Hi, I would be grateful if anyone is able to shed some light on whether It is possible to distinguish between consciousness and essence?

I know these two terms are used interchangeably and considered the same.

But is it possible to find a slight difference in these two terms? Or are they exactly the same thing?

Thankyou

Both terms indicate the same thing. However, essence is a more compelling word: https://glorian.org/learn/glossary/e/essence
