A family member has been diagnosed with prostate enlargement. What advice can one give him?

I have been attending a Sexual Behavior class of around 250-300 people as well. Their horrible teachings don't affect me but watching people laugh at what should disgust them does. Is there anything one can do here?

It is difficult because we only have a limited amount of energy and have to try and help the people who need it the most, and a lot of our society is far beyond saving. My family is involved in both of these situations.

As for protecting my family I tried to do my best, I've installed anti porn filters on the family computers (they were being used for porn), and I've taken a roasting for that. Everyone went out and bought laptops after that :P I would just rather know that I've done all that I could instead of having regrets, that's all.

You cannot change anyone. Only God can, and only if people allow themselves to be helped. You must seek to lead by emulating the prophets, teaching others from your internal experience and by example. If your family does not accept your assistance, so be it. For as it is written:
But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. -Mark 6:4
As for attending your class about sexology, it sounds like you're only frustrating yourself. It is very sad to see humanity justifying its degeneration and ostracizing the ways of the prophets, religion and scripture, even using science to validate its horrible fornication. We know that in higher levels of Tantra, the practitioner can transform more crude and intense impressions into light and wisdom. But if you cannot transform the impressions you are receiving, it is best to avoid those situations where you only suffer as a consequence of your actions.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
