Regions of the Multi-dimensional Universe and Sephiroth of Kabbalah

We will talk about the different worlds or regions of the universe…

Eastern Theosophy, as well as the various schools of the pseudo-esoteric and pseudo-occultist type, speak to us about the "supra-sensible planes". Unquestionably, the term "planes" certainly seems a bit confusing to us, it suggests the wrong idea of surface on surface, like a ladder. It is precisely because of this that we in our Gnostic nomenclature have decided, frankly, not to use that term; we prefer to speak of "regions" or “superior worlds, located in different dimensions of nature and the cosmos. Thus, in this way, knowledge becomes more intelligible, more clearer.

Euclid's three-dimensional physical world is not everything; above and below there are other regions of the universe. It is unquestionable that above the three-dimensional region of Euclid there are superior dimensions. It is indubitable that below the aforementioned three-dimensional region there are natural infradimensions, duly located within the planetary organism in which we live.

If we carefully examine the physical world that surrounds us, we will see multiple types of phenomena: mechanical, bio-electrical, physiological, metabolic, catalytic, chemical, caloric, etc., which must unquestionably have a base, a foundation.

It would be completely absurd, for example, to suppose that an organism made up exclusively of chemical-physical molecules would have the capacities to speak, think, feel and act. If that were so, we could build similar organisms.

It could be objected to us saying that "robots do wonders"... We do not deny that in any way, but obviously no robot could, for example, found a school of thought, no robot could write a transcendental esoteric work. I would like to know what robot could write a wonderful work like "The Secret Doctrine" by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky…

So, robots have action, yes, but limited; they function according to their mechanical limits, they could not, by themselves, act or think beyond the limits that have been set for them.

Thus, we have not found, so far, not even a "Frankenstein" that can imitate a human being. There is none. All this invites us to understand, with complete clarity, that the three-dimensional physical world of Euclid is not everything…

Unquestionably, the chemical-physical region needs a "nexus formativus", a base on which it can function. If we examine any organism, we will see that they have the processes of assimilation, elimination, reproduction, perception, sensation, calories, etc. Obviously, this tells us that beyond the merely chemical molecules there are structures, bases that are unknown to official science.

The Vital World

Unquestionably, we know that all chemical-physical phenomena are sustained by the vital body of planet Earth. It is therefore the vital world, the fourth coordinate, the fourth vertical of the physical world. It is the ethereal world - let us say, the tetra-dimensional zone of this planet in which we live, move and have our Being. Far beyond this vital world there are other regions, but first, let’s examine the vital world well…

Unquestionably, our earth [our physical body] has its double, its exact duplicate, its life principle, and this is the vital body. In the human organism, as in any other animal organism, there are four modes of the ether. One could perfectly be called "chemical ether", which is the one that is related to the processes of assimilation and organic elimination. A second would be the "ether of life", it is related to the processes of reproduction; a third is the "luminous ether", which allows all organisms external sensory perceptions, as well as the development of calories; and there is a fourth vital principle ("reflecting ether"), related to the imagination and willpower of all creatures.

If we see a flower, we can admire in it not only the geometric shapes and its wonderful petals, but also its colors. Undoubtedly, these natural colors are intimately related to the luminous ether of creation.

The eagle's eye amazes with its sharpness; it is well known that it perceives from the clouds any bird, any reptile, and that it rushes immediately to hunt it. That is their food, of course, but that eye of the eagle is pointing us to the luminous ether. it would not be possible for perceptions to exist without the luminous ether...

We admire the willpower of great geniuses, and this relates to the reflective ether.

Light, heat, color and sound can crystallize in all creation through the four universal ethers.

When the esotericist (with the luminous and reflective ethers completely absorbed in the astral body) visits those, let us say, Edenic or paradisiacal areas of the ethereal world, one discovers true wonders, true beauties. the mountains there become transparent like glass, they turn blue, ineffable. there we also find the temples of nature.

All creatures of the animal kingdom are organized. The essences, let us say, that are incessantly reincorporated in the different animal organisms are called "elementals". They go to their secret temples which are located in "paradise", that is, in the fourth vertical.

The elementals of the plants (since each plant has its own), are organized in families. One is, for example, the family of orange groves, another that of peppermint, another that of pines, and all these plant families have their temples in the ethereal world; there they are instructed by the devas. Such creatures aspire to one day become human beings.

In Eden, that is, in the ethereal world, in the "garden of the Hesperides" (as Don Mario Roso de Luna, the famous Spanish writer, said), in Moses' "promised land", where "the rivers of pure water of life flow milk and honey”, there are indeed incalculable beauties...

One become ecstatic when one contemplates the gnomes among the rocks, those little creatures mentioned by Philippus Theophrastus Bombastus von Hohenheim, Aurelius Paracelsus...

One is stunned when one sees the salamanders in the flames (those creatures that look like little house lizards actually animate the fire element)...

One cannot help but become in ecstasy when one gazes upon the playful sylphs of the ethereal world, giving whimsical shapes to the clouds...

One cannot help but be ecstatic, really, to see the nereids of the immense sea, building their palaces at the bottom of the seas. We have been told that when one of them falls in love with a human being, then she takes him to her habitat, there at the bottom of the sea, and makes a home with him. it is obvious that such human disincarnate, because he has married a nereid…

In the ethereal world we find insignificant creatures, but of immense power: there are certain "animalcules" of such regions that it is enough to touch them with the edge of the flaming sword to unleash, to cease or conclude a storm. there are others who have power over erupting volcanoes...

The angels of life work in the ethereal world. They are the ones who have the grandiose mission of endowing every human soul who returns, or who reincorporates, or who rejoins, with a vital body. Such devas obviously have power over the amniotic waters and in general over all matter...

