What do you gnostic instructors think of the "Daoist Secrets of Love" book by Mantak Chia? In it he recommends (non-ejaculatory) practices for allowing the sexual energy to rise up the spine, etc. Stuff like the "male deer exercise" and the "big draw". Would they benefit my spiritual practice?
