercy) shall not depart from thee, neither shall the ברית Brith (covenant) of (שלומי Shalomi) my peace be removed, says יהוה Iod-Chavah from inside (the spine) the womb (מרחמך murhamk).” —Isaiah 54: 10

This means that through the process of the transmutation of the Iod, the salts of Malkuth, we eventually create Joseph, the astral body, which relates to the eleventh letter, Kaf, which holds the כי Chi, the astral power of Iod, the serpent by the tail, and this is how we achieve the union with Chesed (mercy), our innermost, by keeping the Iod of the Covenant in our spine: chastity. This means that by holding the astral solar light, which is within the cup of Benjamin, by means of the rising of the sexual power of the serpent of brass in the spine, we achieve union with our own particular individual God.

“Joseph represents the astral body of the human being, and Benjamin represents the superior astral (light), the Divine Chrestos, which is contained within the astral body of the human being (as the silver cup is contained within the sack of Benjamin). Properly stated, the sack is the astral body, and the divine astral (light) or Benjamin is our Chrestos, who is Benjamin himself, the superior astral (light). And it is by means of this divine or superior astral (light) that we return to our Father. Joseph saw (אבי Abbi), his father Jacob again by means of Benjamin.” —Samael Aun Weor

The Hebrew name בנימין Benjamin means "בני Beni, the son of my מין Min (sex)" or "בן Ben, son of ימין Iomin, the right (יד Iod) hand."  In Genesis, Benjamin represents the twelfth salt of the zodiac. He was originally named בן אוני (Ben-Auny) meaning "the son of Iod, my sexual power" by his mother Rachel, but his father changed it to בנימין "Beni בני, the son of my מין Min (sex)." (see Genesis 35:18).

Benjamin בנימין is the “son” of the adepts of the right hand, because the “son” of the adepts of Lilith, the left hand adepts, is Ben-Ami (literally, ‫בן־עמי‬ 'son of my people'), the fornicator crowds of the world.

If we invert the letter כ Kaf, if we put it upside down, its shape forms a crown or cap. This is why כתר Kether begins with the letter כ Kaf —כ-תר K-ether —which means “crown.” Kether כתר is the cap or כיפה kippah the orthodox of Judaism wear. כיפה Kippah also begins with כף Kaf. This means a power which is above the letter Iod, because the letter Iod is a power, a salt, but if you have a cap, if you wear a כיפה Kippah, you are stating with it that you are doing the work of God, meaning that you are rising the Iod energy from Yesod (sex) up to כתר Kether (“crown”). This is the meaning of the כיפה kippah or the כתר crown, cap or turban on top of the head, which is related with the letter כ  Kaf, whose value is 20. (With this, we are not stating that those who use the כיפה kippah, cap, or turban, know practically the meaning of the alchemical value of Kaf.)

The cap, the כף Kaf, also represents the hands or the כתר crown above the head. Notice the crown, the cup, כף Kaf, the hand in all well known paintings and mosaics. All these paintings are good examples of the Kabbalah as they demonstrate how the Kabbalistic Hebrew letters and symbols are to be found within them. They all portray the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Most of all though, on an individual level, they all point to the practical path which has to be undertaken for the self-realization of the Being. 

When a prophet is anointing or blessing an individual, he puts his hands on the head. By putting the hands or Kaf on the head, it means that he is crowning this person with Kether in order for him to be a king, since a prophet or a king is an alchemist who is being anointed by his own oil that he sublimates from the Iod of Yesod (sex). This is precisely what happened with all the prophets in the book of Genesis and all of the kings in the Bible. The prophets placed their hands and putting oil upon the head of the kings in order to make the sign that the energy of the Iod, the כף Kaf, Kether, the crown, was already on the head of this individual. This is how Saul crowned David, and how Solomon was crowned. This means that they were working with כף Kaf. It is not that they were merely believing in Kether, but that they were working with sexual alchemy. In other words, by sublimating the power of their Iod, David and Solomon caught the serpent of brass by its tail, and it became the scepter of their kingdom in their (כף kaf) hand.

So, this is what “I will not destroy it for the sake of twenty” means.  

The Thirty

Now, remember also that before the 20, Abraham said unto the angel Adonai:

“Oh let not the י Iod of אדני Adonai, the Lord, be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And ויאמר the י Iod, said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.”

The letter ל Lamed has the value of thirty. Lamed is related with the Hebrew word לב Leb, “heart.” This is why in Hebrew “ a heart that understands knowledge” is לב מבין דעת Leb Mebin Daath. Leb לב is “heart,” Mebin מבין is “to understand,” and Daath דעת is “knowledge.” As you see, those three words begin with the letters that spell למד Lamed.

Only the intuitive Kabbalists have hearts that understand knowledge (Daath, Gnosis), because they obey Eloha V’Daath Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei in Tiphereth. Thus, their Adam (Man, Manas, Mind) does not eat the Iod of Yesod or the forbidden fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The mind of the wicked Kabbalists, the children of Lilith and Nahemad, as Chaioth of the field, swallow the forbidden fruit through their orgasm. This is why it is written:  

“The righteous knows about the justice of the poor, the wicked do not understand knowledge.” —Proverb 29:7

The shape of the letter Lamed is another letter Kaf joined above on the left by a letter Vav; the value of Kaf and Vav in the shape of the letter Lamed, is 20 and 6  = 26, which shows us that Lamed (Kaf and Vav, 26 is equal to the value of יהוה Iod-Havah) plus ד Daleth 4, is equal to 30, the numerical value of the name יהודה Yehudah.

