We hope this lecture will assist all of us in the comprehension and understanding of the dreams, visions, and revelations we experience, and must learn how to interpret, in order to understand the guidance we receive from our Inner Being.

Milarepa

To begin, let us look at this graphic of Milarepa, who has his right hand behind his ear, as if saying, “I am ready to listen to hidden wisdom,” which—on the left side of the graphic—is symbolized by a scroll next to his head.  Something is written in it; probably a mantra. This also means, “If you have an ear, listen then to the written word in the scroll in order to understand.” On the other side we see a bag, which in my understanding symbolizes the sexual gland, or any gland, which is a bag within which we store the Christic solar force, the Prana—the sun behind him—that allows us to reach illumination, enlightenment, by means of sexual alchemy. This is why the palm of his left hand, which is the hand that receives, is upwardly holding the food that he will eventually eat.  The food has the shape of flowers.  This means that we have to learn how to eat the Akashic Shakti potential from the flower-chakras, stored in the genitalia, formed by the tattvic elements, this is in order to develop what Proverbs 1:5-6 tells us is wisdom:

He that is wise will hear. And will increase learning, and the intelligent will gain one’s counsels to understand a parable, and its interpretation, the words of the wise and their mysterious sayings.

This proverb can apply to any master of the white lodge. Let us for instance consider the parables of Master Jesus of Nazareth in the bible.  It is written:

Behold, a sower went forth to sow; and when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixty fold, some thirty fold. Who has ears to hear, let him hear.

And the disciples came, and said unto him, why do you speak unto them in parables?

He answered and said unto them, because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

For whosoever has, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever has not, from him shall be taken away even what he has.

Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which said: “By hearing you shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing you shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which you see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which you hear, and have not heard them. – Matthew 13: 3-17

We have to understand the former quotation; how come a master always talks directly to his disciples, and to the populace, only in riddles? Why? And yet what he teaches is always the same doctrine to both. Let us read for instance the meaning of the parable of the sower by Master Jesus:

When any one hears the word of the kingdom, and understands it not, then comes the wicked one, and catches away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that hears the word, and anon with joy receives it; yet has he not root in himself, but duress for a while: for when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, by and by he is offended.

He also that received seed among the thorns is he that hears the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

But he that received seed into the good ground is he that hears the word, and understands it; which also bears fruit, and brings forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. - Matthew 13: 19-23

The parable of the sower is explained by Jesus in the same way to all. The point here is very important, because when we talk, or when a master related with Geburah says or writes things, we have to know how to read it, or how to listen. When you read it literally, you become like the populace that reads the newspaper. But when you become a disciple of that master then you will read carefully what is written there, and interpret that in accordance with the laws of interpretation we are going to talk about today in this lecture.

Thus, to be given unto the disciples to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, does not mean, as some people think, that Master Jesus approaches the multitudes and says, “H2O,” but when close to his disciples he whispers in their ears, “I meant to say ‘water.’”  No! It is not like that. This is wrong, as is the interpretation of many “Gnostics” who say, “Well, I heard this from the mouth of the master.” But the master also spoke the same thing to the public and to the disciples. The difference is that the disciple will understand what he is saying. It is, for all, a matter of “mouth to ear,” but the disciple will understand better or more deeply what he is saying.

For instance, Master Samael Aun Weor said regarding the end of the Aryan Root Race:

We exactly know that the end of the Aryan Root Race will be in the year 2500. We are therefore working, my dear brothers, to initiate the Era of Aquarius; we are therefore working in order to save those who can, those who want to be saved.  First, we need to give shape to our Gnostic Movement, to each time organize it better; we need to establish three chambers for the instruction of our students...

Those who read the former statement like a newspaper said, “Well, the end of the world will be in the year 2500.”  Yet, later on in his book ‘Secret Doctrine of Anahuac’ Master Samael wrote:

The Kabbalistic analysis demonstrates that the secret of the great catastrophe is enclosed within the numbers two (2), five (5), zero (0), and zero (0). Whosoever has understanding, let him understand, for there is wisdom within....

Unfortunately, people do not know how to comprehend the profound meaning of some Kabbalistic numbers. Lamentably, they interpret everything literally. - Samael Aun Weor

The numbers 2-5-0-0 add to 7. Unfortunately, “Gnostics” read Samael’s scriptures, books, literally. They never understand what Master Samael is truly saying.  And this is precisely the point here. Even though the Master Samael sometimes speaks plainly, other times he does it in a parable that we have to understand.

A master, an avatar, a messenger, always speaks in a way associated with physical things, whether from the earth or from outer space. We find in many books, like the Koran or the Bible, the way in which the prophets were saying things, but the people did not see their meaning and believed they were only speaking about history.  But behind any narration is hidden something that only those who truly have ears can hear. And this is exactly what the Bible and other sacred books talk about. For instance, Master Samael Aun Weor said in one of his lectures:

The Pleiades have been cited by the Sacred Scriptures, by the Bible, and by many teachings of an esoteric type. Alcyone is precisely the principal sun of the Pleiades, and around it seven suns gravitate, our sun being the seventh one which rotates around Alcyone.  Each sun is the center of a Solar System, and Alcyone is the center of seven Solar Systems. This invites us to a brief reflection.

[So, our sun is the seventh star that rotates around this gigantic sun.]

Unquestionably, this physical world of forty-eight laws is with the momentum of entering within the rings of Alcyone. So, everyone is being shaken by negative emotions and nothing could be more contagious than these emotions.

Master Samael died a few months after giving this lecture, which he gave in 1977.

Now, people ask “where are the rings of Alcyone?” Ignoramuses have speculated about it, but we must always grasp the double sense, the meaning of this narration, for there is something hidden within. And so I said to myself, I am going to meditate on the rings of Alcyone, to see what this mystery Master Samael spoke of is about.

Master Samael said:

When is our planet Earth or better if we say our Solar System, going to penetrate within the tremendous rings of Alcyone?  When will we start passing through this ring that every 10,000 years we have to pass through?

Not a single scientist can predict this. Really, it is unpredictable. But since the year 1962 [1+9+6+2 = 18 = 9], we are in the momentum of penetrating within it. So, do not be astonished if from one moment to another we will penetrate within the rings of Alcyone.

I understood that this planet earth the master refers to as the “world of 48 laws” also refers to my physical body, because my physical body is also a “world of 48 laws,” thus, I thought, maybe Master Samael Aun Weor was talking about his physicality, which is the last part of the initiate that enters into the realm of the lord, Christ, before resurrection.

So I meditated and went out of my body; in a Samadhi I prayed to my Inner God, “Please show me the rings of Alcyone.” Then my Being took me in my astral body, and put me in a field, and in that field I saw a fence. On top of that fence was a rooster. The rooster shook his wings and his body, and sang two times. After that I saw the rising of the sun. When I saw that I marveled at the beauty of that landscape, after which my Being took me back into my body. I wondered, what is this all about? This is how I came to understand that Master Samael was talking in symbology, while everyone was thinking physically about the planet earth, he was addressing his physicality.

I realized, yes, this could happen, because what happens to the macrocosmic earth happens in a small manner to a microcosmic initiate. So, Master Samael is already within the rings of Alcyone, but we are not yet.

Then I wondered, “What is this rooster?” and I recalled the gospels of the Lord:

Jesus said unto them, all of you shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered. But after that I am risen, I will go before you into Galilee.

But Peter said unto him, although all shall be offended, yet I will not. And Jesus said unto him: ‘Verily I say unto you, that this day, even in this night, before the rooster crow twice, you shall deny me thrice.

But Peter spoke the more vehemently, If I should die with you, I will not deny you in any wise. And they all say the same. – Mark 14: 27-31

Thus, I saw it so clearly. The three denials of Peter, relate to the three steps of alchemy. In other words, my Being was telling me, “If you want to experience what you are asking Me, first you have to pass those three denials.” The rooster symbolizes the Word, which announces the rising of the sun, which is Christ, because the sun is the physical vehicle of Christ. I then understood that the seven Pleiades and Alcyone in the center relate to the eight Venustic initiations. The master was speaking so clearly, but only to those who have ears to hear. The populace was only thinking physically about catastrophes, and that some cosmic event would happen in the future, etc, etc. That showed me, that even though the master was talking about something physical, he was addressing himself in a hidden manner. That is why I always advise, when you read a book by the master, do not read it as you would a newspaper. There is always something hidden, because he was the incarnation of Chokmah, which is “wisdom” in Hebrew.

This is why Proverbs 1:5 says, “He that is wise will hear.” Remember, we have explained in previous lectures that “wise” refers to the three wise men as incarnations of the Christ.  They represent three alchemical processes.  The three denials of Peter relate to these three processes, which are alchemical.  Thus, obviously, “he that is wise…” means he that has reached any of these three levels “will hear and will increase learning and the intelligent will gain wise counsels.” Intelligence is “Binah.” The proverb is addressing the two Sephiroth Chokmah (wisdom) and Binah (intelligence), located on the top of the right and left columns of the Tree of Life, respectively.

“To understand a parable and its interpretation,” means that when you apply Binah to yourself, you will understand “the words of the wise and their mysterious sayings,” in other words, interpretations happen in accordance to your level.

“The words of the wise,” also means the doctrine of those who have Christ incarnated within; they are the “wise.”  They are either a black wise man, a white wise man, or a yellow wise man, in relation to the three alchemical processes represented in the three wise men.

“These mysterious sayings” are everywhere, in the Koran, the Bible, the Bhagavad-Gita... in all the writings of the great masters, and they are written in order to guide those that develop ear, or understanding. You might ask, In order to understand the words of the great masters, do I have to reach the level of a wise alchemist? Not necessarily, because the Being will always guide us in accordance with our level.

