With the increasingly terrible direction things are heading in world events, one could reasonably infer that the violence and terror of the Third World War will be unspeakable, unthinkable. Obviously, during such circumstances it will be very hard to meditate, groups will be dispersed, and spreading the teachings of Gnosis would be almost impossible.
By spreading the teachings and by helping others to work on themselves, Glorian is helping to delay the Third World War. But when the Third World War has already begun, that mission will not be able to exist, or at least not at all in the same way. So my question is: will Glorian still exist, and will its mission change? If not, will there perhaps be another organization in the physical world, like Glorian, that will seek to help the innocent and suffering, or are such physical organizations entirely impossible under the coming circumstances? What other help might the White Lodge be providing during those times?

Understandably, world events can result in a feeling of uncertainty and have an impact on our confidence in the future. However, we can work to not become identified with it all. We must work to see the big picture (the ebb and flow) in all things and understand that there are unseen forces working behind the scenes. There are dark forces that continue to pursue their agendas. There are also forces of light that work to bring things back into balance. This dichotomy of light and dark has been around in many forms for millennia, as well as the Gnostic movement in many forms. The Gnostic tradition strives to battle against dark forces, both individually, and collectively. Part of that battle is to not become identified with our environment.

I understand working on myself and spreading the teachings are good. But does prayer also work in these cases? Since these circumstances are karmic how would prayer work?
Indeed, Karma will play itself out to bring things into balance. When we pray, we can pray that all is done in accordance with cosmic law, respecting free will, and pray to reduce the suffering of humanity.