"Let us make Adam [the man, the Manas, the solar mind, Netzach] in our image, after our likeness." "Let us make Adam." Here the plural form of expression is used in order to point out that the creation of Adam [the solar mind, Netzach] was effected by the two divine [archetypical] essences symbolized as the male and female. "In our image," betokens the rich, corresponding to [Adam Kadmon 10, 15, 21, 26 = 72] the male יהוה; "after our likeness," the poor ד Daleth 4, corresponding to the female. Now just as these two divine essences form [יהודה Yehudah] a single whole, so amongst [Yehudim, the mind of alchemists] ought these two classes, the rich [those with solar minds] and poor [those with lunar minds], symbols of the male and female principles in the divine nature, to form [in each initiate] one mutually cooperative whole or [archetypical] community [יהוה צבאות Iod-Havah Tzabaoth in Netzach]." —Zohar

30 is the numerical value of יהודה Yehudah as well as the letter ל Lamed. Therefore 30 encloses the process where, by means of meditation and alchemy, יהוה 26, the rich fills ד Daleth, the poor. This is why it is written:

“And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans (the pineal gland, the seat of the human soul) write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and do not know that thou (thy mind) are (ד Daleth, which means) wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the (alchemical) fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness (ignorance) do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcomes will I grant to sit with me in my throne (the central nervous system), even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne (the central nervous system). He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.” —Revelation 3: 14-22

The initiate puts אלוה ודעת יהוה Eloha VaDaath Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei the heart energy of Tiphereth in יהוה צבאות Iod-Havah Tzabaoth), his mind, Netzach. This is why the letter Lamed ל is represented as a tower over the head, whose base is on the heart. A symbol of that or an example of that is precisely the crowns of the Pharaohs that have an asp, or cobra, on top of their crown. The asp represents the letter Vav which is the Serpent of Bronze that rises from the coccyx to the top of מצח the forehead, this relates to the Sephirah נצח Netzach, which represents the mind. A heart that understands knowledge is Tiphereth, the soul of the Kabbalists who uses intuition, their heart, in order to comprehend the knowledge that they have in their head. The knowledge, Daath, is the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

The letters Lamed, Kaf, and Iod together spell the Hebrew word (לכי Lechi). This is why it is written:

“Now therefore לכי walk, let me, I pray thee, give thee counsel, that thou mayest save thine own life, and the life of thy son שלמה Solomon.” —1 Kings 1:12

The former quotation, according to the Bible, is where King Solomon, when he is just a boy, is in danger of being killed, yet thanks to the advice of Nathan, who knows intuitive Kabbalah from the heart, tells Bathsheba, the wife of David, what to do in order to save the life of Solomon and her own life.

30 is related to the intuitive Kabbalists who in the world of the mind raise the serpent of brass, the letter Vav, to their Kaf in the pineal gland. The letter Vav represents the spinal column where the serpent of brass stands and protrudes out on top of the head of the prophets like the tongue of fire of Pentecost. This is why the sephirah Netzach is also attributed to Moses because Moses was the one that controlled the mind (Netzach) with willpower (Tiphereth) since Moses represents Tiphereth. Moses, because through sexual alchemy, we drew him out of the water, the letter Mem.

But let us read now what Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes 12: 8, 9:

“Vanity of vanities, said the preacher; vanity of vanities all is vanity.”

In the heart we have vanity and pride. In order to receive knowledge, in order to comprehend Daath, in order to have a heart that understands knowledge, we have to overcome pride and vanity because our inner God cannot mingle with pride and vanity. The more we annihilate vanity and pride, the more knowledge we comprehend because it is the inner Being who gives comprehension of Daath in the heart of what is written in the Bible or any other sacred book, any book that relates to the sephirah Chokmah (wisdom). Solomon says:

“Vanity of vanities, said the preacher; vanity of vanities, all is vanity. And moreover, because the preacher was (חכמה Chokmah) wise, he still (למד דעת —Lamed Daath) taught knowledge to the people; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.” —Ecclesiastes 12: 8, 9

As you see, when we teach, everything we teach is in our head, but the preacher, the one that teaches, has to follow Chokmah, whose kingdom is in his heart, in order for his intuition to show the way to his mind, and that is precisely a mind, a manas, a man whose heart understands knowledge לב מבין דעת Leb Mebin Daath. Wisdom, Chokmah is precisely the gift that Solomon had through the word Lamed. But in order to have that we have to apply לכי Lamed, Kaf and Iod, which spells “to go, to walk, towards Daath”. It doesn’t mean to walk physically, it means that we have to meditate, because the teachings are a development of the intuitive mind which is not the ordinary mind that we have; we have an intellectual mind that reasons. The intuitive mind of the wise is precisely the mind that we are talking about here, in relation to the letter למד Lamed, which in Hebrew means to learn, study to teach, instruct. So, this what “I will not destroy it, if I find thirty there” means.

The Forty

Now, remember also that before the thirty, Abraham said unto the angel Adonai:

“Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And ויאמר the י Iod said, I will not do it for forty's sake.”