The main point is this: we have to understand that there are different levels of understanding, which are related to intuition, the heart, which is a faculty of the human soul. Comprehend that the human soul is that element in us that is willpower, which we need in order to perform the great work for our Inner Being. For that to happen, that is, in order to know the will of God, we have to know how to read and interpret the messages that our Inner Being is sending us. In this type of knowledge, on this path, we always look for guidance, for a master, a guru that will guide us. People have to understand that in order to discover that master, that guru, we have to meditate, because such a guru is within the psyche of everybody. But people are lazy. For instance on our website, we have a “Get Help” link for the students.  They often say, “I had this experience or this dream; please can you explain to me what this means?” Listen, what you have to understand is that any message or any dream that you have is a message for you. Thus, when we interpret your dream, we do so at our own level. Our interpretation might relate to what that student needs, or it might not. That is why the master always shows us the manner of how to know, of how to interpret our dreams. It is easier to ask in a forum about a dream than to meditate on it; nonetheless, if you want to develop understanding, you have to meditate on it. We must learn not to be lazy, and to meditate. That is the only way to develop the ability to interpret. Interpretation is a science of the heart. It is the way in which we put our soul in connection with our particular Monad, and beyond—with Christ, and with the masters, who can help us, and assist us on that level of the path, where we already are.

dream

Master Samael Aun Weor wrote in the book Aztec Christic Magic,

“The messages that descend from the world of the pure Spirit become symbolic in the Astral Plane. Those symbols are interpreted based on the Law of Philosophical Analogies, Analogies of contraries and in the Law of Correspondences and Numerology.”

These four laws have to be studied very carefully in order for understanding to be developed inside each one of us.

To begin, let us know that Master Samael states that the region of pure Spirit is the region of thatness, Atman-Buddhi-Manas.. Remember that Atman, our own particular spirit, is Chesed, whose throne or physical vehicle is the central nervous system. The central nervous system is formed by the brain and the medulla. The medulla and the brain are floating in the cerebral spinal fluid. That is the vehicle of Chesed, which we also call Gedulah, which means “greatness.”  Chesed means “mercy.” And it is precisely through that central nervous system that our spirit will control the other fluid that we have, which is the sexual fluid in our sexual gonads. Remember that it is written that Chesed or Gedulah, the Spirit of God, was hovering in the beginning upon the face of the waters. Understand that those waters are the fluids in the cerebral spinal system and the sexual gonads.  Through these fluids is how Chesed, the spirit, will control or will take control over our “selves,” our souls.

vishuddha

Understand also that interpretation also relates to the chakra Vishuddha, which is the chakra located in the throat; it relates to the thyroid and parathyroid glands. Behold, the Vishuddha chakra is located exactly where the mysterious sephirah Daath is located in the Tree of Life.  Daath means knowledge, Gnosis. Thus, you could wonder how we develop knowledge, Gnosis (because Gnosis is self-knowledge).  Well, in order to develop self-knowledge, we have to develop the chakra Vishuddha, whose faculty in esotericism is called “the magic ear,” or occult ear. Vishuddha is not only related with the ability of hearing sounds from the ultra, or from other dimensions, but also with the ability of understanding and comprehending what is written in the sacred books, and also the interpretation and understanding of the messages that our “Pure Spirit” is sending us. You see, this is why the meaning of Vishuddha is “with purity.” That is, with chastity.

Yes, purity is chastity. You cannot acquire the purity of Vishuddha in your throat if you are not chaste. Fornicators cannot develop the Vishuddha chakra. This is why fornicators always read the bible and mock the Bible, because they do not have the senses to understand it. But those who are pure, meaning, those who work with purity, that is, those who transmute their sexual force, those who allow the Holy Spirit to purify their throat develop the chakra Vishuddha; they allow the Shechinah, the divine mother Kundalini, the pure seminal substance of Akasha to rise, because they transmute their Akashic force, their creative sexual force of their Divine Mother from their Muladhara chakra and rise it to the chakra Vishuddha in their throat. The chakra Vishuddha is related to the pure Akasha tattva. Akasha is the agent of sound.  This is why we say to the divine mother Hadit:

Be thou, oh Hadit, my secret, the Gnostic mystery of my Being, the central point of my connection, my heart itself, and bloom on my fertile lips, made Word!

So when you accomplish chastity then the Word, the hormonal force of the sexual energy, reaches the throat and then you start talking in the sacred language of God, because God has a language through which to communicate to us. Behold, God is universal, is vast. His language is simple to the disciples who know how to hear, and how to develop the Vishuddha chakra; they understand the messages that come from above, from the world of the pure spirit, whether it is a message coming from our Inner Being, or a message coming from other messengers (angels). The symbols that we in the physical world have adopted, and somehow made letters with them, derive from those archetypes. When you observe any alphabet it is just a compounding of symbols that we call letters. When we combine those symbols we form words, and write books and we read them. But we have to know how to utilize that and how to understand the meaning of the word.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things [Debarim] were made by him [the Word]; and without him [the Word] was not any thing made that was made. In him [the Word] is life [in the genitalia]; and the [creative] life [transmuted by means of sexual alchemy] is the light of [wise] men. And the light [Christ] shines in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. – John 1: 1-5

Another example from the New Testament, in regards to the chakra Vishuddha, is the second and third chapter of the book of Revelation, where the writer or seer of that book writes things that are difficult to understand, because the book of Revelation is indeed, as its name states, a revelation written by an initiate in order to guide initiates. Between parentheses, in Greek, “apocalypse” means revelation. However, somehow humanity has translated the word “apocalypse” into something tragic; they have even made movies where “Apocalypse” suggests something catastrophic; yet, indeed, the Greek word apocalypse means ‘revelation’. Anyone who enters into the level of Vishuddha interprets and knows what any written or articulated word means, and thus comprehends what the true message of any sacred book means. So let us not interpret the word apocalypse in the wrong way.

So, Revelation states, “if you have an ear, listen to what the spirit says unto the churches.” Thus, it says seven times, “If you have an ear.”

You might say, “well, I have two ears.” But such an ear is not the physical ear, it is the ear that understands what the spirit says; that ear is the Vishuddha chakra, the throat chakra  It is the magic ear. It is the ear that understands Gnosis. Thus, if we have that chakra, that ear, developed, listen then to what [Chesed] the spirit says unto the churches.

I was in [Chesed] the Spirit on the Lord's day [Samadhi], and heard [with the Vishuddha chakra] behind me [in my Sushumna canal] a great voice, as of a trumpet [the Word], Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last [letters of the Greek alphabet]: and, What thou seest, write in a book [‘Revelation’], and send it unto the seven [chakras, islands or] churches which are in Assiah [also known as Olam Assiah, עולם עשיה in Hebrew, literally the World of Action; it is the last of the four spiritual worlds of the Kabbalah] – Revelation 1: 10, 11

We understand that “the seven churches which are in Assiah” are not what naive people think, “Oh yes, these are the seven churches that were in the continent of Asia Minor.” The writer, of course, knew about them. He wrote Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea—seven churches that were in Asia Minor—yet he was not addressing Asia Minor, but the minor Assiah. He was hiding his message to the unworthy populace who say, “Oh yes, he was writing to the churches of Asia Minor,” those who ignore that the word Assiah, in the physical body, relates to the central nervous system; this is what we have to comprehend and understand. Churches are the seven magnetic centers which in Sanskrit are called chakras, and that we have to develop. The chakra that we need the most when we study how to interpret this type of kabbalistic thing is the chakra Vishuddha, which is called the Church of Sardis. Once we have developed that chakra, then we can say, Okay, I am ready to know how to interpret.

But why is John addressing the Seven Churches in the Book of Revelation? And why does he say, “Understand what the spirit says unto the churches?” What spirit is he addressing? What spirit is he talking about? John is addressing our own individual personal spirit, which is Chesed. Because as we said to you, Chesed, the spirit, the innermost Atman, the ineffable, has his throne, in the central nervous system, formed by the brain and the medulla, which float in the spinal fluid. And in the spinal medulla together with the brain is where we find Sushumna with the seven magnetic centers. The seventh church that the book of Revelation addressed as the Church of Laodicea relates to the pineal gland, which is at the very center of the brain. The sixth church, the chakra Ajna located between the eyebrows, relates to the pituitary gland. The fifth is the chakra Vishuddha, the Church of Sardis, etc. So, all of the seven churches relate to the seven chakras located in the spinal medulla, where the spirit is seated.

So in other words Revelation says, if you have an ear, let’s see if you understand what your own Spirit, which is seated in the throne of God (the central nervous system) will tell you about the seven senses you have to develop in order to understand His messages. And this is precisely what people do not understand because they ignore the truths of alchemy. In other words, if you want to understand the pure messages of the Spirit, then you have to open your seven chakras, open the seven churches of Assiah; such is the first revelation that Christ in the Book of Revelation teaches us.

Before addressing the seven churches, Revelation states:

pentagram

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, says the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty [El Shaddai].

His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; and his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shining in his strength. – Revelation 1: 8, 14-16

So if we act alchemically with the Almighty [El Shaddai], that is, if we put into action our seven chakras by means of sexual alchemy, then we will understand the messages that come from the pure spirit above, from heaven.

And when he had spoken these [kabbalistic] things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus [the sun], who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. – Acts 1: 9-11

Behold, he comes with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. – Revelation 1: 7

Understand, Christ is the Sun, the solar light, otherwise, we will be confused and we will not understand what our God is telling us. It is so simple. As light Christ is guidance, this is why the Gospel of John also addresses Christ as the Sun, which alchemically in symbology is the source of light.

Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I am [the sun] the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. – John 8: 12

So if you enter into this path and see the sun in your dreams, if you already receive strange dreams or visions, obviously your inner master or guru is guiding you.

