Two questions:
1) when doing the vowel mantras which direction should the energy be rotating?
That is; as I am sitting visualizing (ie) the heart should I be seeing (from my perspective) the energy rotate clockwise or counter clockwise?
2) Has to do with Einstein’s equation E=mc^2, and what is the constant (c^2) in this equation.
I see many similarities between Light and Consciousness, but for my limited perspective how are they interchangeable? Are they one and the same, and if so how?

1) Visualize the chakras rotating clockwise. As for energetic sensations, let them be and ask your Divine Mother to guide your practice, since She is the Intelligence (Binah) of God. She knows how to manage energy perfectly in you for your own well-being.
2) Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared.
Quantum mechanics has demonstrated that light particles make conscious decisions.
Our consciousness is also a light, however, dimmed, filtered, diffused, constrained. Eliminate the ego, the darkness, then you free the light trapped there.