The Astral World

Beyond the vital world we have the astral world. One is amazed when contemplating that region. The astral light is the "azoth" and the "magnesia" of ancient alchemists, it is the "flying dragon" of Medea, the "INRI" of the Christians, the "tarot" of the Bohemians; it is the fire detached from the nimbus of the Sun and fixed on the Earth by the force of gravity and the weight of the atmosphere.

One is amazed when contemplating the immense region of the astral world. Theosophists call it "kamaloka"; it certainly has seven regions which theosophists call "sub-planes." We sincerely say that such a world has seven tones, since, as I said, the term "planes" or "sub-planes" has been discarded from our Gnostic lexicon.

In the astral world we find two perfectly defined sections: one could be called "superior astral" and the other (as the Hindustani say) the "inferior kamaloka".

In the astral world we find the souls of the dead, the deceased, those who have already left their corporeal envelope.

We also find the devas of nature there. In the astral world we can summon the creator gods of the universe and they will answer our call. In the astral world there are many mysterious temples; in them the masters of the universal white fraternity meet. We have methods and means to enter into that world at will.

There is nothing that does not have its astral counterpart; and even the planet Earth has its counterpart in the astral world...

The Mental World

Far beyond the astral world we have the world of the cosmic mind. Theosophists assure that this region is the "devachan", that "there, after death, the disembodied souls spend a happy time before returning"...

We emphasize the idea that although it is true that the superior part of the mental world is extraordinarily beautiful, not for that reason all human souls have access to that superior part; what is a normal thing is that the souls return, that they reincorporate without having enjoyed the delights of the devachan.

There we find many temples where the works of Hermes Trismegistus are described, where his miracles and wonders and great deeds are cited, etc....

The Causal World and Beyond

Beyond the world of the mind is the causal world. This world is called that because that is where causes and effects are incessantly processed within an eternal now, within an eternal present.

The different authors of Eastern theosophy asseverate that "after death most of the human souls enter the causal world." Such a concept is mistaken. It is difficult enough to enter the superior mental world, let alone the causal world.

That world is of an intense, deep, extraordinary blue color. The causal body shines wonderfully; the mountains are dyed there with an ineffable blue.

It is the world of causes and effects. There we see karma in action. There we see how each cause has its effects, as each effect has its cause, and how causes and effects are processed within the eternal instant of life. The causal world is a world, let us say, of waves of actions and consequences. There the principalities handle karma with great wisdom.

Leaving that region we would pass into the buddhic or intuitive world. The buddhic or intuitive body of the universe is great, sublime, it encompasses the entire solar system and much more. It is named "intuitive" because there we are powerfully intuitive; it is through intuition that the transcendental, divine knowledge can be learned (in that region).

Behind buddhi, in its depths, is Atman "the ineffable." the world of Atman, obviously, is a world of extraordinary beauty.

Beyond the world of Atman, far beyond, we find nirvana. Nirvana is the region of supreme happiness; life free in its movement is developed in nirvana, within an eternal instant, within an eternal present, within an eternal now. The inhabitants of nirvana are infinitely blissful, they are beyond good and evil.

There are nirvanis with residues and nirvanis without residues. What is meant by “nirvanis with residues”? by "nirvanis with residues" is understood to be those who still have some "elements" of the ego. Understand, it is not that they enter nirvana with the ego, but that they leave here, in this sensible world, “elements” of their ego, “Elements” that they have not dissolved.

And what is meant by “nirvanis without residues”? They are those who have already dissolved absolutely every undesirable element, who have nothing subjective, who have not left in this world any inhuman psychic aggregate, who are, as we said, “very well dead"...

Nonetheless, nirvana is not all; Beyond nirvana is the world of paranirvana, where the gift of bliss increases in an extraordinary manner, and far beyond paranirvana is mahaparanirvana, and at last we enter the adic world, and finally, the monadic world.

What is the "monadic world"? It is the world of the Third Logos, the ineffable and extraordinary region where (Binah) Shiva, the Third Logos, lives and palpitates.

Each one of us, in that region, has his particular, divine Shiva, his king who must one day enter sensible existence here, meaning, that one day must be incorporated into his organisms, that one day must be recovered themselves with his presence.

There are even more superior regions, such as those of the Cosmic Christ and those of the Father...

Well, brothers and sisters, what we are a grosso modo citing, is described in many volumes of the theosophist, and pseudo-Rosicrucian type, etc. We are going to study this, but in a more detailed manner and under the light of the Hebraic Kabbalah.

Tree of Life

The Absolute

We have to comprehend, my dear brothers and sisters, that behind all this universal scenario, behind all this series of worlds that, a grosso modo, we have described, is the Incognizable Seity before which all, men and gods, prostrate with great humility...

If we asked any adept of the white universal fraternity something about his or herself, he or she would say: "I am just at the shores of a vast and grandiose sea"...

The Hebraic Kabbalah tells us about the "sephirotic emanations,” but where do these emanations come from? What are these "emanations"? I have spoken a grosso modo... of worlds or regions;... only in this way is this knowledge more comprehensible, more concrete, more perfect...

Where did these worlds come from, which are nothing but the sephiroth themselves? How did they come into existence? They emanated from that, from the Absolute. What is that which emanated from the Absolute? The sephiroth! Which is what we have been talking about when we were citing the various universal regions, these are the same sephiroth. This means that the suprasensible worlds and the sephiroth are the same.

1. Kether

Thus, the sephiroth emanate from the world of the Absolute. We have been told that the first sephirah that emanates is Kether, the "Ancient of Days", but we must comprehend what that "elder" is, what that "great face" is...

The Hebraic Kabbalah tells us that he is "the hidden of the hidden, the mercy of mercies, the goodness of goodness "...

Unquestionably Jesus specified Him with a phrase that is "Abba" (Father). Certainly, he is our Father who is in secret; "And there are as many fathers in heaven as there are humans on earth"... (says the great master Helena Petrovna Blavatsky). And so it is: each of us has a Father who is secret,… a Father who is in heaven (Kether, the Elder of all ages, the Ancient of Days, the great countenance); in him are contained all the other sephiroth.

