Transmutation of Sexual Energy

All of us possess some electrical and magnetic forces within, and, just like a magnet, we exert a force of attraction and repulsion... Between lovers that magnetic force is particularly powerful and its action has a far-reaching effect.

Sexual Magic (The Sahaja Maithuna) between husband and wife is based on the polar properties which certainly have their potential element in sex. Neither hormones nor patented vitamins are what we need for life, but rather authentic knowledge of YOU and ME, hence the interchange of the most selected, affective and erotic faculties between man and woman.

The medieval asceticism of the bygone age of Pisces rejected sex, characterizing it as taboo or sin.

The new revolutionary asceticism of Aquarius is based on sex. It is clear that the clue of all powers is found within the mysteries of Lingam-Yoni. From the intelligent combination of sexual yearning and spiritual enthusiasm arises, as if by enchantment, magic Consciousness.

A wise author said: “Sexual Magic leads to the unity of the Soul and sensuality, in other words, to vitalized sexuality. Sexuality is no longer characterized as suspicious and scornful, to be practiced only in secrecy and with a certain confessed shame; on the contrary, it is placed at the service of a marvelous rejoicing of life, permeated by it and elevated to a component of the affirmation of existence, which happily assures the equilibrium of free personality.”

We urgently need to escape from the dismal daily tendency of vulgar ordinary coupling and to enter into the luminous sphere of magnetic equilibrium in order to rediscover oneself in one’s spouse, to find in him/her the Path of the Razor’s Edge, the secret way which leads to the final liberation.

It is absolutely clear that the proton is the basic nucleus of hydrogen; that is, the most central part of the lightest and simplest of all the known elements: hydrogen.

In his time the scientist Prout already declared that the different elements of nature were being formed through condensations of the simplest element: hydrogen.

There exist twelve fundamental hydrogens, corresponding to twelve categories of matter that are contained in the Universe from the Absolute to the Hell Worlds symbolized by Dante in his ‘Divine Comedy’ and which are located in the submerged Mineral Kingdom, in the interior of the earth. - Samael Aun Weor

It is urgent to know that there are twelve fundamental basic hydrogens in the universe.

The twelve basic hydrogens are scaled in accordance with the twelve categories of matter. The twelve categories of matter exist in all of creation. Let us remember the twelve halls of the zodiac, the twelve spheres of cosmic vibration within which the Solar Humanity must develop.

From the twelve basic hydrogens are derived all the secondary hydrogens, their diverse densities ranging from 6 to 12,283.

The term has a very extensive meaning in Gnosticism. Any simple element is really a "hydrogen" of a certain density.

Hydrogen (H) 384 is found in water, H 192 in the air, H 96 is wisely deposited in the animal magnetism, the emanations of the human body, x-rays, hormones, vitamins, etc.

The brothers and sisters in the Gnostic movement are already quite familiar with the hydrogens 48, 24, 12 and 6, because we have studied them in our previous Christmas Messages. Hydrogen 48 corresponds to chlorine (Cl), atomic weight 35.5; hydrogen 24 corresponds to fluorine (F), atomic weight 19; hydrogen 12 corresponds to the hydrogen (H) in chemistry, atomic weight 1. Carbon (C), nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O) have the atomic weights 12, 14 and 16. Hydrogen 96 corrresponds to bromine (Br), atomic weigh 80; hydrogen 192 corresponds to iodine (I), atomic weight 127.

This most interesting aspect of the hydrogens is the field of occult chemistry or Gnostic chemistry and, it being quite difficult, we prefer (for the good of our students) to study it gradually in each of our Christmas Messages.

Let us study now the famous Sexual Hydrogen SI-12, the wonderful creative hydrogen that is wisely produced in the factory of the human organism.

In the human organism the food from the dish goes through many transformations, refinements and subtle changes, which develop in the musical scale DO, RE, MI, FA, SOL, LA, SI.

When food at its hardest stage is being chewed, it is striking DO; when it goes by the larynx, it strikes RE; then, when it descends to the region of the stomach, it strikes MI; when the process by the spleen and the liver is already starting, it strikes the note FA of creation; the note SOL is reached with the activity of the pancreas and the colon; the note LA when the vital principles are already entering the blood stream; SI, which is the highest note, occurs when that elixir of wonderful energy in the sexual glands is already being produced: the Ens Seminis, Sexual Hydrogen SI-12, brute mercury.

