How is this planes in a one dimension, that is the 5th! And how does a plane and a dimension differ?

Thoughts and emotions are of a similar level in nature: they are merely condensations of psychological values. You could equate this to water: certain conditions render water as ice, others as vapor. It is the same water, but the qualities vary. In the internal worlds, thoughts and emotions are somewhat like that; there are "regions" of the 5th dimension with different conditions. In truth, they are the same "plane", just distinguished by the relative density of the "atmosphere" (Hod vs Netzach). One moves between them by modulating the psychological conditions.