At the dawn of life there is only the Ancient of Days, but from him emanates the everything else, from him emanate all the other sephiroth (worlds or regions, as we have already said) that come into manifestation.

2. Chokmah

From him emanates, secondly, Chokmah, the Christ, but do not think of Christ as a subject who exclusively lived in the holy land, no! Christ is something greater: Christ is a universal and eternal principle that exists beyond the “I”, beyond the personality, far beyond of individuality.

Thus, the first thing that arises into manifestation, the first thing that comes into existence (we have already said) is the Ancient of days; He unfolds in Christ, but Christ is not an individual, no! Christ is a universal principle, yes, and that will manifest his self through every human being who is duly prepared, notwithstanding, it is necessary that you know how to understand this: we are not trying to underestimate the great master Yeshua Ben Pander, Jesus of Nazareth, no!

We already know that this great master is perfect, that he was educated (as everyone knows) in Egypt. It is also true that he was initiated into the Chaldean, Persian, Greek mysteries and that in Tibet he acquired the best of the esoteric principles, there is still a monastery there, where he is worshiped (we know all that); and that when he came to the holy land he was duly prepared.

Nevertheless, the Cosmic Christ is not expressing only through Yeshua Ben Pander, the Cosmic Christ also expressed, vividly, through John the Baptist. This is why it was said of John that he was a "Christus"..., a "Christus"... Nobody ignores that there were disputes between the same Gnostics of the holy land. Some claimed that "Jesus of Nazareth had been just one of those who had resolved to follow John" and that "the true anointed one was John"... the reality is that both John and Jesus both had Christ incarnated.

Long ago Christ expressed through Hermes Trismegistus, the three times great ibis god of Thoth. He was the one who embodied Christ. In India, Krishna was the living manifestation of the Cosmic Chrestos. Among the Incas of Peru, the incarnate Cosmic Christ was Manco-Capac, and here (in Mexico) we had Quetzalcoatl, the living Christ, manifested in a human being.

Thus, the Lord, the Christ, manifests wherever there is a duly prepared human being. Christ is a universal principle. Christ is the Vishnu from that sacred land of Hindustan, Christ is the Osiris of the Egyptians, the Sun-God of the ancient peoples, the Ahuramazda of Zarathustra, etc.

The region of Christ is the unity, it is the region of Chokmah. in that region we all are one. There, diversity is unity...

When I wanted to study John, I had an extraordinary surprise; likewise, when I also wanted to study the Cosmic Christ, I was also, let's say, stunned with what I learned...

In these moments unusual memories come to my mind: one day, being in deep meditation, I entered the state that we could call “Nirvikalpa-Samadhi”. So, I abandoned all vehicles and entered the world of Chrestos, the world of Vishnu, beyond individuality, personality and the “I”...

I tried to investigate the life of Jesus, the moment of his baptism, and something strange happened to me: to me, who am, let's say, a creature as imperfect as any other, the fact (most unbelievable by the way) happens to me of seeing myself turned into a Jesus, working miracles and wonders...

When I arrived at the Jordan, John was waiting for me. John was dressed in his holy garments of a high priest; I found him at the depth of the sanctuary. John invited me to enter and I did so, and near the altar John exclaimed saying: "Jesus, take off your vestures!"...

I did so, leaving my body covered only by a “truss”, or girdle of chastity. Then, inside a fountain, came the Baptist; He took (from inside a cabinet) that sacred oil with which initiates are anointed and thereafter I was baptized. Then he ordered me to sit on an armchair and then I saw the symbol of the three Logoi (Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva) shining gloriously in the infinite space...

When the samadhi passed, when I returned again to the human form, I exclaimed: “but me, me turned into a Jesus; I, who am not even worthy to untie the master's sandals, or even to wipe the dust from his footwear, me converted into Jesus? How can this be possible? So I said: “I'm going to investigate John now; Now it will not be Jesus that I am going to investigate, but John.”...

I went back into a state of ecstasy or meditation, I abandoned all vehicles and I was left in the world of Chrestos. In that region, I then tried to investigate John. In doing so, the panorama changed and I no longer saw myself converted into Jesus of Nazareth, but into John. the same role was played, but this time in reverse. Then I, as John, spoke to Jesus saying: "Take off your vestures, I'm going to baptize you!"...

I took the oil from where it was stored and anointed Jesus. Upon returning to the physical body after such samadhi, I understood everything: it so happens that in the world of the Chrestos there is no personality, no individuality, no “I”; there we all are one, there we all are the Christ, there we all are the Buddha, there we all are Muhammad, there we all are everything.

If instead of trying to investigate Christ or John in those regions, I had tried to investigate any of you, who are here listening to me, I would have seen myself becoming any of you, I would have felt like being one of you, I would have done what you have done, I would have said what you would say, etc....

There is no personality, there we all are one; that is why it has been said that "variety is unity." Chokmah, then, is the world of Christ.

3. Binah

The third emanation is Binah, the Holy Spirit. The kabbalists assert that Chokmah is masculine and that Binah is feminine. Such a statement is a bit mistaken, because certainly, Binah, can be polarized in a masculine or feminine form.

In the region of Binah we find, then, the Third Logos, the particular Shiva of any one of us, our authentic real Being. That is why it has been said and is always said that "Shiva is the firstborn of creation"…

Binah unfolds into the Divine Mother Kundalini; this is what makes many kabbalists think that Binah is female. but no, Binah is male and female. Binah as a masculine form is Shiva and as a feminine form is "Durga" or "Kali", the Shakti potential of the universe; and each one of us has a particular Shiva and a special, individual Shakti or Divine Mother.

Thus, brothers and sisters, the three superior sephiroth are:

  1. the sephirah of the very beloved Father
  2. the sephirah of the highly adored Son
  3. and the sephirah of the very strong, very wise Holy Spirit.