Unquestionably, this Sexual Hydrogen SI-12 is the end-product of the transformation of food in the marvellous laboratory of the human organism.

Given that Einsten proved scientifically that matter is susceptible of being transformed into energy and that energy can be transformed into matter (e=mc2), no one would find it surprising nowadays that the Seminal Entitity, in which the Sexual Hydrogen SI-12 is contained, can be transformed into energy.

See how the water of a puddle on the road gradually evaporates under the heat from the sun and becomes clouds, and ultimately energy, lightning and thunder. All the water from the seas and the rivers becomes clouds and finally lightning and thunder; that is, energy. The same happens with the Ens Seminis.

What does one understand by “ens seminis?” The Entity of the Semen, the Seminal Liquor, or in other words, the Sacred Sperm (ed: the sexual energy in both males and females).

Nowadays, there is a tendency to consider the sperm as just a substance excreted by our sexual endocrine glands. The sperm, however, is sacred because it contains our true identity.

Medieval alchemists saw VITRIOL in the Sperm. The word Vitriol is an acrostic derived from the phrase “Visita Interiora Terrae, Rectificando Invenies Occultum Lapidem” ("Visit the interior of the earth, which by rectifying you will find the Occult Stone").

But to what Stone were medieval alchemists referring? The famous Philosopher’s Stone. That Stone has to be manufactured; undoubtedly, there are formulas to manufacture it. Certainly those formulas lie in us being able to transmute the “Sexual Libido;” that is, to transform the sperm into energy.

If with the Ens Seminis we can give life to a child, if with the Ens Seminis we can reproduce the species, if with the Ens Seminis we can fill a world with millions of beings; then - even if it might seem impossible - it is certainly true that with the Ens Seminis (the Entity of the Semen) we can give life to ourselves and become authentic Super-Men or Super-Women, in the full sense of the word.

Speaking from a strictly scientific point of view, we should say that when the sacred sperm is not ejaculated it becomes what is called a “node” (nodes are energy - trascendent electricity). That sexual energy rises then through specific ultra-sensible channels of the spinal column (which are related to the Vagus and the Sympathetic nervous systems) up to the brain. That energy makes the brain dynamic and develops and dillutes itself in the cerebral mass, opening up with its force the power that lies in the psyche.

Through transmutation of the “sexual libido” we certainly achieve what some have called “to cerebrate the semen and seminate the brain.” It is necessary to “seminate the brain,” because it is well-known by men of science that not all the areas in the brain are presently working.It is now known in medicine that only a minimal part of our brain is working, carrying out its functions. Unquestionably, we have many areas of the brain that are inactive.

If with the little part of the brain that is active we have managed to produce atomic rockets that travel to the moon and the atomic bomb (with which cities like Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed), and if we have created supersonic airplanes that travel at an extraordinary speed, what would it be like if we regenerated the brain, if we should put all the parts of the brain into activity, if the whole of the encephalic mass worked? Then we could transform the world, change it, make it a marvellous place...

But we need to regenerate it. We need to “seminate” it: “to cerebrate the semen and seminate the brain,” that is the key.

It is possible to seminate the brain. The great musicians of the past (for example, Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin, or Liszt) were people whose brains were very seminated, people who gave extraordinary capacities to their brains, people who used the highest percentage of the brain areas. Nevertheless, nowadays things are quite different: the human brain has degenerated too much, and we do not realize it...

If we are enjoying a “binge,” if we follow the latest “wave,” if we are in the middle of some “rock and roll” and somebody suddenly turns it off and plays Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, how would you feel? Surely you would not go on with the “binge.” What would you do? You would not, of course, go and insult the host (obviously not), but surely you would very decently leave. Would you not? Why..?

In the Middle Ages, for example, when the brain had not yet degenerated so much, things were different: people danced waltzes, they danced to classical music; they would dine and having musicians play for them, and so they would vibrate to the most delicious symphonies; Beethoven, Mozart, Liszt and Chopin were in fashion...

