I have been doing a preliminary exercise when I meditate and in my daily life of imagining everything and everyone that I focus on ( such as people animals plants the planet earth and also I try to see the objective reality, the field of existence) as the tree of life.

Like With my cat I try to superimpose what I observe such as the 3 brains and a soul eternal and separated from the body and also the upper light onto the image of the tree of life I have studied. I try to add in the qualities of the sephirots too such as intelligence and understanding etc…

It is really nice feeling. Makes me feel calm and centered.

I just thought I’d ask if anyone had anything to add to this practice.

Much love,

Always appreciate the information you all put together. It really helps me! I was searching and searching for something… I was reading all the religions. then once I found this teaching and read how samael synthesized it… it shocked me. The missing piece for me was the relationship between the sexual energy and the presence of god. I actually experienced the truth of it. I tried to tell my friend and he didn’t understand… wish my friends and family would get into it.

Cats are two-brained beings, not three. :D

It is one thing to project an image in meditation, and another to receive it. It is better to have a receptive mind that comprehends impressions in daily life, not an active, projective mind that only sees its own images.

However, it can be good to consider that all beings are enlightened buddhas who act to bring out our defects, so that we can comprehend them and change within.

Wow! Thank you so much for sending me that reference. It was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to find a good summary to take my time to read. :)