Much is discussed in relation to the qualities of each one of them; Experience has taught me that the Father is wisdom, that the Son is love and that there is power (without discarding, of course, also sapience) in the Holy Spirit. These three supreme sephiroth form the great sephirotic crown, but everything emanates from the Ancient of days, from the Father who is in secret.

Obviously, these three higher regions constitute the Kabalistic Atziluth, the world of splendors, where happiness is extraordinary, beyond good and evil.

4. Chesed

Moreover, from that sephirotic crown emanates in turn, becomes by manifestation Chesed, which is nothing else than Atman, the innermost, the region of Atman, the ineffable one.

Within that region there is an incalculable bliss. Atman in us is the innermost, and the "Testament of Learning" has said:

“Before the false dawn came over this earth, those who survived the hurricane and the storm gave praise to the Innermost, and to them appeared the heralds of the dawn"...

The innermost is powerful; in the world of Atman the harsh reality of the world is known. Here, in this physical world, we see, for example, that altar, on which these books are, in the ethereal world we can find a counterpart of that altar. In the astral world we still see that altar, still there it shines a little more, but there it is; in the mental world we can even know the content of those books and in the causal world we go further: we can know the psychic part of those books; in the buddhic or intuitive world we see the altar and the books, yes, instantly, by intuition we know their deep significance, but in the world of Atman everything is reduced to numbers, to mathematics; there we know how many atoms that altar has, there we will know the atoms of wisdom that typify each of the words that are written in those works, and that finally, everything is reduced there to numbers.

The world of Atman is therefore, a world of dreadful realism. when one has not entered the world of atman before, one feels there as in a strange, vague, divine world; something one cannot describe, a "I don't know what"; but one is really surprised when, for the first time, one consciously enters such a region, because one meets the crudest realism.

There one finds not only, let us say, this temple as we see it, but we know exactly how many atoms exist in this temple. And not only that, but what quality, and we synthesize it all in mathematics. It is, then, a world of frightening reality.

If within the Atmic vehicle we wanted to go inside a kitchen of any house, we would not only see the food, but we would know exactly how many atoms each food has, what vitamins, what principles, what is the degree of consciousness of each molecule, what elementals and what is their advancement, etc....

5. Geburah

A subsequent major unfoldment of Atman is found in the Buddhic or intuitive world. For us men, it is a great happiness to find there, for example, our Valkyrie, Solomon's Shulamite, our divine feminine soul, the beautiful Helen of Troy. Likewise, women: they will find there their beloved one, their Solomon, their eternal husband...

Thus, it is in the buddhic or intuitive world where one finds his true consort (it is a region of extraordinary splendors)...

The Kabbalists say that "Geburah is rigor and that rigor is governed by Mars." To Atman [Chesed], they have always been placed, as a planet, Jupiter, the father of the gods. That is what the kabbalists say, but I know that Atman [Chesed] is ruled by the warrior Mars [Ares, Samael], because he has to fight for liberation. and as for Buddhi, Geburah, they have always wanted to accommodate Mars.

A certain kabbalist, whose name I do not mention, complained that when trying to concentrate to meditate on Geburah, Mars, they did not succeed; did not triumph, only, when wanted to concentrate on Yesod, but not on Geburah, Mars "... Sure, how could such a kabbalist have succeeded? Impossible! Right? Don't you see that such kabbalist concentrated on Mars-Geburah and that is absurd? The region of Geburah is the Buddhic or intuitive world (where we have our Valkyrie and where women have their beloved one), since it is not ruled by Mars, but by the Sun.

But when there is no direct experience with these sephiroth, then the kabbalists appeal to purely intellectual matters and fail. The cold schemes are not enough: Direct experimentation is needed.

I am speaking to you based on experience, because in the sephirah Geburah, although it is true that the lion of the law exists, it is no less true that we find mercy, love. with just reason Solomon sang (in "the song of songs") to his beautiful Shulamite...

The buddhic or intuitive world is a world where we really feel the unity of life, where we commune, let us say, with the entire solar system of Ors...

6. Tiphereth

If we continue, by unfolding, Geburah unfolds into Tiphereth.

Tiphereth is nothing but the causal world, a world where everything ebbs and flows, rises and falls, rises and falls. in that region there is a systole and a diastole (the universal systole and diastole), and all the systoles and diastoles of this great universe.

The principalities work intensively in the causal world; there we see the archons of the law. It is a world, I repeat, where causes and effects are linked within an eternal now, within an eternal present.

It has been said, with complete clarity, that the human soul (Tiphereth) is completely Christic, and that it is in Tiphereth where we come to eliminate even the last “elements” of the “I”. That's right, because there we end up with the very causes of the ego, of the myself, of the self-willed.

Where else could we end up with those causes that originated the different “I’s” that we have within? obviously, in the world of natural causes, in Tiphereth.

The human soul there, in those regions, loves and is loved; the human soul has to marry its consort in the buddhic or intuitional world.

It is Tiphereth, let us say, the savior, because if we grasp the superior sephirotic triad, the great crown made of Kether, Chokmah and Binah, we have in synthesis the unique, indivisible, integral father, but the second triangle which is that of Atman-Buddhi-Manas, or to speak more kabbalistically: Chesed, Geburah and Tiphereth,... becomes the triangle of the Son... in us. That is why it is written, that when:

“Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”

“Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father.” - John 14: 8-9

And so it is!

When I was working intensively in the world of Tiphereth, once I had completed a special esoteric work, Chokmah entered within me as a human soul and I felt transformed. Who should not feel transformed when the Chrestos penetrates inside? But it is intriguing that it is precisely in Tiphereth, in the world of the savior, where I was able to evidence such a reality...

The first triangle has always been called the "sephirotic crown" or the "logoic triangle", but the second is always called the “the triangle of the son" or the "ethical triangle", because there we know what is good and evil.

Thereafter comes the third triangle (the “magic triangle"). Here Tiphereth in turn unfolds into Netzach (which is the world of the mind)... the sentient in itself...

