Blessings,

I am rereading Beyond Death and right in the first chapter something struck me hard. In chapter 1 verse 5 it says,

5. Is it true that after living a wicked and libertine type of life, if we repent at the moment of death, then our soul can be saved?

Samael Aun Weor: All the doors are closed for the unworthy, except one: the door of repentance. It is clear that if we repent, even if it is at the last moment, then we can be assisted in order to amend our errors.

My question is, what is true repentance? I think a lecture on this matter would help a lot of people.

Thank you!

There are three conditions of repentance [which must be present] in order that it be sound: remorse for the violations that have been committed, immediate abandonment of the lapse, and firm resolve not to return to similar acts of disobedience." One must apply these principles to make repentance effective.
