Hello, I hope this finds You well. -I wanted some help with The Pentagram exercise You teach. I am suuuuper confused with it, with how You teach it on Your website VS on Your YouTube. From the start: *Video: Movement starts with heels together and arms crossed over chest - Website, movement starts with heels not touching & arms resting downwards. *Video, palms facing down when standing in the second "star" pose. - Website, palms facing forward. *Third movement: Video+website picture, palms fully together above the head. - Website, only the four fingertips touching above the head. Final stance- Video: Right arm over left in front of chest, not touching. -Website: right arm over left, palms against (touching) the chest. I truly hope You can provide the correct and logical steps for me and for anyone confused, for clarity and for the higher good.

What creates the power of the movement is not the details of the physical body, but the power of your concentration on visualizing the pentagram.

Focus on visualizing, and move your body to form the star. Exactly where you hands face does not matter, but it does matter where your attention is. If you are concentrated on your physical body, then you are not concentrated on forming the pentagram internally, which is the whole point of the practice.
