There is no 'alone' in reality. Nature is an intricate eco system, we see this in the third dimension. When you take one species out of it, the rest of the system will start to collapse. So how much more intricate and sophisticated is all of existence when we look at all of the dimensions and life forms?
Thus repentance will not only affect the demon, but all that is connected to him. Just think of all the spared victims, who will not suffer from his actions.