That was in the Middle Ages, but we are not in the Middle Ages now: nowadays, if we are in the middle of a binge and they play music like that, we simply turn round and - “au revoir!” - leave. Obviously, we go away. Why? Because we feel bored. And why do we feel bored? (Let us be analytical - we are here to analyze.) Simply, because the brain is degenerated: there are certain areas in the brain which cannot appreciate good music anymore. And why has the brain degenerated? It has degenerated simply because for many centuries we have been extracting from our organisms the Entity of the Semen.

And actually, we have not extracted it to give life to other creatures, certainly not: we have extracted it because we have enjoyed to do so, because it is a great pleasure, that is all. This is why we have revelled in lust, in beds of pleasure, enjoying it enormously. But the brain has been the one left “to carry the can,” the brain has paid the consequences: now there are many areas that are not working.

It is possible, however, to regenerate the brain. But in order to regenerate it one has to transmute the Entity of Semen, turn it to energy. Only thus can one “cerebrate the semen.”

Extraordinary psychosomatic changes occur when the Sacred Sperm is transformed into energy. We know well what the hormonal vessels in our gonads are; how they work; how the hormones pass from one vessel to another; how they travel along the spermatic cords, eventually reaching the prostate. We know well how precious the prostate is. There the greatest transformations of the Entity of the Semen are produced, and the hormones finally enter the blood stream.

The word hormone comes from a Greek root that means “a yearning for being, the force of being.”

Hormones have been studied by our men of science; hormones are wonderful. Sexual hormones, for example, work miracles when they enter the blood stream: they come into contact with the endocrine glands (whether the thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, or the thymus, etc) and stimulate them; they make those little micro-laboratories produce more and more hormones. These hormones, produced by all the glands in general, enrich the blood stream extraordinarily, and then ailments disappear, illnesses disappear.

Do you know what growing old really is? Maybe you think it is related to the years of age, to time. However, what we call “time” is nothing more than an illusion of the mind.

One day, we go out to the countryside and we see the sun rising and we say “It’s six o’clock in the morning,” then later we see it setting and we say “It’s six o’clock in the evening,” but where are those twelve hours? I ask myself and I ask you: where did you get them? I want somebody to take those twelve hours into a laboratory to examine them, in order to see what those hours are made of, to see whether they are made of iron, or copper, or what.

Where did you get them? I wonder what substance are they made of... Are they round, or are they square? What are they like? I would like to know about them; somebody should put them in a showcase, or lay them on the table in a laboratory to look at them...

Really they do not exist: “time” does not exist; it is just an invention of the mind. What has been there is the process of the sun rising and the process of it setting, but between one period and the other (that is, between the phenomenon of watching the sun rising and the phenomenon of seeing it setting), we put our hackneyed hours. That is the invention of the mind! Those two phenomena, the sun rising and setting, are two phenomena that have occurred within an eternal instant.

There is not, therefore, such thing as time! Time is completely subjective: it does not have an objective source, a real source. It is an invention of the mind. It happens as well with the question of old age. We say, “I am 80 years old, and consequently I am an old man.” But show me those years. Where are they? I would like someone to put them in a laboratory (those hackneyed 80 years), in order to examine them and see what are they made of, from what substance are they made. Where are they? The harsh reality of this, my dear friends, is that there has been a succession of phenomena in an organism: new cells have been substitued for old ones; some cells have been damaged, they have deteriorated and have been eliminated. Then we say, “It is a matter of age...” But it is a matter of cells, not age! It is a matter of phenomena, of cellular mechanisms. As for the years, where are they? What one finds is cellular mechanics, faulty mechanical processes!

Now, you must know that the most powerful hormones in the human organism are in the sexual glands of inner secretion.

Think for a moment: what are, for example, the sexual hormones. Clearly - and let us focus on facts - the testicles have three layers: the first testicular layer has cells that manifest their activity very specially during the first seven years of infancy, then one is under the rulership of the Moon; later on, from seven to fourteen years, under the rulership of Mercury, the second testicular layer moves into activity and fully defines the sex of that male; and much later on, from fourteen to twenty-one, under the rulership of Venus, the third testicular layer becomes active, producing abundant zoosperms. The zoosperms that are produced in the third testicular layer ascend by the adjacent testis and continue along the spermatic cord towards the seminal vesicles, until they reach the prostate.