Therefore, what John, or Johannes, in Revelation is telling you is, if you want to understand what your Being is telling you through dreams, and what is written here in this book that I am writing, develop your seven chakras, your seven churches. Because through them, through those seven senses, is how the solar spirit gives understanding. Then you will understand through your churches, through your chakras, through your spiritual senses what the solar spirit, Christ, says unto you. And you will know how to interpret His messages.

The point is that without alchemy there is no way to understand what the spirit says unto the churches. Such is the main point in the book The Odyssey, from Homer.  In it we see Odysseus, who goes to the war of Troy, to fight for Helen of Troy, the symbol of the spiritual soul. And when Odysseus wants to return to his own home, Neptune, the Holy Spirit from Roman mythology, puts before him several ordeals. Why? Because after the Trojan War, in his own pride and vanity, he says, “Look how I Odysseus have won this war with Troy. It is thanks to me.” Obviously he is very proud and vain. He is not recognizing that thanks to the spirit of the spinal column is how he has won his battle, or achieved internal victory and understanding. Neptune, representing the Holy Spirit, says, “Oh, really? Then now I will show you that without us, the Gods, man is nothing.” So Odysseus starts having troubles, going from island to island, until finally he reaches Ithaca, the last island, which is the island of the Laodiceans [the Odyssey], located in the pineal gland.

Odysseus is traveling from chakra to charka. But when you read the Odyssey, if you do not know what you are reading, you are imagining a person going from island to island in the Mediterranean Sea. And you suppose Homer somehow knew about him and wrote for us his book “The Odyssey.” Listen, those islands are the foundations of the chakras. If you observe, each chakra is associated with a gland, which are islands inside of us. These are also called “cities” in other symbology. For instance, Bethlehem:

And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, art not the least among the princes of Judah: for out of thee shall come a Governor that shall rule my people Israel. – Micah 5: 2

Thus, when people read the former quotation literally, they say, “Oh yes, it is Bethlehem from the Middle East, Bethlehem is a city of the Jews.” No, no. Judah, the Jews, relate to the solar light, the light of Leo. And the smallest gland is related to the seven Christic lights.  When the Lord incarnates in the body he is in the pineal gland. The pineal gland is the smallest of all the “islands,” or “cities”. So you see how in some scriptures they speak about cities and in others about islands, but you have to learn how to read using the Law of Correspondences. That is the third law we are to use. If we know how to use the Law of Correspondences, then we see how a new world is open to us, and we will start seeing things in the right way. Otherwise we will fall into the absurdity of mocking the sacred books, because we read them with the intellect, which is a fornicator, a donkey. A donkey is an animal that is a great fornicator. So if you read them with the intellect, you do not find any of their true meaning, because behind the word that kills, or the letter that kills, is the spirit that vivifies, which is precisely what the Apostle Paul states:

You are our epistle (meaning letter) written in our hearts, known and read of all men: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. And such confidence we have through Christ towards God: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also has made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter kills, but the spirit gives life. - 2 Corinthians 3:2- 6.

“An epistle written in our hearts…. in the fleshy tables of the heart,” when people read this, they usually do not understand what the apostle Paul is talking about.

In our hearts, in other words, our own particular being is writing a book, but not in stone, or on paper with ink, but in the fleshy tables of the heart. How do you write that? To begin, let us see, who is the spirit of the living God? In Kabbalah, “living God” is Shaddai-El-Chai; this is how it is said in Hebrew.  The spirit of the living God is in Yesod, the sephirah related with the sexual glands.

You have to write in the heart with the fires of the Living God of your sexual energy, the epistle of Christ, who is an energy, the solar force. But for that you have to know, as we have taught in other lectures, how to handle the sexual force, which is Shaddai-El-Chai, the door, the entrance into the mysteries. When you learn how to transmute that sexual force, then that energy rises in the central nervous system, through the medulla, to your brain, and it opens the “book of seven seals,” which is the human being, and writes in it, according to your level, what needs to be written there. But you cannot write in the fleshy tables of the heart if you do not know how to love the Lord in Tiphereth, the Splendor in your heart, and for that man and woman, the couple, have to be one flesh. That is how you awaken the mysteries of the fire of love, and have access to the fleshy tables that you need to awake. This is because the Word in the chakra Vishuddha has to be fed with the fires of the heart. That is why the science of the heart is meditation, because through meditation is when you receive images, visions, and you need to know how to interpret them. So the throat and the heart should be united. Or as we say, Daath and Tiphereth have to be united with the fire of love. That is why we have said in the previous lectures that the mantra of the soul and the heart is Eloha Va Daath.  The Master Samael said:

Hebrew Kabbalists and Rabbis know very well that the mantra of the Causal World [Tiphereth] was, is, and shall always be Eloah Va Daath. Meditating on such words is the same as knocking at the marvelous doors of the great temple. – Samael Aun Weor

Eloah or Elah means ‘these’ or ‘Goddess;’ so אלה ‘Goddess’ is not referring to a particular idol, but the energy of the goddess, which is the sexual energy; it is the sexual force of love, which rises in the spinal column, the throne of God.  When אלה the Goddess reaches the area of the throat, the sephirah Daath, it opens the chakra Vishuddha. So, Eloah joins Daath thanks to the spinal column symbolized by the letter ‘vav;’ In Hebrew Alchemy ‘vav’ symbolizes a hook, the spinal column. So אלה תולדות השמים והארץ the Goddess generates the heavens [through the vav] of the earth.

Thereafter, Paul of Tarsus says:

And such confidence we have through Christ towards God: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also has made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter kills, but the spirit gives life. [This means that a real evangelist is not the one of the letter, but of the spirit. For the letter kills, but the spirit gives life.] – 2 Corinthians 3:4-6

What is the spirit that gives life? It is the sexual spirit that rises in the spine when you transmute your sexual energy; you achieve this through alchemical chastity. This is how you understand what the Apostle Paul is saying; this is how we understand the mysteries of the spirit. That is why Jesus Christ instituted the matrimony. Not a ceremonial matrimony of any religion, but the matrimony of alchemy in which the man and the woman know how to transmute the water or sexual fluids into wine, Christic life.

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage. And when they wanted wine, [אלה the Goddess] the mother of Jesus said unto him, they have no wine. Jesus said unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? Mine hour is not yet come. [אלה the Goddess] His mother said unto the servants, whatsoever he says unto you, do it. And there were set there six water pots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece. Jesus said unto them, Fill the water pots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. And he said unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it. When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, And said unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now. This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him. – John 2: 1-11

Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. – Genesis 2: 24

When a man penetrates a woman they become one flesh, they become married by the law of God, who is the Holy Spirit in the sexual organs, whether they perform a ritual in the physical world, a ceremony according to their religion, or not.

Krishna and Radha

Once sexual alchemy is performed God has united those two souls, as we see here in the graphic, where we see Krishna and Radha. They represent the two souls; feminine and masculine. They awaken the flame of love that will arise in their spinal column to open the seven chakras. This is how we acquire understanding and comprehension of the messages that the spirit is sending to us.

Obviously, those who are single can also activate their chakras; Master Samael gave us a lot of mantras in order to prepare ourselves so that our chakras can receive the message of the spirit. The truth is that most of the students are in the first island, or Muladhara chakra, there they like Odysseus are longing for their journey to Ithaca. This is a long journey. When we reach Ithaca, or Laodicea, it is because we have done a lot of work with Poseidon. The trident of Poseidon, comes to mind. Poseidon in the pineal gland has the power of the trident, the trident of the mind, whose physical vehicle is the brain, called the sea of marrow in Taoism. So Poseidon controls the mind with his trident. Poseidon, or Neptune, has his seat in the pineal gland, and from that island, the pineal gland, he controls Lucifer, which is the sexual force. Lucifer is also represented with a trident.

If you want to control your own Lucifer, do not forget that Poseidon, the Holy Spirit, Shiva—who as Neptune is also represented with a trident—is in the pineal gland in order to control the hormonal fluids of the sexual force. And this is how we follow Odysseus’s journey, and this is how the Odyssey should be interpreted; such a book is a guidance.

Sexual alchemy has to be combined with meditation. Sexual alchemy is only the physical aspect of the work.  Through it we take advantage of the fuel that we have in our bodies. This fuel puts into activity the seven senses of our spinal column (the seven chakras) in order for us to understand what God is telling us. If we raise the Kundalini, the Kundalini will then put the seven chakras into activity. But if we are single, we cannot raise the Kundalini; thus, we have to vocalize the different mantras that the master has given to us in order for us to put into activity the seven chakras, the seven senses. Not with greed, not with covetousness, but with the longing that we will understand the messages coming from above from our own God, from our own spirit, and to comprehend what God is telling us in our dreams. Let us study now what we call the analogy, or philosophical analogies.

pythagoras

The word "philosophy" comes from the Ancient Greek φιλοσοφία (philosophia), and comes from two roots, "philo" and "Sophia," which literally means "love of wisdom."

Thus philosophy is the love of wisdom and, in actual practice, the pursuit, study of, and inquiry into wisdom by means of love. The word Analogy (from Greek ἀναλογία, analogia, “proportion”) is a cognitive process of transferring information or meaning from a particular subject (the analogue or source) to another particular subject (the target).  In this case it will be us. The soul is the target. And the source that we have to analyze is the message that comes from above. What is my god telling me with this? Why is he telling me this in his own language? That is because God is forcing us to meditate, because meditation is the daily bread of the wise.

According to historians, the introduction of the terms "philosopher" and "philosophy" into our era has been ascribed to Pythagoras.

