I have found that regular 100% grape juice does not last very long before it begins the fermentation process, would de-alcholised wine be just as acceptable to use when performing the Eucharist? De-alchoholised wine does contain small traces of alcohol, although the quantity is so little that in many places this sort of beverage is labelled as non-alcoholic.

That was in relation to the wine, now on to the bread; Can we use any type of bread such as rye, white, sourdough and so on?

Is there a specific prayer that must be performed during the ritual, where should one be placing their awareness?

The best bread and "wine" (grape juice) would be homemade; just make it in small batches so it does not spoil. Second to that, use the best you can get. Whichever type you use is up to you. Obviously, alcohol has detrimental effects, so it is best to avoid it. For the bread, it is best to use something with whole grains.

Regarding the actual ritual, simply be in the present, praying from your heart. Everything you need to know about what to do is written in two books:

“Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes.” —Demosthenes

"Do not worry; cultivate the habit of being happy." —Samael Aun Weor

That is a very good idea (homemade grape juice), I will certainly give it a try as grapes are not difficult to obtain. Thank you.