7. Netzach

In the universal mind there is everything, because although it is true that in the inferior mind we see the counterpart or the mental form, let us say, of all this caducous and perverse civilization, it is no less true than in the superior part of the mental world (the cited "devachan" of Eastern theosophy), is where we find the pure mind.

Nevertheless, one has to do a great work in the depths of Netzach. In the world of the mind, we must eliminate from our understanding every unworthy particle, every inhuman element, every perversity.

With good reason, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, in her great work entitled “The Voice of Silence”, exclaims:

ʺEre the gold flame can burn with steady light, the lamp must stand well-guarded in a spot free from all wind.  Exposed to shifting breeze, the jet will flicker and the quivering flame cast shades deceptive, dark and ever‐ changing, on the Soul’s white shrine..."

By this, you will be able to comprehend. How could the flame of the spirit can burn with steady light within us, if the mind is full of cosmic dust? it is urgent and unpostponable to purify our understanding.

In the world of Netzach we comprehend how hard we have to work in order to truly reach enlightenment. Netzach is called the "world of victory." why? Because one has to triumph and free oneself from the mind, achieve victory. and such a victory is the most difficult thing: to achieve it.

On the secret path, the one who has worked in the august mysteries that lie hidden in the ark of all ages, is warned by the roadside hundreds of times: “You have arrived here well, but now that you are going to work with mind, remember all those who have tried and failed. Rare are those who have not failed, because the mind is really perverse, dangerous"...

You are listening to me in this room, you have precisely come to listen to me, and I am here to tell you great truths. But this is the serious thing of this subject-matter: are we sure that tomorrow you will be here with us? You yourselves have witnessed that many who used to come, now no longer come. Some even beg for entry to the third chamber, and it was given to them and thereafter they do not return. Such is the mind!

Now you will explain by yourselves why the final liberation is difficult. Likewise, you will also be able to understand, in these moments, the reason why the world of Netzach is called "victory", the "region of victory", because of course, if we can be victorious over the mind, we have triumphed. So, whosoever manages to free themselves from the mind is victorious, they will become a buddha.

In the world of the mind there are extraordinary temples; there we see the counterpart of the deep seas and the continents. With the mental body we can travel throughout the solar system, and even more: we can transport ourselves there.

In such a vehicle the melodies of the devachan resound miraculously, like a harp of wonders in the infinite space. The temples of Hermes, with their gates of glory, glow within the fire of the entire universe. It is there where we can find out about all the great works that this master has done.

8. Hod

Netzach, in turn, unfolds in the kabbalistic world of Hod, in the astral world. Obviously, the lower region of Hod is the "lower kamaloka" spoken of by the Hindus. In the superior region we find many mahatmas, many splendorous and happy angels; In the lower section we can find all the covens of the Middle Ages, all the temples of black magic, the "souls in pain", the suffering creatures, all those who groan and cry, and also all of the perverse ones.

9. Yesod

A further unfolding shows us Yesod, the ethereal world, where the reservoir of universal sexual forces is. This cubic stone of Yesod is sex. Unquestionably, the region of Yesod is (as we already said) the ethereal world.

Thus, Netzach, Hod and Yesod constitute the "magical triangle"...

10. Malkuth

We are here, in the physical world, in a fallen sephirah, in Malkuth. here we are: studying, preparing, working, but Malkuth is not only the physical world. Let us remember that in the interior of the earth, in the infra-dimensions, there are the Klipoth and these belong to Malkuth.

Klipoth

The Klipoth are constituted by nine infra-dimensions, wisely symbolized by Dante in his "Divine Comedy"; in these nine infra-dimensions devolve different human beings. Many enter the kingdom of the klipoth (due to its exaggerated perversity) before having concluded its cycle of manifestation, but there are others who enter the kingdom of the klipoth because their time has expired.

We have been told (and it is true) that 108 [physical] existences are assigned to each of us, that once the cycle of manifestation has been completed or concluded, we descend into the world of the klipoth, even if we are not evil or wicked.

I know someone there, whose name I do not mention, who still lives on the face of the Earth, who still has the soft light of day in his eyes. He is a good son and studies medicine; his parents love him. He recently had a traffic accident, he was hit by a car, and that was the motive when it occurred to me to investigate him in the regions of the invisible world.

Certainly, I found him (and in the name of truth I say so), not in the superior areas of the three-dimensional world, no! but in the world of the Klipoth, in the first sphere that we would say "sublunar", in the first Dantean circle. How, you might ask to me, if he still lives physically? Yes, it is true, but he reached his 108 existences and although he is a good son, a good citizen, his cycle of manifestation has concluded and since in none of his past existences he did anything for his own self-realization, the wheel turned (the wheel of samsara) and now devolves in the submerged mineral kingdom...

I know another person (a lady); she still lives on the face of the Earth, but she already dwells in the third Dantean circle. Obviously, she abused the creative energy of the Third Logos and went the black path. When she disincarnates, she will continue her life in that region, in the third circle.

There is another one who is in the fifth circle, but she has already disincarnated, and there are creatures so perverse that when they leave the body, they immediately enter the ninth circle.

What would we say about those extortionists, those murderers who kidnap people and then collect their ransom and even murder them, as we read in the news that the press has given us and continues giving in all the countries of the world? Such monsters of that class are unquestionably candidates for the ninth circle.

Could it be possible that through successive births (as emphasized by both members of the various pseudo-esoteric and pseudo-occult institutions), these creatures will evolve until the final liberation? Obviously not! Because it is demonstrated (and the facts are saying it) that instead of evolving we have devolved.

If you take a look at the current panorama of humanity, you can see this in those millions of beings that populate the face of the Earth. Are these crowds pure and beautiful? Are those the innocents of ancient Arcadia? Are they those who worshiped the Sun and the spirits of the morning, in the times when our land was beautiful in all its splendor? Do you think that those who live now could enter Eden?