By analyzing "philosophy" Kabbalistically, we know that "philo" love is Chesed. This is why Chesed, the spirit, is called Gedulah, which means ‘love’ or ‘greatness’. And “Sophia,” means, wisdom, which in Kabbalah is Chokmah.

kabbalah

Here we have the Tree of Life. At the top of the right column we have the sephirah Chokmah, which is Hebrew for wisdom, and beneath that Sephirah we have Chesed, which is Mercy, the Spirit. The three sephiroth Kether, Chokmah, and Binah, are the three primary forces, which are called in Christianity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  In Kabbalah, they are related to our head. Kether is related to the pineal gland. Chokmah and Binah are related to the right and left hemispheres of the brain. In the throat is Daath, Gnosis, knowledge, the chakra Vishuddha, the church of Sardis. In the book of Revelation, we read:

Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

If you have an ear, understand what the Spirit says unto the churches. – Revelation 3:4-6

To be clothed in white raiment means purity. Purity relates to Vishuddha the fifth chakra; one becomes worthy to walk with Christ in white in the fifth initiation.

Beneath the sephirah Daath we have the seven lower sephiroth (meaning ‘spheres’).  They relate to the symbol of the real man. When we address the true man, we address Chesed, which is the spirit; Chesed means mercy; it is also called Gedulah, love. So when we say Philos and Sophia, love and wisdom, we are addressing Chesed and Chokmah, the two sephiroth on the right side of the tree of life. Chokmah is wisdom in Hebrew and Sophia is wisdom in Greek, Wisdom is Christ, the Word, the Logos. This is why the trinity is also called the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit.

Why is Chokmah called the Word? It is because Chokmah descends from the trinity into Daath, the throat, in order to be born in us.

But as many as received him [in the throat], to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name [even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments]: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us [in Sardis], and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Johannes [Iouames, the seven vowels in the seven chakras or sephiroth] bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This [the Word] was he of whom I spoke, He that comes after me is preferred before me: for he was before me [In the beginning was the Word]. And of his fullness have all we [in Sardis] received, and grace for grace. – John 1: 12-16

And do not be called masters either: for [in Sardis, Daath] one is your Master, evenChrist. – Matthew 23: 10

This is why the particularity of Chokmah in the throat, in Sardis, Daath, Gnosis, Vishuddha, is to be a teacher that has in his right hand seven stars and in his mouth a sharp two edged sword, to show us the hidden way through the spoken or written word. This is why the Trinity in the throat is called the Father, the word, and the Holy Spirit. In order for the word to descend into Daath, we need to know alchemy in Yesod. This is how the word of God descends into us; we explained this in the lecture, The Son of Man.

So then, when Chokmah descends into Daath, Wisdom incarnates into the true man; understand, the true man, the wise man, is Chesed, the spirit, with his six vehicles; namely, spiritual soul, human soul, mind, emotion, vitality, and physicality. Seven is the whole structure of the true human being. So we can see how in Daath, Chokmah and Chesed are one; they are what is called love and wisdom, in other words, philo-sophia.

In this day and age when you go to a college or university or school, they force you to study the writings of the great philosophers, and give the meaning of philosopher as somebody who liked to play with something very abstract, and not the real meaning we are teaching here. In order to be a true philosopher you need to love wisdom. In other words, you need to love Christ, which is the Word, which is Chokmah. Then you become a true philosopher, because Chesed, which is mercy and love, is the one that hovers upon the face of the fluids of the brain and the sexual fluids in the gonads.

To be a philosopher, a lover of wisdom, does not mean that you will close your eyes and say, “Oh, I love wisdom with all my heart,” and then it is done. No, that is not loving wisdom. To love wisdom is to transmute your sexual energy with the person that you love; this love is between man and woman, because only there, in real love, the Holy Spirit creates on the physical plane and in the internal planes. Thus, as the woman and the man have the ability to create a physical being in the physical world, likewise the Holy Spirit in them has the ability to create and to develop wisdom in their other womb which is the spinal medulla. This is why a true philosopher has Christ united to his love.  Philosophy is the incarnation of those forces in the human being, whether this human being is a woman or a man. Notwithstanding, this woman needs a man, and this man needs a woman in order to develop the force of love. God as love develops in the spinal column and from there enters into the heart and makes a bonfire, because God is love. God creates; love creates. So anything related with creation relates to the force of love, which is an energy, a force, so that is what a true philosopher is.

Therefore when God is guiding us, when our own inner being is guiding us on this path he sends philosophical metaphors. These are related with the superior levels of the spirit, because Chokmah, which is Sophia, wisdom, is in the very top of the tree of life. And in order for those forces to guide you from there, your soul has to concentrate very well the force of love, which is wisdom, in the very bottom of your being.

Remember the commandment given by Moses: “You shall love Iod-Havah your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your power [the sexual strength, the sexual energy]” (Deuteronomy 6:5).  Jesus said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind,” and if you are accomplishing that, “Love your neighbor as your Self [the Lord your God]” (Matthew 22: 37, 39)

So to love Iod-Havah your Elohim as the commandment written in the Bible says, is to love Chokmah and Binah. יהוה אלהים Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei is related to Chokmah, whose kingdom is in the heart; and Elohim is related to Binah, whose kingdom is in the genitalia.

Many translations of the bible say, “You shall love the Lord your God.” But this is not accurate because in Hebrew “Lord” is Adonai and Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei is Jehovah, which kabbalistically is translated as Iod-Havah. Thus, you shall love Iod-Havah-Chokmah by means of your Elohim-Binah, your particular Elohim, with all your head (intellectual brain), with all your heart (emotional brain), with all your power (sexual brain).  When you apply that to yourself then you are becoming a philosopher in the complete sense of the word, even if you do not know anything about Plato or Socrates, or any philosopher of Greece, who were great Masters that gave a lot to humanity.

People think if you are a philosopher you have to know about Immanuel Kant. No; you do not have to do that. You have to love wisdom.  That is it. You have to be an alchemist in order to be a philosopher and to understand the messages that come from Chokmah, because Chokmah is “one with the whole.” Thus, we must know what the whole is, and how to interpret the whole, or how to receive a message from the whole to you as an image. This is why the great philosophers or great writers in mythology wrote a lot in symbology related to those messages coming from above. So, philosophical images are related to the abstract.  They are corporeal but incorporeal at the same time. Do you know what I mean? Let us study the definitions of Asclepius.

If you reflect, O King, you wilt perceive that there are incorporeal corporealities. Which are they? says the King.

Corporealities which appear in mirrors; are they not incorporeal?

It is true, Tat, says the King; thou hast a marvelous fancy!

There are yet other incorporealities; for instance, abstract [astral] forms, what say you to them? Are they not in themselves incorporeal? Yet they are manifest in animated and inanimated corporealities.

True again, Tat.

So then there is a reflexion of incorporealities upon corporealities, and of corporealities on incorporealities. In other words, the Sensible World and the Ideal World reflect each other. Adore, then, the sacred images, O King, for they also are reflective forms of the Sensible World.

So, the images in the mirror are corporeal, but we cannot touch them; they are abstract, but they are still corporeal, because they are only images from the physical world. You can touch the objects themselves with your physical hands, but you can only touch their corporeal images in the mirror with your mind.  The same thing is true of spirit. The spiritual images descend, abstract for your physical brain, and you say, “Okay. How do I make an analogy of this to comprehend the message that God is sending me through these philosophical images,” meaning, images related with Chokmah and Chesed. This is how the Bible was written, based on philosophical images, and written in histories; namely, Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel, etc. If you look at the philosophical writings of other religions, you will see that they talk about the same thing, but with other symbols. And if you are accustomed to correlate your own particular philosophical metaphors, then you will understand those other symbols, given by the great masters. Yet, for that you have to study. The best way to study sacred images is through meditation.

Sometimes you find guidance or books that talk about oneiric symbology. But the people who wrote those books wrote them in accordance with their own psychological level. And if you do not know the meaning of your own dreams by yourself, how are you going to understand others? These are basics, yet basic symbols are applied to each level. Sometimes we, in our dreams, have experiences that are so weird, and we say, “What is my God telling me here?” Thus, talking about these dreams with other people sometimes helps. This was proper for me when the Master Samael was alive. I was sometimes receiving very complicated images in my meditation, so I went to him and said, “Master, please help me. Because this is something complicated. What is the meaning of this?’ And he said, “I will help you, only this time. But you have to discover it by yourself, because if you do not do it, you will not develop your own mastery.” This is why you have to do it. When I was asking him specifically about a certain symbol, he was silent. And I asked him again, and he was silent. Then I understood. Even though he knew about it he did not want to tell me, because I have to discover it myself... Now, I give thanks to the Master for doing that. In other words, he was telling me, “If you have an ear, listen to what your spirit says unto your churches.”  So you too, listen to what your spirit is telling you. Develop your churches, because this is how an initiate develops his inner powers.

Remember that philosophical images relate to the higher levels of being, to archetypes, which are related with the Father, with the Son, with the Holy Spirit, with the divine mother Kundalini, with the divine soul, about which many great philosophers have written.  They took these symbols in their writings in order to help us and to assist us in our own development. So do not find it too strange when sometimes in your own experience you may see Greek mythological gods, yet you will have to analyze them in order to understand your own development. Oneiric experiences depend on the root of your own knowledge, because your spirit, God, guides you in accordance with your own knowledge. For example, if you are a Hindu, he will use images from the Hindu pantheon. However if you have a lot of spiritual intellectual knowledge related to the Mahabharata, the Koran, the Bhagavad-Gita, well then, your God is going to give you a lot, thus you have to learn how to interpret all of that. The clue lies in the development of the seven chakras, the seven islands.

