In the lecture The Hebraic Satanic Myth it is written:

"Thus, darkness is precisely in this sense the Absolute, or what we call the Abstract Absolute Space, the Ain, the Nothingness. It is a fathomless abyss of darkness, for us, but it is Uncreated Light. "

It is olso written:

"So, this Satan or Prince of Darkness, or the symbol of it, goes back in time not only within us, but also in the creation of the Cosmos. Darkness is not a person, but a Force that belongs to the Uncreated Light."

So I came to the conclusion that Satan is the Prince of Darkness (Ain). Is it correct? In the same lecture it is written that this is the same Satan who tempted Jesus.

But, in the lecture Klipoth Introduction pt 1 it is written:

"Javhe is that Demon who tempted Jesus the Christ, and when Jesus had fasted in the wilderness, this Demon tempted him and said: If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread."

It is olso written that Javhe is demon from Inverted Kether.

So, I am confused about where Satan is placed. Is it in Ain or is it in Inverted Kether?

While the lecturer was utilizing terminology interchangeably, it is necessary to make clear distinctions as to the most explicit application of these terms: "Satan" and "Lucifer" in order to answer your question in depth.

Satan in Hebrew means "adversary" and is generally applied to the pluralized ego. Christus-Lucifer, however, is completely opposite to the ego, since if we examine the etymology of this Latin word, we arrive at the signification: "Bearer of Light." This light is Christ, the Omnipenetrating Ray of Okindanohk, or Ain Soph Aur. Lucifer, however, is also the dark light, black fire or Unmanifested Absolute. He is the primordial darkness and the terrifying ray of creation that establishes every cosmos, maintaining universal harmony in its march.

Let us be clear that there are two forms of darkness: that of the Uncreated Light (Lucifer) and that of the tenebrous abyss (Satan). Lucifer is the pure light of Christ within every cosmological unit, whereas Satan (the ego) is the adulteration and materialistic complication of that light.

The ego has many levels, symbolized by the nine inverted Sephiroth of the Kabbalah. Satan is the tree of death, whereas Lucifer is the Glorian: Father, Son, Holy Spirit and Ain Soph. Sometimes we may use the term "Satan" or "Adversary" to connote Lucifer, since Lucifer is the part of our Being responsible for submitting us to ordeals within our particular psychological gymnasiums. Therefore, He is an adversary, since it would appear that His actions are contrary to God's. Yet if we examine the Book of Job, we see that Lucifer does nothing without permission form the Lord. Lucifer tempts us so that we can comprehend and annihilate our ego.

Make sense? :)

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
