If the sexual energy is not used for reproduction of the race and it is
not transmuted either, but there is only abstinence, a forced celibacy
and nothing else, that sexual energy then will devolve, degenerate. Devolution of the sexual secretions produces malignant vibrations
called Poisonioonoskirian Vibrations.