It is most interesting to know that those zoosperms become electrified as they ascend trough the spermatic cords, they gradually become charged with a lot of electricty, and what is even more interesting is that they become magnetized, so to speak, from south to north; that is, they work like a compass, south-to-north; they also orientate themselves towards the North, being electrified, magnetized...

It is most interesting to see how they pass from one small vessel to another, climbing through the spermatic cords, until they reach the seminal vesicles, where the sperm is purified even more (all those zoosperms), until they reach the prostate, where there is a very important chakra. Obviously, the Svadisthana Chakra, which is fundamental for the mastery of sexual transmutation, is located there. Sexual transmutation is based on the prostate. The Prostatic Chakra is, therefore, most important, and most interesting.

That sperm becomes totally purified. It becomes completely radioactive, it becomes completely electromagnetic... And with transmutation, it turns into energy.

Zoosperms break down into hormones, which go through the membranes and finally enter the blood, actively stimulating the glands of inner secretion. They make them work in an extraordinarily intensive way. Then the hormones ascend, they continue on their way to the brain. There they activate the brain areas that do not work anymore, that are degenerated; they make all the brain cells dynamic and activate certain powers latent in man, etc., etc., etc...

Unfortunately, and this is the most serious thing, my dear friends, people are degenerated. Vulgar, ordinary men do not let the zoosperms rise to the prostate - not even for a second: they eliminate them from the sperm sacks to satisfy their brutal impulses.

Under such circumstances the brain degenerates awfully, due to the lack of rising hormones. It does not receive sexual hormones and loses its capacity for action. The faculties latent in man degenerate because there is not enough stimulus from sexual hormones, which are so powerful, as I said. They have the power to move all the glands of inner secretion into activity, to make them produce all sorts of hormones, which make the living organism dynamic.

Besides, there are other factors that must be taken into account: the sexual force is what produces the phenomenon of “mitosis” in the fetus. Mitosis is the splitting of cells to gestate humans, animals... Well, the presence of creative energy makes the original cell, which has the well-known 48 chromosomes1, split into two; it makes the two split into four, the four into eight, etc., etc., etc., and this is how the tissues, the organs and so on are formed. This is the process of gestation, the formation of creatures in the maternal womb.

Now from the point of view of sexual transmutation, I want to tell you that the sexual hormones (active in the blood, charged with electricity and magnetism) produce mitosis in the adult human organism: new splitting of cells, formation of new tissues, etc. This is how you can achieve - from a biological standpoint - a complete regeneration or rejuvenation of the human organism.

What is the difference, for example, between the young “new waves” and the antiquated and retardant old people? One: a young man’s third testicular layer produces large amounts of sexual hormones, lots of zoosperms. All these zoosperms, transformed into hormones, go to the brain and renew it. That is why young people have a revolutionary way of thinking and open up to what is new, etc. On the other hand, the poor old men who have already wasted the Sacred Sperm, who have deteriorated through sexual abuse, are really ruined: the third testicular layer now produces very few zoosperms. Quite often it takes them days and months to have enough zoosperms to achieve a simple erection. And of course, when they manage to achieve an erection, they immediately seek the coitus and eliminate these zoosperms. They spend days, a month, or more, accumulating new zoosperms; once they have them, they immediately waste them (for the passionate satisfaction of a moment), and that is how they spend their lives, till they die.

Since they do not have what produces great amounts of zoosperms, the third testicular layer gradually becomes totally atrophied. It produces its cells or hormones, but due to its atrophy these cannot pass on to another stage. Then there may even appear certain inflammations and swellings between the second and the third layers and, worst of all, this logically comes to affect the prostate. Those poor, degenerated old men always have their prostates operated on because of their abuses. This is clear and I want you to understand it specifically and definitely.

So, since their third testicular layer is not producing enough zoosperms, the poor old men do not have new ideas, because their brain cells are atrophied and certain areas are not working. They become stuck in what they learned in the past, and turn into old-fashioned people who do not accept anything new; they continue with their ancient ideas from yesterday, dated and clumsy.

Obviously, they clash with young people, because the young ones are producing new zoosperms and so they have new ideas and open up to what is new; then comes the clash between what is new and what is old. That is then the difference between young people of “the new wave” and old people: it is wholly a sexual, biological difference. Understand that clearly.

