Occult literature states that we are now in the fifth 'Aryan' root race which is governed by Samael.
I have a couple of questions about this subject; Firstly, the Aryan root race was apparently formed in North America by the merging of all nations. Is the Aryan label applicable to all people on earth at this moment?
Is there some correlation between all the civil wars/conflicts and skirmishes taking place in many countries; with the war like, militaristic nature of Samael?
Why do different Archangels govern different epochs?

Fifth Subrace: Are the Anglo-Saxon and Teutonic. The First and Second World Wars, with all of their barbarism and moral corruption, point with their accusatory fingers to the men and women of the fifth Aryan Subrace.
Sixth Subrace: The mixture of the Spanish Conquistadors with the Native-American tribes. The effort to form the sixth Subrace in the redskin territory was very difficult, because the English Conquistadors destroyed them; they assassinated them, instead of mixing themselves with the natives. Only in a very insignificant and incipient way was the mixture of blood performed. This is why the Occult Fraternity saw the necessity of converting the North American territory into a melting crucible of races. So, the formation of the sixth Subrace in the United States had enormous difficulties; there, all the races of the world have mixed. The sixth Subrace in Latin America was formed very easily and this is something that must not be ignored by the treatisers of anthropogenesis and occultism.

This image is helpful (and so are the explanations), however I have to ask further questions; Within the Mahamanvantara we can see a series of seven Epochs/rounds within which are a series of seven Root races, going further we have yet another series of seven subraces. The law of seven... or in the words of Gurdjieff: Heptaparaparshinokh, is clearly recognizable. Do we have a list of all the Archangels which govern each epoch precisely? Is there a different Archangel governing the epoch process while another is governing the root race, another the subrace and so on?
We can see that the whole world is mixing in many places, from the east to west, north to south... and in the middle, although in different ratio's. Why is it that the seeds for the future (sixth) root race will emerge from North America only (since the mixing process is happening worldwide)?

1. Everything in nature is managed by hierarchies of awakened beings. We do not have a "list," since that would be useless to help us liberate ourselves before the approaching catastrophes.
2. Do not interpret these writings in a physical manner. The meaning is Kabbalistic, intuitive, psychological. The mixing is happening worldwide, yet is driven by the influence of the seventh subrace. You can see that influence is worldwide: culturally, politically, psychologically, etc. in positive and negative forms. That is, the positive influences are setting the stage for the evolution of the seeds of humanity. The negative influences (which are more easily visible to humanity, because of our conditioned consciousness, but mistaken for positive influences) are setting the stage for the purging of the seeds through devolution.