Where are the perfections of all these millions of beings? We haven't found them, have we? And is that "evolution"? Indeed, this humanity has really devolved.

I don't know on what the fanatics of the dogma of evolution rely in order to ensure that everything is progressing, if of human humanoids have lost everything: their senses degenerated, they became monstrous, horrible; if we are not in the times when the rivers of pure water of life flowed milk and honey; indeed, these are not the moments when the lyre of Orpheus is resounding in all areas of the universe, these are not the moments when we are worshiping the holy gods.

Are we seeing, in the streets, apparently very innocent people, like those in the garden of Eden? How naive they are! right? Oh yes, all of them holding hands (with sweet affection!) with an apparent innocence, but if we turn out and see the bottom of that, then we only see fornications, and perversities!... This is how the world is here, there and everywhere!

Thus, the dogma of evolution turns out to be false; assuring that we are all evolving to be gods is a lie because the facts are proving otherwise.

Where are the pyramids with their great mysteries right now? Yes, there they are, in Teotihuacán: dead and cold!... where are the pyramids of Egypt with their hierophants? That's how those stone masses are: sunny, bearing the weight of centuries! But where are its hierophants, what happened with them? Now they go around, wandering, fallen, stuck in the mud of the earth...

In the past days I had to do a precious investigation that has left me perplexed: we have talked a lot here about Santiago (apostle James), the blessed boss of the great work; The universal epistle of this great apostle is there, it still stands, but there was something that puzzled me: I went to the world of cosmic consciousness and in that region of the sephirah Hod, I wanted to know something...

Then, I discovered that one of his previous existences had been nothing less than one of those famous "Huiracochas"... but see how different, right? The Santiago that one of the holy land appears in Spain and much later elsewhere. He was an immortal, that's obvious. But if everything had stayed there, there would be nothing to be surprised about. The serious thing of this subject-matter was not in that, but that he fell and also lost the immortality of his (physical) vehicle. But does the blessed boss of the great work fall? Impossible! but you see: immortals also fall!...

In general, my dear brothers and sisters, everything at this time is deep darkness: fallen angels, desecrated sanctuaries, defeated initiates, pain, bitterness...

Could it be said that this is evolution? No! If even the greats have fallen, what would be said of those who have never reached the level of hierophants or anything like that? What will be said of all those crowds, of all that motley group of people who come and go through these streets of God? They fulfill their destiny, finish their cycle of manifestation, and go to the klipothic worlds for their own good and for the good of all!

But what fate would await us if the lost ones in the world of the klipoth do not sink forever? Just imagine: if there were no a superior principle, if a natural force did not disintegrate the “I” of the lost ones, if that “I” were allowed to evolve, where would it go?

Fortunately, the wheel turns incessantly: when one has not realized one’s Self, one descends into the bowels of the Earth for one's own good, because ultimately what divinity wants is our good.

When descending to such regions we suffer, it is true, but after the second death we leave the abyss pure, innocent and beautiful, in order to enter the "paradise" (yes, in the elemental paradises of the world of Yesod, of the ethereal world) in order to restart a new journey as simple elementals as gnomes of the mineral kingdom… What precious paradises are, those of those regions of nature.

How beautiful it is to enter, let us say, into the paradises of the vegetable world, where there are inconceivable beauties!, where we continue as vegetable and thereafter as animal beings, to finally reconquer the state of pure and innocent humanoids with wonderful possibilities...

So even though there is pain in those klipothic regions, it is to free us, it is for our own good. Divine mercy is great and every evil, no matter how great, has its punishment; but every punishment, in turn, has its limits, that is, no one can pay more than one owes, no matter how serious the crime, his punishment has a limit.

Thus, this humanity, although it has been perverse, undoubtedly its punishment will have a limit: this humanity will disintegrate with the second death within the bowels of the earth, and finally, the free essences will continue in new grandiose, harmonious evolutionary processes.

All of this must be understood, my dear brothers and sisters, making us aware of what the sephiroth are, what the klipoth are, what evolution is, what devolution is.

Whoever truly tries to pass beyond all these evolutionary and devolutionary processes of the Sephiroth, must enter the middle path, the eightfold path, the narrow path that leads us to final liberation, because the Sephiroth have evolution and devolution.

The Four Worlds

  1. Atziluth: world of archetypes
  2. Briah: world of formation
  3. Yetzirah: world of manifestation
  4. Assiah: world of action

In the beginning everything is within the Logos, within the Ancient of days. in the world of Atziluth. The logos handles everything directly, but when the Logos unfolds in all those sephiroth, when all those sephiroth emanate, everything changes: they fall into the world of manifestation, until they fall into the physical world.

But what is meant by, or what is the "world of Atziluth"? The "world of Atziluth" is the "world of splendors", the "world of the sephirotic crown", the "world of great happiness".

What is the "world of Briah"? It is the "world of the Spirit." In Briah is Atman-Buddhi-Manas of Eastern theosophy, that is, Chesed, Geburah and Tiphereth of the Hebraic kabbalah.

So those four worlds: Atziluth, Briah, Yetzirah and Assiah, are intelligently processed. What is the greatest world? It is, I repeat, the world of Atziluth.

And what is "Yetzirah"? In Yetzirah we find the mental world and the astral world. And finally, we find the "world of Assiah": it is the physical world with its submerged regions or dwellings of the klipoth.

But in the beginning, all those emanations are in the Ancient of days, in the goodness of goodness; everything comes from him. The Logos directly handles all the sephiroth (directly, I repeat), because already in the next world, in the world of Briah, he manifests his self through the divine hierarchies; likewise in the world of Yetzirah, yet in the world of Assiah, that is, the physical world, he manifests his Self through the chakras of the planet earth, the zodiacal signs, the planets of the solar system and even through the tattvas or vibrations. Directly, he can only act without intermediaries, let us say, in the world of Atman…

It is interesting to know that this Malkuth, this physical world in which we live (which is a fallen sephirah), one day was precisely within the Ancient of days, which became by emanation until it took the form it has in these instants (that is marvelous!) and at last the day will come when this Malkuth undergoes successive transformations until it returns again to the source of its origin, to the region of Kether or the Ancient of days.

Daath, "Knowledge"

Thus, then, the ten sephiroth involve and evolve; however, the most interesting thing about the sephiroth is not their involutions or their evolutions, but their revolutions. One can make the revolution of the sephiroth in oneself, here and now, by treading the path of the razor's edge, the path that has to lead us to the intimate self-realization of the being.

In any case, do not forget that from the great union of Shiva and Shakti, that is, of our Father who is in secret and of our Divine Mother, in the cubic stone of Yesod, something extraordinary becomes. I mean the sephirah Daath, which is nothing but tantric knowledge.

We need to use that knowledge, we need to perform that knowledge in ourselves, because it is through tantra that we will achieve the ascent of the sacred fire in our spine. It is through tantric knowledge, that is, through the sephiroth Daath, that we can one day return transformed to the Ancient of days, in order to become ourselves the Ancient of days.

The Doors to the Absolute

In a word, we need to integrate the ten sephiroth within us, here and now. These are within us, but we must integrate them in order to become gods.

When that happens, we will have the right to knock on door eleven, but before that we must have fully integrated ourselves. Already integrated and perfect, we will be able to knock on that door of wonders and it will open (in it is the third aspect of the great Absolute).

Following these cosmic developments, one day we will be able to knock on door twelve, which is the door of the Ain Soph.

And finally, happy is the one who manages to knock on the thirteenth door, the door of Ain, because that one will become a sat-guru, the living manifestation of the Absolute, here and now, a god beyond good and evil.

Remember my dear brothers and sisters, that the number thirteen is holy. Jesus and his twelve disciples made thirteen people, a group of thirteen people. Thirteen were also that council of elders who governed the blessed land of Anahuac; the Aztec calendar is based on thirteen.

We have been told in the secret doctrine of Anahuac that there are thirteen heavens and this invites us to reflect. There are thirteen worlds that are combined with the thirteen sephiroth, because the Ancient of days, the goodness of goodness”, the tenth of the sephiroth, is not all: he emanates from a superior sephirah, which is the eleventh; and the eleventh in turn emanates from the twelfth and twelfth from the thirteenth.

These are the thirteen heavens, thirteen worlds. Our solar system has thirteen planets; I can list them for you:

  1. Earth
  2. Mercury
  3. Venus
  4. Sun
  5. Mars
  6. Jupiter
  7. Saturn
  8. Uranus
  9. Neptune
  10. Pluto
  11. Vulcan
  12. Persephone
  13. Clarion

These thirteen worlds typify the thirteen sephiroth that form the thirteen heavens of Nahuatl wisdom.

So, my dear brothers and sisters, to self-realize within ourselves all the sephiroth of the Kabbalah is vital, if we want to become gods. All the doctrine that we are teaching here leads to that.

Questions and Answers

So far our talk tonight. However, I am willing to answer the questions that the brothers and sisters would like to ask in relation to this topic. If there is something to ask, you can ask it...

Student: By listening to you, venerable master, I remembered a talk by a man who called himself "swami" in the United States. Would you like to explain to us the origin of that word "swami" in relation to the subject of the sephiroth?

Samael Aun Weor: Well, unquestionably, my dear brothers and sisters, these Sanskrit terms have been greatly abused. The term "swami", for example, is too demanding.

Swan, Choan or Yoan, it is most sacred. The swan (yoan or choan) is the Third Logos; the swan would be the one who in himself or herself has resuscitated. When the swan, the phoenix, rises from its own ashes, when our king rises from his crystal tomb and comes here into the world to see through the eyes of our flesh and touch physical things, he is undoubtedly a swami; but to accommodate that title like this, capriciously, “just because”, to use it as you use it so many in Hindustan and even in the Western world, is a blasphemy, a desecration, an insult to (Shiva) the Third Logos.

The same happens with terms like "Sat-guru". “Satguru” is understood as the one who has already struck and entered room 13, that is, the most reliable manifestation of the Absolute in a human body: a god, a Jesus of Nazareth... That someone, no matter who (I do not emphasize a certain person, because it is not okay to name anyone) by mere whim calls himself a "Satguru"? That is a crime, because none of us is worthy to wipe even the dust from the shoes of a Satguru. We, before a Satguru, are nothing more than worms in the mud of the earth, but in these times of world crisis and bankruptcy of all moral principles, the most sacred names are desecrated. That's right!... are there any other questions, my dear brothers and sisters?...

Student: The Father unfolds into the Divine Mother, but according to his explanation, also Binah, the Third Logos, emanates from himself his divine wife. So, I don't understand, master...

Samael Aun Weor: That is a very abstract point with which, we might say, many students have been entangled at all times, at all times. These trimurtis are super difficult for the mind and only through much intuition and direct mystical experience can they be truly understood.

There are several trimurtis. For example, that of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, or in Sanskrit terms: Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva; this is a trimurti, and all trimurtis are the same and different. it takes a lot of intuition and a lot of direct experience not to get confused.

Undoubtedly the first triangle is the logoic triangle, just as the ethical triangle is the second and the magic triangle is the third. The logoic triangle: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, is indivisible, unitary, whole. Thus, there is no need to subdivide it so much. Father, Son and Holy Spirit in general is called only "Father", and I specify it this way: "Father", and it's over!

That Father (if we say like this, deep down we are not lying, we are saying a great truth) unfolds into Shakti, and from both of them is the Son, the divine spirit of every human who comes into the world. That divine spirit is the son of her husband, she conceives him by the work and grace of her husband, the Third Logos.

Now, when we come to incarnate in ourselves the divine spirit, totally, that is born completely in us, we will understand the trimurtis.