1 - 48 chromosomes: In his other writings, Master Samael explains that two chromosomes are etheric, corresponding to the vital body, thus modern science remains unaware of their existence and has recognized only forty-six.

 

What there may still be left for me to say, here in this talk, is how one can turn the sperm into energy. It will be my pleasure to explain to you a singular, very special craft that medieval alchemists used to teach to their disciples.

The artful device I am going to teach you was also taught by different scientists, such as Brown-Séquard in the United States.

Dr. Krumm-Heller, colonel-physician in our glorious Mexican Army, taught it too, and so did Carl Jung. It is also taught by the Asian schools of Eastern Tantra.

It is not something I have made up, by myself and for myself: I have learned it from all those sages and I, in turn, pass it on to you, but not as something to be blindly believed, or as an unshakable dogma. Accept it if you want, or do not accept it if you do not want to. Many schools have accepted it and many have rejected it. All people are free to think as they wish and I am only giving you my humble opinion.

Dr. Krumm-Heller used to give the formula in Latin. He would say, “Inmisium membrum virilin vaginae femina, sine ejaculatium seminus.” In synthesis, we would define that craft as follows: “lingum-yoni connection without ever spilling the ens seminus.” What should one understand by “lingam?” The male sexual organ, the Greek “phallus.” What do we understand by “yoni?” The sexual organ of women. So, therefore, the key lies in the union of the lingam-yoni, but without ejaculating the entity of the semen.

Some modern scientists have accepted it; the Oneida Community, in the United States, experimented with that formula. See what they did in the Oneida Community: about 25 couples, man and woman, set themselves to work on sex; they were instructed to copulate over a period of time, but without ejaculating the entity of the semen, and clinical studies were made about them afterwards in the United States.

Complete semination of the brain was observed, together with an increase of the hormones in the blood, overall improvement of the organism, strengthening of the sexual power, and so on; and many conditions disappeared. Deciding that conception of children was necessary, scientists would give the community freedom to copulate with seminal ejaculation; thus they achieved reproduction. Many experiments in this fashion were made in the Oneida Community.

In any case, what is interesting about this artful device - the Secretum Secretorum of medieval alchemists - is that the sexual glands do not end up degenerating. We have already said that when the sexual glands degenerate, all the glands of internal secretion degenerate, too; the whole nervous system goes through processes of degeneration, then comes decrepitude and death...

However, by means of this fine craft, the lingam-yoni connection without ejaculation of the Ens-Seminis (as described by the famous physicians Arnold Krumm-Heller and Brown-Séquard), it is then possible to preserve the activity of the sexual glands one’s whole life through.

This means that a man who practiced such a system would reach the age of 90 and 100 years still able to copulate and free to enjoy the sexual pleasure, which is not a “sin,” or a taboo, and must not be a motive for shame or something to be hidden, but is - I repeat - a legitimate right of man.

With transmutation one can enjoy sexual pleasure without deteriorating. Commonly, after copulating, one feels exhausted; but if one does not ejaculate the entity of the semen, after copulating one still wants to repeat it a million times, always happy and joyful; one enjoys it without ever becoming weak.

To enrich the blood with hormones is not a crime. It has been taught by the Oneida Community in the United States, it was also taught by Jung. Throughout the world, it has been taught by the wisest people.

Besides, by transmuting the entity of the semen, extraordinary psychological changes occur, such as the development of the pineal gland. This gland used to be active in other times, in remote times in history. Back then, human beings possesed the Eye mentioned by Homer in his Odyssey: the eye of the Laecertids, the eye they saw on that giant who tried to devour them. That eye of the Laecertids is not merely a legend without any basis... Through sexual transmutation that gland develops, becoming active again; there we find the eye that allows one to see the beyond of everything.

Our world is not just three-dimensional, as the “learned ignoramuses” believe, but it exists on a fourth vertical. Furthemore, we can assert - and emphatically so - that there exist a fifth, a sixth, and a seventh vertical. This means that we have not seen our world as it really is. And we have not seen it because our five senses are degenerated, our pineal gland is atrophied.

There are other senses within us that are for perception, but which are utterly degenerated. If we manage to regenerate them, we will be able to perceive the world as it is, with its seven dimensions.

