The extra 5 days are a chance for you to practice what you learned during the 3 day retreat. Many students have asked us to extend this retreat since it is in such a magical setting at the Tibetan Buddhist monastery.

Hello!
I am simply informing you that I cant be there at the mentionned time tomorrow wich I think is
5pm. I'm leaving Montréal by bus and I'll arrive at oneonta urliest arround 6:30
I'll take a taxi to the retreat so I'm gessing I'll arrive arround 8:00 max.
I hope its not to much trouble, however I cannot do anything to change this, there is no urlier
departure time.