40 is the next letter, which is the letter Mem. Thus, finally, in accordance with this ladder that we are rising, we find that the letter Mem relates to Tiphereth, and this is why Tiphereth relates to משה Moses, which begins with the letter Mem. It is written that Moses was born from the waters because he comes from the very bottom of the waters of Malkuth, Mitzrayimah, Egypt, and goes up to Tiphereth. In Tiphereth we find the letter Shin, because the second triangle of the Tree of Life relates to the letter Shin. So if we reach Tiphereth, we are reaching the second triangle, the letter Shin, and this is why the word משה Moshe is spelled with the letters Mem, Shin, and Hei. The Hei represents the feminine aspect of the waters; מה Mah is the feminine aspect of the waters united to ש Shin that represents the second triangle of the Tree of Life.

When we talk about the letter Mem, we find that the Bible in Genesis 2:10 talks about four waters or four rivers coming from Daath (the upper Eden):

“And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.”

The first river of the four was called Pishon. This relates to the sephirah Geburah. Geburah is that fire that descends into Malkuth and becomes “the gold of the dragon.” That gold is in the semen, whether feminine or masculine.

Remember that the dragon throws fire through the mouth. That is in relation with the sexual force in Yesod. That is Pishon, which Genesis states:

“The name of the first is פישון Pishon: that is it which compasses the whole land of Havilah...”

The whole land of Havilah is Malkuth, the physicality:

“...where there is gold; and the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone. And the name of the second river is גיחון Gihon [which relates to the sephirah Chesed] the same is it that compasses the whole land of Ethiopia.”

Gihon (Chesed) is water, and Pishon (Geburah) is fire, in accordance with the elements or the 4 waters of Eden. Genesis then says:

“And the name of the third river is חדקל Hiddekel: that is it which goes toward the east of Assyria...”

...which is the sephirah Tiphereth.

And finally at the very bottom, in Malkuth “The fourth river is פרת Phrat” which is called the Euphrates, which in Egypt is named the river Nile.  פרת Phrat also means “cow.”

These are the four rivers that we have to control, the four forces of the waters of the rivers of Eden that the initiate controls. Beginning with פרת Pherath, the cow, Malkuth, Mitzrayimah, Egypt, and as Moses goes up to Tiphereth. It is written:

“Joseph son of a פרת Pherath cow, son of a פרת Pherath cow (the fourth river of Eden), climb the fountain; daughters step over the bull.” —Genesis 49: 22

“And Moses (the son פרת Pherath, the fourth river) took the bones of Joseph (the bull, son of פרת Pherath, the cow) with him.” —Exodus 13: 19

Moses enters into Tiphereth, and as we know Tiphereth is related with Jacob. So we would say that Moses mingled with Joseph and Jacob. And who is Jacob? He is Israel. Jacob is the one that had four wives. Those four wives are a representation of the four rivers of Eden that the initiate has to control.

The three patriarchs that we call Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are represented in the second triangle: Chesed, Geburah, and Tiphereth. The four matriarchs are represented by the four rivers of Eden, namely, Pishon, Gihon and Hiddekel, that relate to: Chesed, Geburah, and Tiphereth, and the fourth river, the פרת Phrath is in Malkuth, Mitzrahimah, Egypt, where Moses is born. Thus, the three patriarchs and the four Matriarchs or Rivers form the number seven, Kabbalistically and Alchemically speaking.

When we add the letter Mem to the Hebrew word לכי, we form the word מלכי Melechi, which means “king,” such as in the name “Melechi-tzedek.” Tzedek means “justice.” When we reach that level of Tiphereth, individually speaking, we become a Malechi or a Melech, a king (or queen). The letter Mem has the value of 40.  So when Abraham says, “Peradventure there shall be forty found there?” Abraham means a Malechi, a Melech, a king or queen among the people of Sodom. Adonai answered: “I will not do it for forty's sake.”  As you see, this is how initiations are alchemically developed through the work that we are talking about.  This is why the Bible says that Abraham found Malechi Tzedek, King of Shalem, and with with Melchizedek he broke bread and wine in order to celebrate the Eucharist.

“And מלכי־צדק Melchizedek king of שלם Shalem brought forth bread and wine: and he is the (כהן Cohen) priest of (אל עליון El Elion) the most high God. —Genesis 14: 18

According to the Bible and Paul of Tarsus, Melchizedek is “he who is like the Son of God.” This is because when the alchemist reach the level of Tiphereth, the Mem, he become a king or she becomes a queen initiatically speaking, and then they can decide which path to follows, namely,  the Spiral Path or the Direct Path.

The word מלכים Malechim which ends with final Mem is plural for “kings.”  Malechim מלכים refers to those kings who still have ego. This is why the Bible states:

“And these are the מלכים Malechim (kings) that reign in the land of Edom, before there reigned any מלך Melech (king) over the children of Israel.” —Genesis 36: 31

Observe that the word אדום Edom also relates to the word אדם Adam. The only difference is that אדום Edom has the letter Vav in the middle, while אדם Adam does not. This means that these alchemists still are kings because they work alchemically with their spine, the letter Vav, but they still have ego. That is why they are called מלכים Malechim, because those without ego are called מלאכים “Malachim” Angels. Malchim מלאכים has the letter Aleph, but מלכים does not, because Aleph unites the inferior and superior selves into a whole pure one. This is why the מלכים Malechim do not bear the Aleph, because they are still filthy, even though they are at the level of Tiphereth.  

So this what  “I will not do it for forty's sake.” means.

Let us continue talking about the letter Mem.

The Forty-five

Abraham said:

“Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto יהוה, which am but dust and ashes: Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And ויאמר the י Iod said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it.”