So the harsh reality of facts is that the pineal gland and the other senses now atrophied can be regenerated by means of sexual transmutation. Thus, we would have access to a world of extraordinary knowledge. In that way, we would have access to the higher dimensions of nature and the cosmos, so we would be able to see, hear, touch, or feel, the great realities of life and death. We would then be able to grasp all cosmic phenomena in themselves, as they are - not as they seem to be.

What matters, therefore, is to take full advantage of all the sexual potential, in order to seminate the brain and develop the pineal gland, and even the hypophysis and others. In this way, one would achieve a wonderful organic transformation.

Transmutation is the key: transforming the sperm, turning it into energy. That is what is fundamental. The time has come to fully understand all this, profoundly, completely...

I can tell you, with great emphasis and absolute certainty, that if a man set himself to abide by this formula, which is so simple (that artful device taught by Brown-Séquard, taught by Krumm-Heller, and taught by medieval alchemists), such a man would, in the long run, transform himself into a Super-Man.

We all feel the need to become something different - that is, if we are not reactionary; backward, old-fashioned people who do not want to change. But when one is truly a revolutionary, one wants to change fundamentally, to transform oneself into something different, to become a Super-Man, to make Nietzsche’s doctrine real.

It is possible to change by means of sexual transmutation. The sexual force brought us into existence in this world, that you cannot deny. We are existing, we are alive, because we had a father and because we had a mother. Ultimately, in synthesis, the root of one’s own life is in the copulation between a man and a woman.

Obviously then, if the sexual force had the power to bring us into existence, it is the only force that really has authority to radically transform us.

There are many ideologies in the world, there are many beliefs in the world, and people are free to think whatever they please, but the only force with the power to transform us is the one that created us, the one that brought us into existence: I am emphatically referring to the sexual force. To learn to manage that wonderful energy of sex means to become master of creation.

The psychosomatic is closely related to the sexual. A suprasexuality also involves, in fact, something suprasexual within the psychosomatic. That is why I would tell you, clearly, that suprasexual men were, for example, people like Hermes Trismegistus, or like Quetzalcoatl, or like Buddha, or like Jeshua Ben Pandira (who is none other than the great Kabir Jesus). Those were suprasexual people; the suprasexual person is Nietzsche’s Super-Man.

One can reach the stature of Super-Man by entering the field of suprasexuality, by enjoying love, by enjoying the spouse, by living happily, with more emotion and with less useless reasoning. Emotion is what counts, and it is worth more than anything else.

Therefore, from a revolutionary point of view, we can become real Men-Gods, if we so wish. We would only need to regenerate the other areas of the brain, to put them all to work, and then we would at last make a better world. At any rate, I think, it is indispensable to know that the key for transmutation is also the key for regeneration...

Sexual Abstinence

There is no doubt that the Law of Seven has seven fundamental magnetic centers. Undoubtedly, the sexual and magnetic powers, infinite sexual forces, pass from one region to another, they descend from one world to another through the seven different magnetic centers, which have come out of the forces of sex in their process of descending. Obviously, they cannot be interrupted and they normally produce vehicles; that is, they become the generative force by which all species multiply: this the children of fornication, the intellectual animals, do not ignore.

When the creative energy has descended from the higher worlds, when it has passed through its seven magnetic centers, when it finally crystallizes in the physical world, if we want it to return inwards and upwards to realize new creations, it then has to undergo a special shock, otherwise it will flow downwards to produce new organisms.

The Sacred Absolute Sun serves as an example to us: the life that descends from one region to another emanates from it, until it afterwards collects its forces from the same life; that is, it receives a shock from the external world and, by receiving it, sustains itself. The esotericist should also proceed in that way.

When we analyse this question, we understand the mistake the abstaining monks made: they set themselves the goal of abstinence, of keeping the sperm, but since they did not know the science, they degenerated terribly, they became charged with awfully malignant Poisonioonoskirian vibrations. Clearly, when the sperm does not receive a special shock, it degenerates terribly, giving rise to the abominable Kundartiguator Organ. - Samael Aun Weor, from a lecture “Message Addressed to the Gnostic Youth”

Clearly, either the sacred sperm is either used for reproduction of the race, or it is not.

