In the Day Spring of Youth, Master Morya speaks about Aspiring and Aspiring Atoms. Is this the same thing as Pranayama? Or is it more like self-remembering?

Also, can I do pranayama while being engaged in daily activities? Like talking with others or riding a bike or driving a car ?

Pranayama can be done at any time, but do it consciously! :)

From The Dayspring of Youth:

ASPIRING ATOMS.—Those higher forms of energy and intelligence that, through Yoga practice, the student attracts to his physical and mental body.

Such atoms are drawn towards us by increasing our psychological purity.

“Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes.” —Demosthenes
