Masturbation

From the Latin words manstuprare, from manus "hand" (as in manual) + stuprare "defile" (oneself), from stuprum "defilement, dishonor," related to stupere "to be stunned, stupefied" (as in stupid).

Those who masturbate undoubtedly commit a crime against their own nature. After the ejaculation of the entity of the semen [through orgasm, whether male or female], there is a peristaltic movement in the sexual organ, and this is known by anyone. In copulation, the energy that the brain needs in order to be nourished is always absorbed from the sexual organ of the opposite sex by means of the peristaltic movement. However, during masturbation everything is different; the only thing that the sexual organ absorbs during masturbation through its peristaltic movement is “cold air” that rises to the brain, and this is how many faculties have vanished from our brains. Innumerable individuals have ended up in asylums because of the abominable vice of masturbation. A brain filled with “air” is a one hundred percent stupid brain. Therefore, we totally condemn the vice of masturbation.

Unfortunately, although it is pitiful to realize it, nowadays many children of twelve and thirteen years of age are already copulating. Moreover, those who are not yet copulating commit the crime of masturbation. Through masturbation they eliminate their hormones, degenerate their brains, and atrophy their pineal glands. This is how they become sure candidates for a mental home.

It is well known that after coitus, the phallus continues with certain peristaltic movements conducive to receiving vital energies from the feminine uterus in an attempt to replace its wasted creative principles. However, when there is masturbation, instead of assimilating vital feminine energies (useful principles for life) with those peristaltic movements, the masturbator absorbs “cold air,” which passes directly to the brain. The outcome of this is idiocy, mental degeneration, or insanity.

The vice of masturbation is, unfortunately, also very popular among the feminine sex. Obviously, with that vice, many women that could have been genial or good wives have prematurely become degenerated, have aged quickly, have lost their sexual potential, and have become true victims of life. —Samael Aun Weor, Sexology