We are faced with a basic question of the utmost importance: if the sperm is not used for reproduction of the race and it is not transmuted either, but there is only abstinence, a forced celibacy and nothing else, that sperm then will involute (in a woman the sexual secretions will involute; what I am saying applies to women, too).

Devolution of the sexual secretions produces certain malignant vibrations, known in esotericism as “Poisonioonoskirian vibrations.”

Already poisoned by evil Poisonioonoskirian vibrations, any abstaining person undergoes horrific catastrophes in his biology, physiology and psyche. Some individuals build up fat in their bodies, while in others it turns into something different and makes them become scraggy, thin as a rake, covered by pimples, with marks on the skin, etc. Now from a psychological point of view, the involuting sperm produces a personal idiosyncrasy: on the one hand, it becomes extreme fanaticism, and on the other hand, very highly expert cynicism.

Let us look at the men of the Middle Ages, the great inquisitors: abstaining, celibate, fat individuals, loaded with fat, real pigs; others thin, gaunt, ugly, horrible, with their skin full of spots. After they burned a victim at the stake, or tortured him, you could see their cynicism, their eyes were glittering with fanaticism.

So, in that kind of person we find on the one hand fanaticism taken to the extreme, and on the other hand disconcerting cynicism. After burning an innocent victim, they would shrug their shoulders and justify themselves in a really cynical way.

Devolution of the sperm, devolution of the sexual secretions, is really something very plausible and not to be recommended at all. Everything in nature is continuous, and obviously the sperm needs to follow its path for animal reproduction or be converted into energy by transmutation.

People who do not transmute the sacred sperm and allow it to involute with the absurd practice of celibacy or sexual abstinence inevitably become charged with those terribly malignant Poisonioonoskirian vibrations and, in the long run, put the abominable Kundartiguator Organ, “Satan’s tail,” into activity (an atom in the coccyx directs the creative force downwards, which internally becomes a kind of satanic tail or appendix).

So misfortune is always the result of such absurd abstinence. The consciousness of those people is asleep. If it were awake, they would be able to check for themselves, through direct experience, the enormous activity of the malignant Poisonioonoskirian vibrations in their Lunar Bodies (the ghostly bodies people at present have in the higher dimensions of nature) and they would eventually see with unspeakable terror the horrific development of the Kundabuffer organ in their submerged animal natures.

People who are sincere but mistaken do not want to understand that whoever wants to go up has to go down first.

Many mistaken ascetics live in the hell worlds, abstainers who renounced sex but had not first manufactured their Solar Bodies (the divine bodies with which one can consciously access the higher dimensions of nature) in the Ninth Sphere (sex): people who had not achieved their “Second Birth,” that birth of which Jesus spoke to Nicodemus.

The path leading to the abyss is paved with good intentions. The avernus is full of sincere but mistaken people.

There are many asleep pseudo-esotericists and pseudo-occultists in this sorrowful world in which we live who dream they have awakened, not understanding that the sleep of the consciousness still has them in its claws and that inside themselves there are vengeful shadows lying in wait for them.

Those poor people think they are enlightened and renounce sex, without first having worked in the Ninth Sphere, without having achieved the Second Birth (the creation of the Solar Bodies).

Mystical pride is a characteristic of the Pharisee-ic inner condition; those who think they are Initiates, holy and wise, without first having manufactured the Solar Bodies, without ever having worked in the Ninth Sphere, end up renouncing sex and developing the abominable Kundabuffer Organ.

Those sincerely mistaken people are very difficult to put right; they feel themselves to have transcended everything, they think they are Gods, and yet they have not even laid a foot on the first rung of the Holy Ladder...

Fertility Control vs. Birth Control

Scientists have discovered that the thyroid and the pituitary glands have certain very intimate functions that are related to sexual expression.

The prostate gland is located at the base of the bladder, surrounding its neck. This gland is where that seminal fluid, the Mercury of secret philosophy, is stored.

Ancient magician-physicians used to attach exceptional importance to the prostate gland, because the Hierophants or Kabiri of the Sacred Initiatic Colleges had since remote times considered the prostate as one of the most important organs for exercising High Magic.

The prostate gland exerts decisive influence on the vital fluids that circulate in the nervous system.

Many doctors have found through observation and experience that when a man’s prostate becomes inflamed he becomes irritable, neurasthenic and with a marked tendency to commit suicide. Were their prostates treated, many such individuals’ health could be restored and they return to their normal activity.