45 in Kabbalah is Mem (40) and Hei(5): 40 + 5 = 45. These forty-five are directly related with the sephirah Geburah. “Forty 40 - ארבעים aurabim -” is pointing to - ארבע auraba – the four - ים yam – feminine waters of Eden, which are the waters related to the feminine aspect, the Divine Mother, the Shekinah, who as fire is related to Geburah, the left side of the Tree of Life. “And five - וחמשה ve’hamashah -” is pointing at two archetypes who as - נ Nun - fish emerge easy from Mem, the number 40, the waters; thus, alchemically, וחמשה ve’hamashah - are Noah נוח and Moses משה, they symbolize those bodhisattvas who are working with the left, with מה Mah 45, the Divine Mother, in order to annihilate those aspects that are related with our ego. It is written:

“Mi מי of the heavens above is (50) the highest pole, Mah מה of the heavens below is (45) the lower pole, and (40) the heritage of Jacob (the Mem of the Malechim) stands between these extremities of the heavens.” (50+40+45 = 135 = 9) - Zohar

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine (90+9 = 18 = 9), יהוה Iod-Havah appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am אל שדי El-Shaddai; walk before me, and be thou perfect. - Genesis 17: 1

“Then (in Yesod, the ninth sphere) shalt thou delight thyself in יהוה; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of יהוה has spoken the word.” —Isaiah 58:14

Mi מי is 50 above and Mah מה is 45 below. Mi מי belongs to the top of the right column, and Mah מה to the bottom of the left column, and in the middle is 40 Tiphereth, which is Jacob. This means that the alchemist who is reaching Mah מה in Geburah is working with the Moon and annihilating a lot of egos and defects below. Therefore, those who are with 45, Mah, are the ones who are working with the letter Hei of the Holy Name of God, Iod Hei Vav Hei. It is the letter Hei that is below here in Malkuth because the gold, the fire of the river Pishon of Geburah descends into Malkuth, and this is the Phrath that Moses utilizes in order to climb to Tiphereth as a causal body by dominating the mind, by dominating Alchemically and Kabbalistically all of himself. So this is what “If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it,” means.

The Fifty

Abraham said:

“Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? And ויאמר the י Iod of יהוה said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.”

According to the Hebrew alphabet, fifty is the value of the letter Nun, which in Aramaic means “fish, “eel,” and this is a fish that is within the waters of Mem. Madame Blavatsky said that the Innermost, Atman, Chesed, is within the Spiritual Soul, Geburah, like in a glass of alabaster, or cup of alabaster. The flame that burns within that cup of alabaster is Chesed, and indeed the cup is Mah. As you see, the fish is within the water.

To reach Nun (50) means to be completely humble: no pride, no vanity. This is why it is stated that Abraham was very humble. He kneels before the angels and starts asking them about this, but Abraham is asking this before the event that happened in his life. Before that his name was Abram. But his Inner God told him, “your name will no longer be Abram, but Abraham, because the “Hei” of Iod Hei Vav Hei will be added to your name because of your obedience. And the second Hei of Iod Hei Vav Hei will be added to Sarai, your wife, and her name will no longer be Sarai but Sarah.” This is how, alchemically speaking, - hamah המה - they, the ה Hei of שרה Sarah and the ה Hei of אברהם Abraham when united with their מ Mem, creative waters, become 50. Abraham in this case, alchemically speaking, as Chesed, absorbs the Iod from the two united Hei’s, the Hei of his name as Abraham and the Hei of his wife, Sarah, from their Mem, in the sexual act, this is how they are working with the forces of Iod Hei Vav Hei. The Iod is the salt of the earth, and the Vav which is the spinal column, is in both of them. This is the mystery. This is why Abraham said, “Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city?” meaning alchemists that reach the level of Jonah (the level of Abraham). Jehovah says, “If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.” How many Abrahams or Jonahs do you think we can find in this present society? Master Samael said: “In order to go into the Exodus, we have to reach 50%.” The 50% and the 50 that Abraham asked about, are the “fifty righteous within the city of Sodom,” people with the two letter Hei’s within themselves. In relation with the two Iods or salts of the earth, to the number 50 the letter Nun.

“His name shall endure for ever: his name shall be ( ינין Inun) continued as long as the sun: and men shall be blessed in him: all nations shall call him blessed.” —Psalm 72: 17

Inun means“continuing.” The one who continues after Moses is Yeshuah, the son of Nun. It it is written:

“And יהושע Yeshua the son of נון Nun was full of the spirit of חכמה Chokmah wisdom; for משה Moses had laid his hands upon him (you see, his Kaf upon him): and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as יהוה commanded Moses.” —Deuteronomy 34: 9

We have to understand that Moses is the causal body. If the initiate, the Malechim, takes the Direct Path, then Yeshuah descends, following after the work of Moses. This is what is written there that after Moses died, Yeshuah continues. Yeshuah is Jesus, which means “savior.” So this is what “If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes,” means.

As we read, one of the angels went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place. So, one of them goes with Abraham and two descend into Sodom. The one that goes with Abraham represents the letter Aleph which is the air, the Spirit, and the two who descend represent the letters Shin and Mem. Shin and Mem together spell the word שם “Shem” which means “name.” שם Shem “the name,” representative of these two angels – fire and water – is what descends to judge any humanity. Likewise, this present humanity is going to be destroyed by השם Ha’Shem: the fire and water.

