Is their any Master who became totally awaken in one life? I mean the initiation process: alll 18 initiation, 9 minor mysteries plus 9 major mysteries. JUST WONDERING?

It is certainly possible. The only limitations are willpower and karma. However, genuine Masters never discuss such things, since:
"Initiation is something very intimate to the Soul. The “I” does not receive initiations. Therefore, those who say, “I have so many initiations,” “I have such and such degrees,” are liars and fakes, because the “I” does not receive initiations or degrees. There are nine Initiations of Minor Mysteries and five important Initiations of Major Mysteries. The Soul is the one who receives the initiations. This is a very intimate matter; something that one must not go about speaking of, nor something that must be told to anyone." - Samael Aun Weor, The Perfect Matrimony

(1040-1123) The great poet-saint of Tibetan Buddhism, highly revered by all Tibetans for his extraordinary perseverance and determination. His reputation for mastery and accomplishment in meditation is so great that all the schools of Tibetan Buddhism agree that he reached total realization in one lifetime, a feat only achievable by a great bodhisattva. The 14th Dalai Lama has said that his teacher is Milarepa.
