Is there a video presentation or lecture of the Tibetan rites ? I would find it very useful if Gnostic teachings could make one of those animated videos or watch an instructor do them on the you tube channel for Gnostic teachings . The 2 videos Microcosmic Star and Prayer for Transformation have been very helpful .