I’m going to give you something that maybe will assist you. When I was in Guadalajara, Mexico, Master Samael was instructing us as to how he would continue guiding us on the path. The year after he gave that talk, he died. Everybody said, “What are we going to do now?”  He died, but he had predicted this, and I took that symbology. “We were going to Canada to establish a bridge,” he said, “my books will be translated into many languages in Canada in order to help humanity.” Then, I said to myself, “I am not going to take this literally.”  Let us study the American continent. Canada is to the north, and the north is my pineal gland, my brain, then the United States is also in my brain. These two countries are the left and right sides of my brain. This means I have to work in the proper side of my brain to translate the doctrine into another language that is not my language. That is easy. But people who took that literally said, “Okay, I am going to Canada to translate books there.” Meanwhile, nobody is translating books in Canada, but a few people have started doing it. But if you take that interpretation the right way, and say, “Okay... what is Mexico? It is the heart of America; and what about the land of Central America? This land represents my spinal column; Panama is the coccyx. And then, what is Venezuela and Columbia? Well they are the two sexual forces, and down to the south, well down to the south is Klipoth.” Listen, I am not saying that the people in South America are in Klipoth, because indeed, as you know, if we talk about hell then everybody on this planet is in the south.

But we take the Gnostic mystery in this way in order to understand what the master was talking about. Symbolically, of course, he started doing his mission in Colombia and Venezuela, and from there went to Panama, the coccyx, rising in the spinal column towards Mexico, and finally reaching Canada. Yet after Canada, he said:

"At its time and hour, both of us, the Master Litelantes as well as me [Samael], will establish ourselves in the Canary Islands and from that basis we will act; from this base we will travel to France, England, and all European countries, performing Gnostic labor. Obviously, we must establish the [Gnostic] movement throughout Europe. When that plan is accomplished (which I expect will be soon), we [Litelantes and Samael] will establish ourselves precisely in Japan in order to start our work on the entire continent of Asia [Assiah?]." - Samael Aun Weor, from a lecture given in 1976

Okay, so... how many islands are in the Canary Islands? There are Seven. I understood. It meant that the master will continue guiding us from the seven churches, from the seven chakras inside. It is very clear. But people who read that literally have gone to the Canary Islands and have said to themselves, “The master will come here sooner or later because he said it.” Yes, he might go there... why not? But if you want to establish Master Samael, the King of Fire, in yourself, establish him in your seven islands; the Canary Islands. Furthermore, by investigating this further, we discovered that the Canary Islands are not called Canary because of the Canaries, the little birds that sing, but because of Canines, the dogs. In that island there were many dogs, or Canines. This is a further understanding, because the symbol of the dog is the symbol of the sexual energy. When a man is really not controlling his sexual energy he is a “dog.” And I don’t wan to say the Epithet that people use for a woman, but canine (from Latin caninus) is precisely the word use for both. And now understand, the sexual force, wisely guided through the seven Canary Islands will give us understanding about what the master Samael said.

The Canary Islands are actually volcanoes, made up of black lava called basalt. Thus, I said, “You, Master Samael, were hidden as fire here in my spinal column.” And the master said “Yes, I am the Master Samael, the king of volcanoes. You forgot about that? Yet, I am not just hidden in your spinal column but in the spinal column of all my disciples that put into activity their seven chakras. And from there, we are going to conquer Europe.” And now I invite you to study what Europe means, because, if I continue you will end up being lazy, and forget that everything can be both symbolic and literal. Literal for the populace and symbolic for those who have an ear and who know how to listen.

The second law is the Law of Analogy of Contraries. Let us read what Eliphas Levi wrote in Transcendental Magic. He said:

Harmony consists in equilibrium, and equilibrium subsists by the analogy of contraries [opposites]. Absolute unity is the supreme and final reason of things. Now, this reason can be neither one person nor three persons: it is a reason, and reason at the highest.

Do not get identified with one person, nor three persons, nor with the words which are symbols as we see there in the graphic; namely, God, Adam, and Eve. These are symbols. To create equilibrium we must be united, as God is absolute unity.  In other words, God separated Adam and Eve, and after that God united them. Yet, the one that came to unite them was Lucifer. But they did not conquer Lucifer, which is the sexual force.  Therefore:

To create equilibrium we must separate and unite – separate by the poles, unite by the center. To reason upon faith is to destroy faith; to create mysticism in philosophy is to assail reason. Reason and faith, by their nature, mutually exclude one another, but they unite by analogy. Analogy is the sole possible mediator between finite and infinite.

God is infinite, we are finite. We are opposites. Man and woman are opposites, but the sexual energy unites them in harmony, because when we unite the contraries there is harmony. Yet, when we do not know how to harmoniously unite them, we then create a third force, which is destruction.

Now we understand why the book of Revelations says that Abaddon is the angel of destruction, meaning that when we as Adam and Eve use these types of opposites, in the sexual act in the wrong way, we create a destructive energy, which will destroy us psychologically in hell; yet, when we as Adam and Eve are using the sexual energy in the right way we will initiaticly destroy our ego, and that is Apollyon, the opposite of Abaddon. Thus, Abaddon and Apollyon are not the same. Now let us say something about these opposites of Revelation 9:11, because we have to create harmony here.  When people read the following quotation from the Book of Revelation:

And they had a king [a Malachim] over them, which is [Tiphereth, the human soul] the angel of the bottomless pit [Yesod], whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. – Revelation 9: 11

Usually, people immediately say, “Oh, Abaddon and Apollyon are names corresponding to the same individual.  In Hebrew, he is called Abaddon and in Greek Apollyon, right?”  This is their logic because they read the Book of Revelation as a newspaper. Yet, spiritually, it is clear what Revelation states.

Master Samael said:

There are seven truths, seven sublime lords, and seven secrets... The secret of the abyss is one of the seven great unutterable secrets...  Abaddon is the angel of the abyss. He wears a black tunic and a red cap, like those worn by the Drukpas from oriental Tibet and from the regions of Sikkim and Bhutan, also as worn by the black magicians from the altar of Mathra (pronounced “Mazra” by the Rosicrucian school A.M.O.R.C. from California).

Thus, Abaddon is the angel of the abyss, a black magician; he is a fornicator, yet, Master Samael never commented about Apollyon. People say it is because both are the same one.

No! They are not the same one. Listen, Abaddon is written in the Hebrew tongue from right to left. Apollyon is written in Greek tongue from left to right. Kabbalistically, it is so simple to see it. But people do not analyze Kabbalistically. The Book of Revelation was written in Greek, so why is Johannes all of a sudden mentioning a Hebrew and Greek word that means destruction? It is for a reason.

Abaddon represents the soul in Malkuth of those Kabbalists who attempt to conquer the Sun-Tiphereth-Israel with their fornicator mind-Netzach; thus, as the Greek Phaeton, unable to control [Malkuth, Yesod, Hod and Netzach] the horses of Apollo-Israel put the earth in danger of being burnt up, therefore, to prevent such disaster, Zeus [Iod-Havah-Chokmah] destroyed them with a thunderbolt.

Johannes also talks about locusts, right? He says in that book:

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. – Revelation 9: 1-3

The fifth angel relates to the chakra Vishuddha and the sephirah Daath; in Kabbalah the fifth sephirah Geburah is the star that came down from heaven to the earth. And opened the fifth seal and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and from the smoke of the abyss came locusts upon the earth. The locusts are like flying salamanders, which are the spirits of the fire that descend from Geburah down to the earth. We all receive that fire—everybody receives those locusts as spirits of fire. In Kabbalah these are also called haishim plural for souls of fire.

Well, if you use your sexual force in the wrong way, what do you create? You create Demons. Vices, Egos, which take the shape of locusts; these are crystallizations of that fire which is Luciferian, Right?

But then, if you follow the example of John the Baptist, as it is written in the gospel of Matthew you do the opposite:

For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.  And the same John had his raiment of camel's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey. – Matthew 3:3-4

Locusts and wild honey were the only things that John was eating in the wilderness. People who read that literally, and who do not interpret the alchemical symbols written there, say that this prophet was chasing the locusts in the wilderness in order to feed himself, and also trying to get wild honey without getting stung by the bees, since this was his food also. Well, when you know alchemy, you know that those locusts were precisely the haishim or flying salamanders that descend from Geburah to Yesod-sex in Malkuth, the earth, and which have power, as the scorpions of the earth, better said, as people born under the constellation of Scorpio relate to sexual power. To eat them as John did you must transmute your sexual fire.  As John the Baptist was eating locusts, likewise the Gnostics transmute their sexual fire. And as John the Baptist was eating wild honey, likewise the Gnostics absorb the solar fluids of Malkuth, through the sexual act. This is how, by means of the key of the bottomless pit, the great sexual furnace between husband and wife is lit, and they say, “Thank you for what you cooked today for me, honey!” because their physicality has that “wild honey,” or solar force.

The solar force of the sun stored in the pollen is what the bees very patiently accumulate from flower to flower in order to make their honey. This is what we must also do. The bee symbolizes the every day activity of the alchemist in order to get wild honey. So the spouse says to their honey or their other half, “Honey, I need to eat my honey. Let us do our sexual alchemy, because this is my daily food. And I want to eat those locusts too, because I feel a lot of fire.” You see?

This is the meaning of alchemy. This is what John was doing in Yesod. But if you read it literally you will fall into absurdities, as those you see in some Hollywood movies, where you see John the Baptist dressed like a beggar and running in the wilderness in order to find locusts. Yes, “John had his raiment of camel's hair” but understand, the camel skin is another symbol for the burdens of karma that we bear alone in the wilderness—everything is symbolic.

Three metamorphoses of the spirit I have told you: how the spirit became a camel, the camel a lion, and the lion at last a child. - Zarathustra.

Thus, if you interpret the camel's hair of John and your dreams in the literal manner you will fall into absurdities. Yet, if you say, well, those who utilize the locusts and the wild honey in the wrong way are the ones who are following Abaddon down from the right to the left, but those who are performing sexual alchemy like John the Baptist are the ones who are following Apollyon, or Apollo, the solar God—the sun, in other words—following Christ up from the left to the right, since the Greek language is written from the left to the right.

