When we starve our ego's, especially lust, what happens is that at some point, these elements turn extremely aggressive, desperate for their food, they (all the hungry egos) turn on you like a pack of hungry wolves. One defective move may cascade into a series of movements towards deeper states of darkness, so much that one is left wondering what just took place after the whole ordeal is over. What can we do in such instances, especially when ones three centers are to some degree hijacked?

During those episodes, change the circumstances. Oftentimes, simply changing the scene can help. Go outside, go to another room, do something else. Walk away from the drama until you regain control. Change the circumstances so that the ego cannot take control. For example, if being in your room leads to a temptation you cannot overcome, then do not go to your room. Go be with other people.

Most importantly, these things happens because we need more comprehension. Meditate more on the elements involved. Pray to your Divine Mother to help you understand.
