Two questions

1. The very nature of consciousness is to perceive, therefore, to exist is to perceive something. However, perception is not thought. The actual state of meditation is a clear, bright, stable perception that has nothing to do with thoughts or emotions. Thoughts and emotions may be present or may not. To experience this state depends upon strengthening the consciousness in the same way you strengthen any muscle: by using it wisely. We accomplish this by constantly observing ourselves and our environment, and then by using supporting tools like mantras and vowels. In other words, if you are not making a constant effort to be here and now, present, observing, then meditation will not arrive. Be aware that the restoration and expansion of the consciousness takes many years to fulfill. However, you can begin to experience the benefits of the work very quickly, provided you study the teachings deeply and put them into practice every day. There are lots of lectures and books on the website about this subject that you can study.

2. Yes, one of the main advantages of meditation and dream yoga is to acquire insight, warnings, encouragement, etc. about what may happen. Acquiring this information depends on the steps given above.

Thanks for replying but dream yoga doesn't depend on purifying the soul or killing the ego etc , right ? I have been reading in the website all the last 3 mothes don't worry buddy

Anyone can awaken consciousness in the astral world, a fact proven by the existence of all the awakened demonic souls you can encounter there. They are awake, and not only do not eliminate their ego, they are fattening it. However, that type of awakening is temporary and quite deceptive, because their perception is deeply filtered by their subjective psyche (pride, lust, envy). If you want to awaken, see reality, AND escape suffering, you absolutely must be working to eliminate ego every day. The more ego you eliminate, the easier astral projection becomes, and the more objective, clear, and powerful.

I am trying to eliminate the ego since i was a child without knowing anything of anything , but i am like anyone so eager to see what the other saw , to become confident and sure to be more motivated to do the good things and avoid the bad things even the thoughts . I heard that the prophet Mohammed (according to muslims) meditated in the Cave of Hira for 15 years ! then he reached the truth (which is denying all gods and goddesses except Allah !) so i know it needs patience and insistence and i am ready but i can't find the faith before seeing , to make sure by myself , tell you guys something i knew about Gnosticism from paltalk and that guy

has been gnostic for about 30 years and predicted the Middle East revolutions in 2010 saying that earthquakes from the the west of Africa to Egypt will happen and he predicts more badness and he told another man in paltalk about the method of meditation in that video

and the vowels and the sexual magic then the other guy which he is my friend now tried it and it worked after a year of (sex magic with his wife , chanting the vowels and some meditation) then one day he got out of his body and saw other beings and jennies and then contacted his kundalini mother or his innermost and healed a woman from a cancer with 80 percent of failure) , I want to be like them , i know that i might be hotheaded but I NEED that to make my inner being or my psyche calm , i want the experience with the work i have read most of the books here which still be good , follow Jesus Christ the adorable savior of the humanity (we are not religious organized !) I want be revealed and the gods tell me do and not do like my friend of Mr largeos , he didn't follow any thing , only Largeos told him the method and how to reach like him the truthes then he lived with himself and knew every thing by himself and he told me to about this interesting website .
