Lao Tzu

(Or Laozi, Lao Tse, Laotze, Lao Zi, etc) Laozi literally means "Old Master" and is generally considered an honorific. Although historians have no certainty of his identity, he is considered the author of the Tao te jing and is a central figure in Taoism.
