Adding an "N" to Runic Mantras for Mental Healing

Hello,

Is it okay to add an "N" to the end of Runic mantras to affect the brain so as to heal the mind? For example, the Rune Fah would sound like, "Faaaaannnnn," Feeeeennnnn," etc.