Lot faces the מלאכים Malachim. Two of the מלאכים Malachim descend to Sodom and they find Lot at the doors of the city. It so happens that Lot (the embryo of Soul) is not even at 10%, but he is somebody that knows the knowledge and he is trying to do something within himself. He is still struggling and, as the legend states in Genesis, he goes out to escape Sodom and after that goes into the mountain to the cave and practices “sodomy” by “having sex with his two daughters” —which is commonly happening with many people in this day and age (see the previous lecture to understand this symbolism). But, they have the knowledge and the angels spare them. They die and they return to a new bodies, but because they did not work on themselves they perform sodomy, meaning they go with their animal desires, represented by the two daughters, because Lot is not even at 10%. How much is the percentage of awakened consciousness that we said we generally have? It is about 3%. But as you see, Abraham is talking with God about 50, 45, 40, 30, 20, 10, and when the angels arrive at Sodom, they find Lot at 3%. So you see how the mercy of God is? Even if it is not 10% but 3%, he says go and abandon the city because it will be destroyed, which is precisely the main point of this lecture.

All of us know about the work that we have to do in order to destroy our ego, but we are lazy and we do not advance in our chastity in order to reach at least 10%. 10% by accomplishing the ten commandments, by studying the Kabbalah and knowing about these ten sephiroth. All of this in order to reach at least the number ten. The angel Adonai says, “If I find at least ten, I will not destroy it.” But he does not find ten, only 3%, meaning Lot and his two daughters; so what happens? Well, Lot goes out of Sodom and Gomorrah into Limbo because he knows that only with Iod, ten, you will see the mercy of God.

Sequentially, when our Innermost Abraham acquires the Nun between the two Hei’s of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, we form the word הנה “Hanah” which means “behold.” Behold the נון Nun which is spelled with three letters —Nun which is bent, Vav which is straight, and Nun Final which is longer than the letter Vav. We find in the spelling of the letter נון Nun the three pillars of the Tree of Life. The Nun on the right represents Chesed, Abraham. The Nun in the middle represents the spinal column where the Samech energy rises, and the Nun on the left at the end of the word נון Nun. The letter Nun as Final Nun represents the column of the left which is purified. So when the Innermost Abraham achieves that purification, he absorbs the two Hei’s of יהוה and forms the word הנה “Hanah” which means “behold.”  The spelling of הנה Hanah has the value of 60 and corresponds to the sephirah Binah.

“Rabbi Isaac asked: Why did Lot run after the מלאכים Malachim angels?, as it is written: "and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them..."

“Rabbi Chatzakiah or Rabbi Yesa, one responded that he saw the image of Abraham among them; the other said that he saw the Schekinah or letter ס Samech resting upon them. It is written here: "and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them," and elsewhere, "and when he saw them he ran to meet them from the tent door..." (Genesis 18:2). So, just as he behold the Schekinah (אדני Adonia) there, he behold the Schekinah (אדני Adonia) here as well. This is the reason why "Lot seeing them run to meet them... And he said: '(Hanah nah הנה נא) Behold please (אדני Adonia) my lords (lady), spelled: Aleph, Daleth, Nun, Iod. The verse continues, "(souru סורו) turn in, I pray you," when it should have been written, 'draw near, I pray you.' What is "turn in?" This is the reason why "Lot seeing them ran to meet them... And he said: Hanah” – because the Nun represents Abraham and every letter Hei of the word הנה Hanah the two Hei’s of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei which represents the Schekinah of the two angels, meaning these are individuals who are purified and that are going to accomplish a mission.

“Behold please (אדני Adonia) my lords (lady).” The Zohar says Hebrew אדני Adonia spelled Aleph, Daleth, Nun, Iod. This name which people say as Adonai really is a feminine name and is the name of God in Malkuth. This is why we pronounce it Adonia with the same letters.

The verse continues, "(souru סורו) turn in, I pray you," when it should have been written, 'draw near, I pray you.' What is "turn in?" He did not want them to enter the house in the regular way, so his towns people would not see them.” So instead of saying “near to us” or “come near,” he says, “turn in.” The meaning here is let the force of your Schekinah, the divine force, go in, turn in within me, because, in other words, that house is your body, turn in within me in order to work in this alchemical work.

“This is why, "(souru סורו) turn in (your ס Samech), I pray you.” If you want to escape from Sodom and Gomorrah, turn in the forces of Shin and Mem – fire and water – which means Shem, the name. So that is equal to saying turn in, transmute your sexual energy, if you do not want to be destroyed by the angel of destruction.

The Sacrifice of Abraham

Of course, after all these events that we read about in the Bible we find that Lot escapes from Sodom and Gomorrah into Limbo (Tzoar), and thereafter Abraham has a son with Sarah whose name is Isaac. Who is Isaac? Isaac represents the fire of Geburah. It is the outcome of all of this alchemical work that our inner Abraham performs with Sah and Rah, the Moon and the Sun. Isaac is the סוד sod, secret fire, of the Samech, within theי Iod of יסוד Yesod (sex) that each one of us have to extract through sexual alchemy in order to escape from Sodom and Gomorrah.  All of the letters that spell the Hebrew word יסוד Yesod kabbalistically sum 80, 8+0 = 8, which is the same kabbalistic value of the letters יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei that add 26, 2+6 = 8.  Eight is the symbol of infinity.

“And it came to pass after these things, that Elohim אלהים tempted Abraham, and said to him, Abraham: and ויאמר the י Iod said, Behold, here I am. And ויאמר the י Iod of אלהים Elohim said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.” —Genesis 22: 1, 2

Thus, according to Genesis, Abraham was going to sacrifice Isaac to Elohim on the altar as a burnt offering; the passage hides the סוד sod, secret of theי Iod of יסוד Yesod (sex), which is a work of Alchemy.