Thus says Iod-Havah; Behold, I set before you the way of life [from left to right], and the way of death [from right to left]. – Jeremiah 21: 8

In the tree of life, in Kabbalah, you must know how to harmonize the two contraries, life and death, good and evil, right and left.  This is done in the center, in the central column of the tree of life, where we develop our souls. We work with Nephesh, the animal soul in Malkuth and Yesod; we work with Ruach and Neshamah in Tiphereth, the human soul; and we work with Chaiah and Yehidah in the highest, in Kether.

tree

And out of Adamah [אדמה – the ground, the female, Malkuth] made Iod-Havah Elohim [Binah, the Holy Spirit] to grow [from left to right] every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food and the tree of life [with its seven chakras] also inside in the midst of the garden and [her genitalia] the tree of knowledge of good and evil [life and death, right and left]. – Genesis 2: 9

tree

And Iod-Havah Elohim [Binah, the Holy Spirit] commanded [the tree that is pleasant to the sight] Adam [אדם the Child of אדמה Adamah], saying, of every tree of the garden [your physicality] you may freely eat [from left to right]: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil [the genitalia], you shall not eat of it [from right to left]: for in the day that you eat of it [from right to left] you shall surely die. – Genesis 2: 16, 17

The cerebral spinal fluid and the seminal fluid are the two poles of the sexual energy. The angel has the two poles [Ida and Pingala] upwards, towards his head. The common and current human beings and the demons have one pole upward [Pingala, the right pole, right column of the tree of life] and the other downward [Ida, the left pole, left column of the tree of life that goes down to klipoth]. They form the brain with one pole [the right], and they fornicate with the other pole [the left]. The Kundalini of the angel goes upwards; yet, the demon’s tail, the Kundabuffer goes downwards. - Samael Aun Weor

Thus when you get an oneiric image, if you as soul want to create harmony within, you have to inquire, is this image from the left or from the right? From where is it? If you interpret according to the analogy of contraries then you have to compare, and to make the harmony within your soul. Thereafter you say, “Oh! What my god is telling me is this, right?” For instance you see a black horse. The contrary of that black horse according to analogy is a white horse. But how do I reconcile black with white? I do it in the center through comprehension. Thus, you have to understand by studying about the horse in meditation.

Let me tell you about the horse, because the Book of Revelation mentions horses many times. When in the Book of Revelation you finish reading about how to develop your seven chakras or churches, then the book talks about four horses; namely, a white horse, a black horse, a red horse, and a yellow horse.

Some people have interpreted these horses superficially, literally. Yet when in meditation we look at them esoterically, we ask ourselves, what is a horse? A horse is an Equine [which as Equinox is rooted in the Latin word Equus meaning Equal]. It’s called Equine because it has four equally long legs. Those four equal legs are related to the quaternary, which relate to the four sephiroth at the bottom of the tree of life.  These relate to the four bodies of sin: Netzach, the mind; Hod, emotion; Yesod, the sexual force; and Malkuth, the physical body. Each sephirah represents a horse, and together the four equal legs of the Centaur or Hasnamuss. The white horse is Malkuth, the red horse is Yesod, the black horse is Hod, and the yellow is Netzach. These are called the four bodies of sin or protoplasmic bodies, because they relate to the animal soul; thus, we as Tiphereth have to control the animal soul.

When we enter into these studies we receive the doctrine of the first horse, the white horse. Then we receive a bow and a crown with which we conquer our animal mind.  The bow is the symbol of our abstract mind that—crowned with the Christic doctrine—throws divine thoughts as golden arrows from our heart to our animal mind. The first seal of the Book of Revelation relates to our heart. We enter into the mysteries of the seals of Revelation through our heart, because in the heart is Tiphereth, our abstract mind, the human soul, because it is in the heart where the Lord seats his crown upon Tiphereth, the human soul. And the first seal of the heart relates to the physical body. The christified mind is the bow and the divine concepts the arrows, and the crown is the Christic doctrine with which the alchemist conquers his physicality.  It is a white horse because he is physically chaste.

Each horse relates to the four lower sephiroth, because in each we have three brains. For example, in our physicality, Malkuth, we have the intellectual brain Netzach; the emotional brain Hod; the motor-instinctual-sexual brain Yesod. This is why when we study any horse we have to study the three brains.

The doctrine of the red horse relates to Yesod, the vital body. Red, because Yesod receives the energy of Geburah.  Red is the fire related to the locusts or sexual force that we have within. The second seal of the Book of Revelation states: “and power [Geburah] was given to him [the human soul] that sat thereon [Yesod] to take peace from [Malkuth] the earth, and that they [man and woman] should kill one another [their sins with their sexual force]: and there was given [in the throat] unto him [the human soul] a great sword [the power of the tongue]” (Revelation 6:4).  This horse also relates to the three brains.

This red horse (Yesod) in the fornicator becomes a wicked power in his tongue, which in his throat (Daath) is a great sword that he receives to make war,to take peace from the earth.

Even so the tongue is a little member that [politically] boasts great things. Behold how great a matter a little fire kindles! And [in the fornicator] the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea [of Yesod], is tamed, and has been tamed of mankind: But the tongue can no [fornicator] man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. [Hypocritically] Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. – James 3: 5-9

Yes, the tongue is a sword, sharped in the throat by the energy of the vital body or sexual force of Yesod, which this humanity is using for wars, for killing, for hatred. This is the sword of the wicked. Yet, we Gnostics use the power of Yesod, and the sword in Daath, for our own and neighbor’s benefit. Therewith we make war against our own vices, even lust.

Then comes the black horse, which relates to the Sephirah Hod, which in Sanskrit is called Kama Rupa, Lilith, the body of desires. All of us psychologically, in our soul, our animal soul, are dark. There we are full of vices. This is why the rider of the black horse has a scale in his hand, which is the scale of karma. That means you will receive your karma in accordance to your different vices or appetites. These are darkness inside of us. The body of desires, the Kama Rupa, is black. “A measure of wheat for a denary [for the Eucharist in Malkuth], and three measures of barley for a denary [for your three brains in Malkuth]; and see thou hurt not the [sexual] oil [in Yesod] and the wine [of the Eucharist in Hod]” (Revelation 6:6).

Every horse has a rider. Who is that rider? It is the same rider—your human soul, which is Tiphereth—riding the white, red, black, and yellow horses.

And I looked, and behold a pale horse [Netzach, the mind]: and the name that sat on him was Death [desire], and Hell [Klipoth] followed with him. And power was given unto him [the mind] over the four parts of the earth [physicality], to kill with sword [the tongue], and with hunger [ignorance], and with death [desire], and with the [intellectual] beasts of the earth. – Revelation 6:8

“And Hell followed with him.” Hell follows the mind, your own mind.  “And Cain [the mind, Netzach] went out from the presence of Iod-Havah [Chokmah], and dwelt in the land of Nod [Limbo, Klipoth], toward the east of Eden [sex]” (Genesis 4: 16). Just sit down to meditate and look, and you will see that behind your mind is hell.

So we have to conquer every single animal body represented by a horse, the four bodies of sin. Thus, as you see, the bible is related to symbols.  You understand it if you know how to read its symbols. Here we are entering into an analogy of it, but as I said to you, I am giving it to you as a gift so that you can understand what the horses are. This can help you with the work in yourself.  Remember, you control the four horses from your heart. Now let us study the law of correspondences. Let us read:

cosmos

In every primitive Logos [Greek for Word, which can also refer to any cosmic creator], the parallel between physical correspondences and ethical relations is established on the same basis [As above so below]. Each word carries its material and sensible definition, and this living language is as perfect and true as it is simple and natural in man the creator. Let the seer express by the same word, slightly modified, the sun, day, light, truth, and applying the same description to a white sun and to a lamb [the lamb of God, as mentioned is white], let him say, Lamb or Christ, instead of sun, and sun instead of truth, light, civilization, and there is no allegory, but there are true correspondences seized and expressed by inspiration [as we see, lamb, or Christ are not literal words, but a solar energy, a solar force.]. But when the children of night [in other words, the vulgar people, the fornicators, that don’t put into activity the seven senses] say in their incoherent and savage dialect, sun, day, light, truth, lamb, the wise correspondence so clearly expressed by the primitive logos becomes destroyed and disappears, and, by simple translation, the lamb and the sun become allegorical beings, symbols. – M. Augustin Chaho, quoted in Transcendental Magic

This is what happens with ordinary people. They read the Bible and read, Adam and Eve, Cain, Abel, and they do not understand the meaning of these names. Thus, they start speculating, and destroy the beauty of the myth, the correspondences.

seal

As above corresponds to below, below corresponds to above, right? This is how we interpret, for instance, the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is in heaven. But in you heaven is in your pineal gland. That gland is the seat of the Holy Spirit, as Binah, intelligence. When we talk about Christ, the Logos, Chokmah, it also relates to the pineal gland, and not only to right hemisphere of your brain; it also corresponds to your heart and pituitary gland. We have to learn how these archetypes kabbalistically and alchemically correspond to what is in the heavens and in our own physicality in order to truly understand and comprehend what is written in the bible.

In this day and age, a lot of people are interpreting the prophecies of Israel, and some of them are even trying to make those prophecies to correspond to a false reality according to their whim.

We always repeat: in the Bible, Israel does not address the people in the Middle East who want by their own whim to conquer and establish themselves in the Holy Land because of what they think the prophecies mean.

