When performing Viparita Karani Mudra (against the wall) my head is facing the east, but the only wall I can use is directly next to the bathroom. How can I protect my energy when I'm directly next to the bathroom. There is a door and I close it, but I feel a little strange being that close. Also on my left side is the door to my bedroom, and there's often a draft coming through the bottom of the door. Please advise.

You could also use a wall where your head will face north, or you could lie on your bed.
If the current wall is your only option, just ensure that the bathroom is kept very clean. You could also lie on a clean fabric or small rug used only for this purpose (put it away when not meditating). Wool is a good choice, although it can get warm.
You can block the draft with a "draft dodger", towel, blanket, etc.