Jehovah Elohim as well as Elohim Gibor, are on the left pillar of the tree of life, namely, Binah and Geburah. Thus, אלהים Elohim is asking Abraham to give Isaac, his son, as a burnt offering to Geburah because Isaac is still mingled with the impure fires of Malkuth. Thus, when Abraham is going to perform this burnt offering in Geburah, the angel of Geburah appears and stops him from doing so. Abraham thinks that his offering is impure and indeed it is, because the fires of Malkuth are impure. Geburah comprises Neshamah, that aspect of the Monad in Malkuth that Elohim has to absorb in order for Abraham (Chesed, the Monad) to reach mastery.

Isaac, who represents the סוד sod, secret fire of theי Iod (the ס Samech or the Ouroboros, the serpent of יסוד Yesod-sex in Malkuth, the physical body), is not yet pure. According to the translators of the Bible they think that Abraham is going to kill his son on the altar, but in accordance with the process of Alchemy Abraham is not going to kill anybody.  What Abraham is going to do is transfer his alchemical work of Malkuth to Geburah, which is performed through the sexual transmutation that he performs with Sarah. Elohim says: “offer to me your son” meaning, the Monad wants to absorb Isaac, the fire of the ס Samech or the Ouroboros, the serpent of יסוד Yesod (sex) in Malkuth, and to place it in Geburah. So the displacement of the fires from Malkuth to Geburah will grant mastery to Abraham (Chesed). Abraham will attain mastery through Isaac, the first initiation of major mysteries.

“Owing, however, to the addition of the higher Hei symbolizing the divine life, to Abram, and the lower Hei to the name of Sarai, it became possible to engender and bring forth offspring who would be able to attain to the same degree of initiation in divine life as their ancestors, Abraham and Sarah. The union of the two Hei's produced the Iod, the first letter in the name of Isaac (יצחק) emblem of the male principle, which from the time of his birth, began to increase upon the earth; that is to say, from the time of the birth of Isaac, humans began to be born and come into the world who lived the higher and diviner life, and therefore it is written, 'for in Isaac shall thy seed be called' (Genesis 21: twelve).” —Zohar

Thus, when Abraham is performing the transference of ס Samech on the alchemical altar, on the altar of love, on the altar of sacrifice, it so happens that the angel of Geburah (which the Zohar says is סמאל Samael, namely, the ס Samech, the Ouroboros within the Mem, fiery water of Pishon, of El God in Geburah, Mars) stops Abraham from doing the alchemical work, the burnt offering.

“And (סמאל Samael) the angel of יהוה called unto him out of the heavens (of Geburah), and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.”

Thus, Abraham thinks that the work that he did is worthless. But, the Angel סמאל Samael says to him:

“Do not stop stretching your “Iod” hand towards the youth, nor of doing anything to him, for now I have known that you are fearing Elohim, and has not withheld (the fire of) your son, your only son, from Me.” —Genesis 22:12

Meaning, “do not stop, keep doing your work. The alchemical work with your son is good. However, we have to sever two aspects that are mingled with your son’s fire.” What are these two aspects that are mingled with that fire? These are the impure formations or the idols, impure lustful fires that we created because of fornication. So, therefore, when Abraham is doing that sacrifice people think he is going to kill his son but they do not understand Kabbalah and Alchemy. So the point here is that Abraham is not going to kill anybody, but he is going to perform an Alchemical work in order for his inner God, his Monad, to absorb the fires of Malkuth, which represent Isaac, and to place them in Geburah. Why is then written:

"And Abraham lifted up his eyes (To which site? To the mid-brow, the site toward all eyes gaze. There is the פתח עינים pethah einayim, or opening of eyes), and looked, —והנה va-hanah —and behold a ram (symbol of Geburah) behind caught in a thicket (in the labyrinth of his central nervous system) by his horns (sexual force): and Abraham went and took (the sexual force of) the ram, and offered it up for an ascent offering beneath his son." —Genesis 22:13, —Zohar

Genesis says “instead of his son,” but it is “beneath his son” because that ram represents the animal aspect of Geburah beneath, in Malkuth. The ram, as you see, is the animal that represents Aries. It is the animal that represents Mars, the ram. So the two horns of the ram represent the two idols, namely the incestuous fires of Moloch and Baal Peor (aka Peghor), fires of the left that people feed and worship . So obviously, when somebody enters onto this path and starts working with the sexual transmutation, they have those two idols within. So in order for the Monad to absorb that fire from their physicality, Abraham (the Innermost) has to kill the ram which is the representation of the animal soul or the forces of the animal soul that descend into Malkuth. By Abraham doing that sacrifice he is, of course, cutting or severing the two horns or idols from Isaac, thus leaving the clean fire in Geburah and sending the other forces down to Malkuth. This is why the book of Revelation states:

"And I beheld another beast (the ego) coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.” —Revelation 13: 11

“Therefore rejoice, you heavens (of Geburah), and you (Monads) that dwell in them. And woe to the inhabiters of the earth (Malkuth) and of the sea (Yesod)! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time.” —Revelation 12:12

The wicked power of Satan, the devil, is severed from heaven and come down to the earth. Woe! to the souls of the earth because the wicked power of the devil has come down from heaven. This is initiation. This is the aspect in which Abraham is severing the wicked power of the devil, Satan, out of Isaac, thus, the pure fire of Isaac remains in Geburah whilst Satan, or the aspects of those two idols, descend into Malkuth. They are not destroyed, they are severed from heaven and go down into us when we enter into that initiation. That is the meaning of Abraham doing that sacrifice.