Israel: Is is Isis; Ra is fire, the solar force; and El is God. Israel refers to all the archetypes that we have within. Everyone has Israel within, according to the Hebrew Scriptures. In India we talk about the Brahmins, and the archetypes of Brahmanism, or Hinduism. Physical Brahmins interpret Brahmanism in their own way.  For example the castes of Brahmins are considered “untouchable.” Yes, the real Brahmans are untouchable, but the real ones, because they are not physical—they live in the superior worlds.  Such is the meaning of untouchable. Likewise with Israel.  But if we interpret the biblical scriptures in the wrong way, as many ignoramuses do, we then end up giving to those demons who live in the middle East, the “throne” of the whole planet, according to what is written in the Bible, yet, in accordance to their own whimsical interpretations.

We must know how to read the sacred scriptures, otherwise we destroy the meaning of the word, and the meaning disappears when we interpret them literally.  “And, by simple translation, the lamb and the sun become allegorical beings, symbols.”  So we have to know how the law of correspondences fits with these symbols, with these experiences that we have, whether as a vision or a dream.

Apply all the interpretative laws that we are teaching you here, because sometimes one law is associated with another in order to give you wisdom, understanding. As when we take symbols from the bible, they are related to philosophical analogies, analogies of the contraries, and correspondences. For instance, Adam and Eve—we always talk about those two contraries. They are associated with us or correspond to us in different manners; Eve, the woman; Adam, the man; Adam, the brain; Eve, the sexual organs; Adam, the right channel (Pingala); Eve, the left channel (Ida). Every single symbol is associated with us in many ways, and this is why we have to study these laws. This is why the Master Samael says, the one who walks on the fourth path has to study Kabbalah and alchemy. God speaks in a language that we must learn. Some Gnostics which are lazy say, “Why do we have to study Kabbalah and alchemy?  It is too complicated. Let us make it simple.” So, then let them throw away the Bible, throw away the Koran, throw away all the sacred books of the past and make it simple, right?  Let us see where they will end up reaching in order to understand the language of God. Let us see if with indolence they can understand the messages that God will send them. This is why the Master Samael said, “The book of Daniel and the biblical passages of the Patriarch Joseph, son of Jacob, must be studied in order to learn how to interpret your astral experiences.”

The book of Daniel relates to Geburah. In Hebrew, Dan is justice. And the passages of Joseph in Genesis, in which Joseph talks about the interpretation of dreams to the Pharaoh in Egypt. Study those two books in the bible patiently, because the language of God does not develop from one night to the next. It has a process. The process implies and demands annihilation of the ego.

And the last law is the Law of Numerology. Well, we already gave 22 lectures related to numerology. Yet, let us read in synthesis what John in the Bible says.

seal

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these three are one [trinity]. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the breath, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one [trinity]. - 1 John 5: 7, 8

These two trinities are found in the seal of Solomon. The upper triangle represents the Logoic triangle in the tree of life. The lower triangle represents our three brains, which are beneath, here in Malkuth.  This lower triangle relates to our physicality; the father is the breath. When you breath, inhale oxygen within your lungs, you hold the father. You cannot live without the father, the oxygen, the breath in your physicality. The son is the blood. Remember that in the blood the oxygen, the Father, is one with Christ. And the water is the Holy Spirit. The water relates to the fluids where the cerebral spinal nervous system floats; the brain and the medulla float in that fluid. The sperm and the ovum float in that other fluid, the semen. The sexual fluid, whether masculine or feminine, is the living water with which we have to baptize ourselves. So, in synthesis, the breath, the blood and the water are the three which bear witness here in our physicality. Three plus three is six. That is why the true human being, Adam was created on the sixth day. However, if you do not fulfill Genesis, remember that the number of the beast is 666, which makes the addition of 18, and 1 plus 8 is 9.

We have to understand the numbers. In Kabbalah, all Hebrew letters are associated with numbers. In Hebrew Kabbalah there is not cipher for zero, Judaism does not have symbol for zero. But in the Mayan Kabbalah there is a symbol for zero. It is the only pantheon in which we have found the symbol of zero. When we address the Kabbalah, remember this: in Hebrew, Kabbalah means ‘to receive.’ Many masters were sent to the Hebrew race in order to teach. But this does not mean that the science of numbers belongs only to the Jews, which is precisely an assumption of this root race. Those who study Kabbalah think that the science of Kabbalah is an exclusivity of the Hebrews.  No! It is not. They were lucky to receive many prophets in their race in order to receive the science of numbers. They call it Kabbalah because when you receive it you receive it.  You get it inside your soul. Kabbalah means to receive. So when we say Kabbalah, we mean, ‘to receive’ the science of numbers in the material plane.

Now in the Hebrew Kabbalah, or numerology, there is no symbol for zero. The word zero yes, ‘efes’. Aleph, Pei, Samech. אפס. That is zero in Hebrew. Why is it that there is no symbol for zero? It is because Moses said, you should not make any image of that which is abstract, absolute, that which Moses called AElohim. That is why in Hebrew there is no symbol for zero, the absolute, the nothingness.

This does not mean that they do not understand what zero is. Hebrews adopted the Arabic numbers we use now (0-1-2-3-4...) up to nine. Those are Arabic numbers. In the Hebrew alphabet there are 22 letters, and every letter has a value. Aleph:1. Beth: 2. Gimel: 3. Dalet:4, etc. When you see all their letters as symbols it is difficult to figure their values, especially when we are not accustomed to it. But with the Roman letters, we are accustomed. The letter I is one. II symbolizes two.  III is three. Four is IV.  The V alone is five. Add one I to the right and it is 6, VI. Until you find the X, which is ten, etc. All of that is Latin numbers. They also did not have zero. Often people see in books Latin letters for numbers—Chapter X for 10, or L for 50—and they say, “What is this?”  If you do not know how to read those letters as numbers, then you do not know.

Nevertheless, in this day and age we have adopted the Arabic numbers, and they are separated from the letters, but in Kabbalah, numbers are always associated with letters. This is true for all alphabets. We have to understand that. This is why we associated geometry with the letters in the Hebrew alphabet. But again, these values exist in every alphabet. But because we study the Bible, we apply the Hebrew alphabet. But if we went and studied the Mahabharata, which is written in Sanskrit, it will be absurd to apply the Hebrew letters. We would have to study the Hindus. Historians, however, also say that the Hindus gave the numbers that we now have to the Arabs, and the Arabs then gave them to us.

But of course, the number zero exists in the Hebrew language, in Kabbalah, but has no symbol. That brings something very funny to my mind.  One given day someone said to me, “Those Mayan people were stupid.” I said, “Oh really, why?” He answered, “Because they had the number zero, yet they didn’t have the wheel.” “Oh,” I said, “so you think that Mayans symbolized zero with a circle? Sorry, but the stupid is you, because they didn’t use a circle to symbolize the Zero. The symbol of zero in Mayan hieroglyphics looks like an eye. It is an oval symbol. So, if they were to make an instrument of that, it would not rotate.”  Thus, this person assumed that the Mayan symbol for zero was a circle like the circle we use now for zero. The point is: study.

Again, the Mayans used a symbol, but Moses said to the Hebrews, do not make a symbol of that which is the unknown, the Nothingness, אפס. This is precisely what confuses us sometimes. Do not think that we are using only Hebrew Kabbalah. There are many great Kabbalists that have written Kabbalah in other languages. There are many great masters; we have to understand that. Of course, these are symbols (in the Tree of Life) of the Hebrew pantheon—the Star of David, for example. However, you also find the Star of David in Buddhism and Hinduism; it does not belong only to the Hebrew pantheon. The ten sephiroth, of course, are Hebrew symbols. But they do not belong to them; they was given to them. The one that brought all of these mysterious 22 letters was the angel Metatron. His name was Enoch when he was incarnated, and he existed before the Hebrew race. He was an Atlantean.

Questions and Answers

Audience: Can you talk about the color of the horses? Why is Malkuth white and ‘mind’ yellow?

Instructor: Well, it is yellow because the science of the mind is called the yellow science. It relates to intelligence shown in the yellow light or aura of Masters. This is why the master Samael wrote The Yellow Book, related to the exercises of the mind. The mind is Netzach. We also have in the physical world the ‘yellow race’, which is related with Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, etc. The yellow skin people; it relates to the mind. If you see now who is controlling the world, it is the yellow horse. But that is because the Chinese and the Japanese etc., develop a lot in the head. This is why Buddhism developed there.

The other aspect of the question is why the first seal is white. Because in order to open the first seal, which is the white horse, you have to develop chastity. In other words, the first seal relates to the heart, purity, but the heart in the physical body. If your physical heart has no fire because you are a fornicator, you cannot receive that white horse, because that horse is given to us in order to conquer, right? A chaste heart gives you the bow and arrows; those are arms of the heart. Do you remember Apollo, the sun? He always throws his rays or arrows of light to humanity, in order to give life. Light is the arrow of Apollo, which is in the heart, Tiphereth. Apollo throws solar light to humanity. White is purity. That is why in the chapter 19 verse 11 of the Book of Revelations, says:

And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

This does not mean that eventually someone will appear in the sky riding a white horse. It is a symbol. It means that the rider of the white horse is going to teach everything related with the physical world, because Geburah, which is the fifth sephirah, relates to Malkuth. Malkuth is the white horse. And Samael-Geburah controls the white horse. This is why he is giving all this doctrine, and his name is the Word of God in Vishuddha, because with the Word of God he reveals all the mysteries that are revealed in the books of God, and within us too.

Audience: You talk about the close relationship between Chokmah (wisdom) and Chesed (love). Can you say the same thing about Binah and Yesod? You talk about meditation and comprehension. Is this the same relationship?