I do not know where the difficulty is, I do not see, then, where the confusion can be, if it is clear. The issue is not to divide or subdivide the first triangle so much, because Father, Son and Holy Spirit are a single integral, unitotal, and in general he is called “Father”.

The second triangle is called an "ethical triangle", with a focal point that has been studied by all Kabbalists, which is nothing less than the sephiroth Tiphereth, the human soul, the savior, the Christ in us.

And the third triangle is the magic triangle, formed by Netzach, Hod and Yesod. Netzach is the mind, Hod the astral and Yesod, sex. This triangle has a basic center of gravitation which is Yesod, the cubic stone, sex. Thus, in that stone, it is where Shiva and Shakti meet; they unite in the region of sex, in the ninth sphere, and from that union results Daath, tantric knowledge, by which it is possible for us to raise the sacred fire up the spine to become a master. And Malkuth is a fallen sephirah (we already know), Malkuth is the physical world.

Well, so, then, if we say, up there, Father, Son and Holy Spirit to each of the aspects of the upper logoic triangle, we may say it, but it is not right that we schematize it too much because, in the end and after all, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (to each one of the aspects of the superior logoic triangle, we may say so, but it is not right for us to schematize it too much) are integral, unitotal.

The first triangle is indivisible and is generally called "the Father." That the third sephirah, Binah, unfolds in the Shakti potential? It is true, it is his wife, but this Binah with Chokmah and Kether, all of them together, is the same father, the husband of the Divine Mother... are there any other questions? You may ask, brother...

Student: Do people who still live in the three-dimensional region but are already in the infernal worlds, do they go to the first circle and then descend to the subsequent ones, or do they go directly to the fifth, or the ninth, or any other?

Samael Aun Weor: Well, one enters directly into the region with which one is most closely related. I know a certain lady, whose name I do not mention, that she is even with a good heart but has already completed her 108 existences and she is, at the moment, in the first region, in the sublunar region, the first infra-dimension or first Dantean circle. She naturally likes things in the world and she certainly identifies herself with such a circle, since there is a life very similar to the one that exists here, in this physical world.

I know of a very different case, of someone who is too angry, who has a tendency to fight all the time, who has made money his religion, and who does not yearn for any spiritual principles. This is currently in the fifth or submartian or inframartian region, in the fifth Dantean circle.

Thus, there are others that are so perverse that they once penetrate into the ninth circle (they are the perverse ones). I did not manage to specify that detail well in my book “Devil, Hell and Karma", but in a second edition that I take out of that book, I will increase that detail which is quite important. Well, are there any other questions?…

Student: Master, the perverse ones are in the ninth Dantean circle, but since it is there where the ego turns into cosmic dust, does the ego of each one of them also have to go descending from sphere to sphere, just like the fate of the other lost "souls?"

Samael Aun Weor: Well, according to the law of the gravitation of the worlds, we know that everything descends to the center of gravity of something, that it falls towards the very center of the Earth. So that, then, if someone, for example, entered the first Dantean circle, he will go down little by little, from sphere to sphere until he reaches the ninth, and it is in the ninth circle where one becomes cosmic dust, where one passes through the second death of which "the apocalypse" of saint John speaks.

Unquestionably, in the eighth circle the most serious processes of destruction of the ego are already beginning. There is a miracle that is surprising: We have been told that "the devil has a tail"; well, and this must be understood... the abominable Kundabuffer organ is certainly the fire precipitated from the coccyx towards the atomic infernos of human beings; but when we analyze this type of "fohat" we discover something that is astonishing, and that is that the Divine Mother in the underground world is negatively polarized (that is frightening!), it is manifested in the famous "tail of the demons" and in the eighth circle. Read "The Divine Comedy", there you will find documentation. That "serpent" that forms the tail of the demons swallows the lost entity, feasts on it, devours it to destroy its ego, to turn it to dust, and completely destroys it in the ninth circle; within there the mentioned processes of total destruction occur. And why is it totally destroyed? So that the essence, let us say, the child, comes out of there. That is the form that she takes in order to save her creatures. Any other question?...

Student: If the wicked go directly to the ninth circle, would that imply a shorter stay, or less time in hell than that of the "lost souls" who begin their devolution submerged by the first circle?

Samael Aun Weor: Well, the mind is cunning; those are mind games. Undoubtedly, this would apparently be the case if there were no law, that is: that the wicked in the ninth circle would disintegrate on the run and now, out! It is as if someone who has committed a horrible crime went to jail and immediately went outside (it would be something similar), but the law is the law!

It so happens that those too perverse individuals of the ninth circle, who once entered the ninth circle, will have to live there until the entirety of their karma has been paid, because all that is directed by the judges of the law. None of that works by chance, they are precisely in charge of applying the corresponding punishment to each one. So, there is no need to fumble so much. Any other question?...

Student: Is there any chance that any of those utterly wicked entities, still in the ninth circle, could be revolutionize himself?

Samael Aun Weor: The phrase "absolutely wicked" is pretty serious, right? Undoubtedly that if we speak of "absolute" in a relative way, yes! There are people so perverse that they do not even have an atom of essence; that's obvious. But what can the wicked be revolutionize himself? No, they are not capable, because it turns out that the stronger you are in evil, the weaker you are also within the interior of the earth. There one devolves, or rather, there one goes in the opposite way, the progress there is the other way around.

A man, for example in the submerged regions, as he descends more and more, he becomes weaker and weaker, and when he reaches initiation 13, he passes through the second death, he ceases to exist as a demon, and finally his essence remains free.

Let us not forget that in the abyss the truth is disguised as darkness. While it is true that in the superior worlds there are the initiations of the universal white brotherhood, it is also no less true that in the infernal worlds there are the initiations of the black brotherhood. the one who arrives, for example, at initiation 13 within the bowels of the earth, disintegrates, becomes dust. As he falls, that subject becomes weaker and weaker. Moreover: he does not want to progress...