“The other wicked (fornicator) people of the world who are called 'rams,' as it is written: "the איילים rams of Nevayot shall minister to you" (Isaiah 60:7). And this is translated as:
"the high ranks (also: 'the proud people') of Nevayot...". "caught in a thicket..." This is as you may read: "All the horns of the wicked (the גוליית Goliaths: Peghor and his brother Moloch) also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted." (Psalm 75:10).” —Zohar

How is it that this Psalm says that the horns of the righteous shall be exalted and the horns of the wicked cut off?  This is only understandable when you study Alchemy because there are many types of horns. For instance, the horns of the righteous or the horns of light that Moses shone on Mount Sinai are also shown on top of the head of the Nordic gods. These are the horns of righteousness. The horns of the wicked are lustful horns, animal forces that we have to cut off as Abraham did there when he was giving the fire of his physicality to Jehovah Elohim. Abraham did that great work of Alchemy by severing the two horns of that ram which represents Mars, Geburah. So we can see the relationship of Mars with the sexual fire. The ram represents Geburah which is Mars, which is Aries, and Isaac represents Geburah which is fire, but righteous fire in heaven. So, the event of Abraham and Isaac in Mount Moriah is related with the forces of the animal soul which we have to work with and cut off.

“The phrase: "and Abraham went and took the ram," means that they (Peghor and Moloch) are about to go through all kinds of bad experiences. But the righteous, in the future, shall remain as the holy supernal angels, to bring about the unison of His Name. Therefore it is written: "in that day Ha-Shem shall be one, and His Name One" (Zachariah 14:9).” —Zohar

The work that we are talking about is an Alchemical work in order to escape from Sodom and Gomorrah. We have to work with our Innermost, our inner Abraham, in order to reach little-by-little all of those numbers mentioned in Genesis, if we follow the sequence of the numbers that are written there:

Nun נ in Chesed is 50
Mah מה in Geburah is 45
Mem מ in Tiphereth is 40
Lamed ל in Netzach is 30
Kaf כ  in Hod is 20
Iod י in Yesod is 10

When we read them from Tiphereth, the letters spell the word מלכי Malechi. The מלכי Malechi are kings, dressed with the גברים Geborim or royal internal solar bodies, that the alchemists build through sexual alchemy. So observe the letters and you will discover why the angels are called מלאכים Malachim. Through sexual alchemy is how we escape Sodom and Gomorrah.  

The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah represents the annihilation of all the defects, vices and errors that we have in klipoth. This is what the book of Revelation calls “the second death.”  In order to escape the second death we have to do this alchemical work, because if we do not do it, Sodom and Gomorrah, which represents Lilith and Nahemah or the two daughters of Lot, which are the incestuous animal souls that we have within, will be destroyed in hell. Thus, only by doing this alchemical work is how we go out.

Student: It occurred to me during the lecture there that if Hei is 5 and two Hei’s together is 10, which is Iod, what is the significance of that?

Instructor: Good question because, as you said Hei is 5, two Hei’s in the name of God is 10 united with the letter Nun which is 50, makes 60. The value of the letter Samech which is the Ouroboros, the serpent which is biting its own tail, which is precisely in the world of Yesod and is the Iod, the energy, that has to rise to Chesed. This Samech is the Divine Mother Kundalini, the Shakti potential of the Iod which is very clear when you say Hanah, “behold” in Hebrew.  So when you say Hanah you are pointing to the Ouroboros which is that energy hidden within the world of Yesod, the Divine Mother Kundalini. But that means that the physicality of the man (which is Hei) with the physicality of the women (which is Hei) works with the number 10, which is the Iod, the salt. That salt relates to the letter Nun that represents Chesed, our Innermost, Abraham, that has to work with the salt because remember it is written that in the beginning the Ruach Elohim which is Chesed/Abraham was hovering upon the face of the waters and that is precisely because he was sublimating the salts of the two Hei’s or the two physicalities of the man and the woman which are the seventh body which we call Malkuth (that begins with Mem). This is how we develop the archetypes or the twelve salts of the earth within ourselves: by controlling the Hei.

Remember that המים Ha-Mayim has the letter Hei and it means “the waters.”  The word המים Ha-Mayim has two Mems, one above and the other below, and in the middle of that מים Mayim you have the letter Iod which is the salt which we have to work with.  Writing this backwards we have Mi and Mah: Mi represents the Father, and Mah represents the Mother.

These words Mi and Mah means “who” and “what.” So this is how the meaning of this Alchemy was hidden by the alchemists by writing “Who created the heavens?” and people think they are asking a question, but they are saying that “Mi” which is “who” created the heavens.  And “Mah”, “what” created earth? “Mah” means “what” which is the feminine aspect. With us you read it as Ha-Mayim, Mi and Mah, which relates to both waters, above and below, and relates to the letter Nun which is Chesed, Abraham, because Nun is fish in Aramaic and you find fish in the sweet waters and the salty waters of the ocean.

Student:… so what do we talk about when we address the twelve salts and the twelve zodiacal signs in Malkuth, a fall or a descent?

