I am trying to astral project through lucid dreams and dream yoga but without success. Would the use of dream herbs such as Calea Zacatechichi be safe or detrimental to this process?
I am struggling to acheive any dream yoga or astral projection. Would the use of "dream herbs" such as Calea Zacatechichi be advised or discouraged? Are there any negative repercussions from trying these?

We do not recommend taking substances to produce astral projections. An instructor from Chicago Gnosis explained why:
