Problems and difficulties with Astral Projection

Hello there, I have started with Gnosis one week ago Yesterday I tried for first time to astral project (in order to have help to recognise and speak with my ego in the fifth dimension) with the mantras (La - ra - s, Egypto etc.). I did the exorcism of Belilin and the conjuration of the magic circle for protection and I prayed to my Divine Parents. As I lied down to bed, I relaxed and starting the attempt. Everything was fine until I felt my back of my head shaking like a crazy and my whole body starting from the hands like an electric charge hits me. It was a little bit scary so I got terrified and I get up violently from my bed. Today I tried again. Same again with the difference I felt it more like swaying back and forth, left and right. I said to myself don't be afraid and I felt my head moving and looking forward (although I didn't even moving) but I couldn't get out. I am afraid about if I have too much egos that prevents me or my sense of fear of death is too strong that holds me back in my physical body. Any advices or prayers that I can use ? What can I do in order to succeed and become more smoothly and easy ?
