Hi,

Can you combine Pranayama like the Ham-Sah with the Viparitakarani Mudra excercise?

Thank you kindly,

The Viparitakarani Mudra includes a visualization whereby the lunar energies of the mind transfer with the solar atoms of the abdominal plexus in the form of a holy eight. This is the ritual of which I speak.

Rites for Rejuvenation

After this visualization, you can practice Ham-Sah if you like, or perform the Viparitakarani Mudra on its own with Ham-Sah.

Yes. It can be good to practice Ham-Sah in that position (as an additional practice) after practicing the ritual of the holy eight (concluding the sacred rites).

Hi Almustafa,

Thank you for your response.

1) What is the ritual of the Holy 8? I did not come across this in the book Sacred Rites for Rejuvination.

2) Can you do the Sacred Rites followed by the Holy 8 followed by the Viparitakarani Mudra followed by the Ham-Sah in that order?

I apologize for the detailed questions I want to be sure I am doing them correctly,

Thank you kindly,

What I'm ucertain about is whether or not we are supposed to perform all six rites consecutively to make the practice complete, or choose specific ones for specific needs? Samael says to start with 5 minutes, and then add only about 1 minute daily.
I'm also not sure how long to hold each position.

1. Study this!

2. You can perform the sacred rites in this sequence and manner.

Perform all the rites together. They constitute a single ritual. Each position is like a letter in a cosmic alphabet. Together they form a powerful prayer or message, to and from your Divine Mother and the Holy Spirit.

Pacing will depend on your needs, focus, concentration, and needs. You can begin with five minutes per rite, then extend your sessions naturally as you learn how to perform them consciously.

The Vajroli Mudra is optional, but recommended for singles only once per day.

Looks like I didn't quote this properly; And we can do the entire rites every day?

I'm listening to Yoga for Aquarius and what I didn't know was that you sing Klim Krishnaya. Do we have to sing mantras? If so, does the melody and musical intervals or length of syllables matter that much?
