What are very effective practices to work with courage? To grab the bull by the horns directly as possible?

The practice where we stare into the mirror and into our eyes very deeply is a good practice for facing ourselves directly.

It would be good to be recommended some very resolute, effective practices of this nature. This is intended to make meditation easier, to make meditation longer and more profound. This is in combination with self remembrance, self observation and continued mindfulness.

Looking for more tools as part of a package to make deeper headway into more profound, longer meditations.

The Rune Dorn, when performed with strength and comprehension, can develop Christ-will, which is the essence of courage within the initiate.

You can also meditate on the great works of art that have channeled the force of Mars (Samael). Listen with a mind free of concepts and thought, and absorb the music within the depths of your consciousness. Behold, the Warriors of Mars, and that you have this archetype within your very Being!

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