Instructor: It is obvious that we always receive the twelve salts in the physicality that we have whether we descend or we fall because the influence of these salts are in different levels in each initiate. As you said the nine heavens multiplied by twelve = 108 lives. It is because these salts related with the three primary mother letters of Kabbalah relate to the twelve constellations. The twelve constellations are the twelve tribes of Israel or the twelve salts that descend through the Sun, and the Sun is in the center of the Tree of Life and it is always attributed to Jacob. It is because through Jacob – through the semen of Jacob – the twelve salts descend into the earth.

These twelve salts descend through his four wives and these four wives represent the four rivers of Eden that the initiate is working with. At every level the initiate works with these four rivers and with the three patriarchs of the letter Shin, which is the Sun, because the Sun is Shemesh in Hebrew.

You see the word “Sun” is Shin Mem Shin – Shemesh. This is how you write Sun – two Shins and one Mem, which is water. That is how that fire, the light of the Sun, enters into the atmosphere and crystallizes into what we call the salt of the earth that we need to assimilate and to transmute. But if we ejaculate the semen through the orgasm then we are not assimilating those salts.

The clue is to transmute, to sublimate those salts in order to keep it within our wife, Malkuth. Yes, that wife is our physicality called Malkuth. That is the wife of the initiate, of the alchemist. Keep that semen within your wife does not mean ejaculate your semen into your spouse, it means to keep it within your body, your physicality. That is your wife. This is why the ninth commandment says “You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.” If you apply “wife” only to women, then somebody will ask, “what, the woman doesn’t covet the body of the neighbor?” But if you understand that “the wife” is pointing at Malkuth, whether it is masculine or feminine, then the commandment relates to both sexes. “You shall not covet the physicality of your neighbor”, right? It means you don’t have to desire sexually the physicality of your neighbor whether you are man or woman. And that is the ninth commandment, “You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.” Alchemically your wife is your physicality and this is what we need to understand it.

And, of course, 108 times we return into this physical world and each time we return we are born into a different zodiacal sign and we are getting the salt of that zodiacal sign, then the salt of another zodiacal sign. We need to return twelve times in order to get those salts, but we often return again and again and again until our body is saturated with the vibration of the zodiac so that when we enter into initiation our body already has the twelve zodiacal salts of Alchemy, and through that, as Jacob did, you build your twelve children, which are the twelve archetypes by sublimating your semen, your salt.  This is not twelve children that are going to be born into this physical world but within your soul, because outside in the physical world even the animals have a lot of children. Rabbits have a lot, but those are not the twelve tribes of Israel. Only by sublimating the salts is how you develop the twelve children of Israel.

Student: So, we enter 108 times into the cave, the womb of the mountain, the world of Malkuth?

Instructor: Precisely, because after 108 times if you do not do anything you go down to be burned with Sodom and Gomorrah through the second death.  Yet, if you are like Lot and know the doctrine and you are doing 3%, 4%, 5%, it doesn’t matter, as long as you are doing the work then you are selected and you can receive like Lot, another body.  Genesis says that Lot went into a mountain into a cave.  That cave is the womb of a woman.  Within that womb of a woman he received a new body but unfortunately he committed sodomy there with his daughters and this is what happens to all of us because we have a lot of animal soul and we always want to satisfy the animal soul. But, if we started this work in past lives or in a previous life and we continue studying the doctrine, we receive another body in order to continue what we are doing. 109, 110 or 111. Once you are selected you can keep working in order to reach what we call mastery, to be a מלאכים Malachim or מלכי Malechi. That is why Melchizedek is the king of the earth and anybody that does this work becomes a priest in accordance with the Order of Melchizedek.

Student: And the zodiacal sign of that body will be....?

Instructor:  Well, the next body you receive is the body you need in the sign that you deserve according to karma. Obviously, because those salts are absorbed within your protoplasmic bodies. Remember that those salts are used by the older daughter of Lot in order to have a child and in your new body the younger daughter of Lot, which relates to your vital body, also absorbs those salts.  But if you follow the animal desires of the younger daughter of Lot you will have children in the physical world because all of us are children of the salts but in the animal way. The doctrine states you have to take advantage of the salts of your animal body which is your physical body, the protoplasmic bodies, which are related to and ruled by the Moon and when you do that you are stealing the salts and controlling your animal soul and reaching the level that we are talking about here that Abraham was talking in the book of Genesis.

Student: Are there many levels of מלאכים Malachim?

Instructor: The מלכי Malechi that reach Tiphereth are the beginning of the מלאכים Malachim, but after you continue in your work you go up to Kether and the work that we have to do is in Daath because the levels are attained through the Tree of Alchemy or the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. This is where we have to work and through that Tree is how the מלאכים Malachim develop on that ladder that you see there represented by the ten sephiroth. Obviously, we achieve the level of מלכי Malechi, once we have the causal body. We have to have created the solar astral body, mental body, and causal body in order to reach the level of מלכי Malechi. Once you reach that level you can go up into other higher levels because amongst the angels, the מלאכים Malachim there are many degrees. Someone here as an initiate who reaches the fifth initiation (Tiphereth) is at a lower level of heaven because there are higher angels. For instance, the angel that represents Kether is called Metatron. He is the angel of Kether. The angel that represents Chokmah is the angel Raziel. So each sephirah has its head angel in the world of Briah or creation. We find a lot of angels in the different levels of Nature and all of them have the astral, the mental and the causal solar bodies inside. They were born through sexual Alchemy and they were selected. They escaped the second death of Sodom and Gomorrah.  This is the only way to escape.