Instructor: Binah is related with the left column and his kingdom is in Yesod as you say. But the main thing is this: Kabbalistically we know that the spirit that hovers over the surface of the waters is Chesed. So Chesed is love (Gedulah) that has to control the waters of Yesod through the central nervous system. And obviously, the one who controls Yesod is Binah, if you follow the rules of sexual alchemy. Nevertheless, there are a lot of people at this present moment who sin against the Holy Spirit, because they ignore that Binah, the Holy Spirit is the sexual force. Binah goes down into our sexual energy. If you fornicate, if you commit adultery, if you are masturbating, if you are enjoying prostitution, lesbianism, and all that perversity which is common in this day and age, well you are sinning against the Holy Ghost. But if you repent and allow your spirit to control your sexual waters, as is written in Genesis, and if you start changing your habits, and entering into the path, then forgiveness is granted by the Holy Spirit unto you. But usually you find the fornicators on the left, the goats, hating the chastity of those on the right, where we find the Lamb of God.  On the right are the sheep, who follow the doctrine of chastity. Opposites always exist. The right is always positive and the left is always negative. We have to have equilibrium between good and evil. In order to do that you have to center yourself in the spinal column, in the seven churches, the seven Canary Islands, or the islands of the Odyssey, in order to serve your God. Remember that Poseidon, Neptune, here in the pineal gland, is Binah, the Holy Spirit that is putting the ordeals before the navigator.

Audience: Can you explain how to interpret dreams of parents, friends, or people that you know?

Instructor: How do we interpret dreams of parents, relatives, people that we know? Well, sometimes, dreams are just a repetition or a projection of our own psyche. But when those messages come from above, and we see our father, our mother, or our sister, etc, then we have to understand what Master Jesus said in the Bible:

While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.

But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? And who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. – Matthew 12: 46-50

So, it is simple. If you find your sister, you have to ask to yourself, “Is my sister an apparition of my mind, or is it a symbol that my God is sending to me?” Then you see this woman and think, she is my sister. She may symbolize someone in the physical plane who is following Gnosis as well that is very close to me. That is a sister, not literally your blood, but a sister within the doctrine; she is your sister.

This is why this term is used in the spiritual world, for example the ‘sisters’ within the Christian or Catholic world, the nuns.  This is also true among the monks—Brother this, brother that.  In other words, if we follow this doctrine in the right way, we are brothers and sisters. But this also has other symbols.

Somebody asked us in the website, “Why does Solomon have 700 wives and 300 concubines?”  I said, well, we do not think that he was having sex with all of them. Those women are symbolic. This is because of Malkuth. If you have a lot of people in the kingdom, you have a lot of people following you; they are your wives; they are female disciples.  And also because Malkuth is always feminine. 700 is also the number 7. You have to learn how to read that. Like the wives of Jacob and Abraham.  They had many wives. This is symbolic. If you read the Koran, Mohammed had many wives. It could be, but if you read it symbolically, the female aspect is always the physical body. Someone might say, “God says you should not commit adultery, but look at Jacob—four wives.” Well, look symbolically at that. Those four wives represent the four rivers of Eden.

Audience: Can the magic ear give you powers to hear the language of animals, winds, and oceans?

Instructor: Yes, it could, physically. Let me tell you something from my own experience. I understand the language of animals, but in the astral plane. When I hear them in the physical plane, I only hear ‘meow’ or ‘bow wow’ or ‘moo.’ I talk often with cats because I love cats. And I talk with them when I know I am conscious in the astral plane.  Yes, I talk to them and they answer me. Whether I ask them in English or in Spanish, they always answer. But when you talk to them in the physical plane you have to use telepathy. Use images.  If you say, “Get out of here,” you have to imagine the cat walking out.

I recall one time being in Canada, and I was about to give a lecture and my black cat was in one of the chairs, and I said, “You are interrupting here.  A person can sit there.” But when I was saying this, I was imagining everything I was saying. “Get out from here, from this room, because somebody wants to use that chair.” By talking to the cat and using images at the same time he understood completely. He got down from the chair and walked away complaining. Answering me in his own language, meows which I did not understand but it was something like, “Who are you to tell me, blah blah blah,” or something like that. I was hearing only the ‘meows’.

Another example in the past, when my perception was in between my astral body and my physical body I understood the language of dogs and cats. That is an ability of the astral body. But a master who is very developed can have that power physically, and can physically understand what the animal is saying. People will hear meows or barking, but a master will understand what they are saying. That is the ability of the Vishuddha chakra. Saint Francis of Assisi had that ability.

Audience: You spoke about opening the Vishuddha chakra, and you compared it to the church of Sardis. Is it possible to awaken the chakra without previously awakening the others below it?

Instructor: Well, every chakra is associated with the other forces of the rest of them. For instance in the spinal column you have the motor brain.  If you ruin your spine you cannot walk, so many of the senses in the spine are related. Of course, you can develop the Vishuddha chakra alone, but every chakra has to be associated with the other chakras in order to have perfect understanding of what you are seeing, because with the chakra Ajna you see it, but with the chakra Anahata you understand what you are seeing. The Vishuddha chakra gives clairvoyance in the astral and mental planes; however, usually we see the images without understanding them, and that is bad. That is precisely what happens to all of us when we begin. We receive a lot of images, and we remember the dream, but we do not know what they mean. So we need the Vishuddha chakra.  In order to develop this chakra the Master gives a mantra. He says, vocalize daily, “Aum, Shiva, Tum, EH.” That is a Sanskrit mantra. Aum-Shiva is the purity of the Holy Spirit; Tum is the force of the trinity in Egypt; and EH, vibrates in the throat. If you vocalize that mantra daily, you will activate your Vishuddha. But also do the other mantras. Vocalize IEOUAMS, as we teach in the runic course. Runes will balance all the seven chakras. And particularly after IEOUAMS vocalize the mantra for Vishuddha, and that will give you understanding for comprehension through the magic ear.

Audience: Some people experience pain in the throat when they are angry or emotional. Is that related to the throat chakra?

Instructor: Well that might be related to the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland is especially active, as when you develop hyperthyroidism, or hypothyroidism in which case you can become too skinny or too fat. Obviously that is related to the emotions, because the throat is related to the heart. We have to learn how to control the heart in order to develop knowledge. The words that come from the heart and are expressed through the throat, as Jesus said, they destroy your psyche. Read that in the Epistles, in relation to James, who talks about the power of the tongue:

Behold, we put bits in the horses' mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body. Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listen. Even so the tongue is a little member that boasts great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindles! – James 3: 3-5

Those that cannot control the tongue are ‘liars;’ they do not develop the Vishuddha chakra completely.  Thus, they interpret things in the wrong way.

Audience: Sometimes when you interpret dreams, you have to be careful. I had a dream about my cat being killed by a dog and it turned out that my cat was actually killed by a dog.

Instructor: Yes, I heard about your cat. You thought that it was a symbol, but it turned out that your cat was killed by a dog. Sometimes dreams are clairvoyant dreams, and we have to learn how to know the difference. But you still have to know how to interpret them by the law of analogies, of contraries, correspondences, philosophical analogies, and numerology. Sometimes the experience is direct. I have had those too. There are no symbols. You can have those too. Before things happen in the physical world, they happen in the astral plane.

Audience: How do you know if a dream is useful?

Instructor: By meditating on it. A dream is always useful. A dream can be a message from your God, so it is useful. A dream which is very incoherent that comes from your mind is also useful. It is telling you that you have something that you need to analyze and to destroy. Any type of dream that you have is useful for your meditation, whether it is a projection of your own ego or a message from your God. That is why you have to meditate. Meditate to comprehend if your dream is a message from your God or a projection of your own ego. For that you need a lot of patience and analysis, and to shut your mouth up. Do not talk too much about your experiences. Sometimes you hurt people with your experiences unless what you are saying is something symbolic. Sometimes you think what you are seeing on the astral plane is related to some person that you do not know. Everything that you experience relates to you. This is what you have to understand. It is a part of you. Remember that we have seven main parts in relation with the man. Seven bodies. But we have also ten parts in relation to the sephiroth. Twelve parts in relation to the Being. It is complicated. We have to be serious about our study.

Audience: Is Saturn the Holy Spirit?

Instructor: Yes of course. Saturn relates to the number 7, which is in the process of alchemy, when you destroy your ego, or you practice certain rituals. But Neptune relates directly to the pineal gland. Listen, Chesed relates to the pineal gland. Binah relates to the pineal gland. Chokmah relates to the pineal gland. Kether relates to the pineal gland. The spirit relates to the pineal gland, to the spinal nervous system. You have to study the many forces. That is why in mythology as the Master Samael says, Neptune is the Holy Spirit. Saturn, the holy spirit. What about Vulcan? Oh, that is the Holy Spirit, too. But you have to know how to associate things. Every single archetype is a multiple perfect unity. You discover that in meditation.

Audience: Abaddon. Abba the father and adon, Adonai the lord of the earth.

Instructor: Of course, Abaddon maneuvers the forces of Abba the Father as a fallen Adon, thus, he becomes a Baal, lord of Klipoth.  Baal is the human soul who uses the forces of the Father in the wrong way. There is an angel whose name is Abaddon, who has fallen. He is a fornicator. In Klipoth we find the Baalim or fornicator Kabbalists who follow Abaddon. They want to develop the Kundabuffer organ, because Abaddon developed this organ. It is a destroyer from the right to the left.

Audience: Does Kether-Chokmah-Binah relate to the body?

Instructor: Kether-Chokmah-Binah relates to many forces: the law of three that creates; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These are forces in heaven that are also forces in us. The breath, the blood, and the water. Those forces are cosmic and universal, but also individual in each one of us. We have been talking about the Holy Trinity, Kether-Chokmah-Binah, in many lectures. Still there are many things that we have not said, because it is all very vast.

God is the flame that stirs in everything, the vivifying geometry of everything. This is why the number [8] is holy, is infinite, is eternal. There, where He resides, there is no difference; diversity is unity. – Gnostic Ritual
