An instructor once mentioned that the inverted 5th dimension or klipoth is hell!! But if demons or black magicians are in the 3rd, 4th and the solar 5th dimension, would it not make the aforementioned sephirah part of the klippoth as well, and can black magicians enter the 6th and 7th dimensions?

In this moment, you are abiding in all of those dimensions. Your thoughts and emotions radiate from the fifth, while your vital energy is in the fourth, and your physical body is in the third. Psychological defects (klippa, "empty shells") have a lot of mass, so they "sink" to the lowest levels of those regions (the "hells"). That is why each of us are restricted to the densest regions of those worlds. To reach the lighter regions (the superior levels), we must extract our consciousness from the defects.
Only unconditioned consciousness can enter the superior regions. In other scenarios, imperfect but awakened people (such as "black magicians") are able to traverse the higher aspect of the fifth dimension, since it is the root of human consciousness. However, to protect humanity here on this planet, they have been restricted from that region.