Very common among elderly men, hyperatrophy of the prostate is due to hypersecretion of male hormones. Basically, such hypersecretion is caused by overexcitement of the testicles by the gonadotropic hormone of the pituitary.

The gonads of women are the ovaries, the breasts and the uterus. Those of males are the testicles, the phallus and the prostate gland. Such reproductive glands basically turn out to be wonderful sexual micro-laboratories. It is unquestionable that the abovementioned glands have a double function, since they have external and internal secretion.

Although it is true that the ovaries produce the ovum, it is less evident that they also increte [secrete internally] a marvellous endocrinal substance that vitalizes women and makes them feminine.

It is true, effective and real that the testicles have the Ens Seminis (the entity of semen) as an external secretion in which the spermatozoa float. In fact, the latter amount to the vital germs of existence.

The intimate hormonal incretion from the testicle cortex is the wonderful power that gives energy to males and makes them essentially masculine.

A normal male is he who has normal male gonads. A normal female is she who has normal female gonads.

The ovaries very wisely regulate the distribution of calcium in women. This has already been proven.

An excessive number of pregnancies “because of circumstances,” causes the terrible cases of osteomalacia, or deformities due to soft bones, which are so common in the densely populated countries of the world in which we live.

It has been scientifically verified that when pregnancies are very frequent they truly exhaust the calcium reserves and so the bones are weakened. Any doctor can make it evident that many women suffer from trouble with their teeth during pregnancy.

In men, the testicles (also called interstitial glands) regulate the calcium in bones, giving them strength and stability.

Through many years of observation and experience, sages have been able to verify that males with very strong bones are generally very virile sexually.

It has already been fully ascertained by means of profound scientific observations that some of the endocrines act intelligently as accelerators of the sexual glands and that others diminish such action.

Eminent biologists, whom we cannot doubt, think that the thymus gland stops sexual appetite.

It is known that the ovaries release an ovum every twenty-eight days according to the lunar cycle. Obviously this female gamete is collected into one of the Fallopian tubes and is carried to the uterus, where it must meet the male germ (the spermatozoon), if a new life is to begin.

It has been proven that no force in life expresses itself in a more impelling way than the effort the male and female gametes make to meet each other.

Birth control is a crime; control of fertilization is a duty.

In these days of world crisis and population explosion there are three absurd systems around for controlling fertilization:

• A. Physical
• B. Chemical
• C. Biological

Included within the first system are: pessaries, spirals, condoms, membranes, etc, etc, etc.

The second system is comprised of spermicidal ointments that are arsenic-based, mercury-based, etc. (cellular poisons).

Within the third system are included anovulatory pills; ligatures of the Fallopian tubes or of the spermatic cord; Ovulen 28; Anovlar 21; Retex, etc, etc, etc.

It is obvious that not only do all the physical contraceptive procedures, which are one hundred percent mechanistic, cause often irreparable organic damage, but they also radically relax human ethics and lead to degeneration.

It is unquestionable that ointments of all kinds applied to the vagina produce chemical irritations and imbalance in the cells of the womb neck.

Undoubtedly, all biological anovulants, which prevent the fall of the ovum into the uterus, provoke an appalling imbalance of the marvellous Hypophysis-Gonad Axis.

All the contraceptive pills may result in diverse ailments in the female organism. Really, many contraceptives used by women can only produce cancer.

Some males have a vasectomy, and obviously, with that kind of operation, they cause serious alterations in all their organic activities.

It is indispensable that we understand thoroughly the tremendous power of those vital agents called lysosomes, without which the nucleus of the organic cell could not stay alive.

It is evidently manifest, clear, and positive that the stabilized lysosomes of the spermatozoon and the ovum generate healthy and strong babies.

The contraceptive pill and the other biological and chemical elements destroy the lysosomes of spermatozoa and ovum, giving rise to sick babies, lunatics, paralytics, deaf-mutes, blind people, idiots, homosexuals, lesbians, etc.

Scientists have been able to verify that the ointments applied to the neck of the womb with the purpose of blocking it destroy cellular lysosomes. The lysosomes thus destroyed are free to annihilate cells and cause ulcers and cancer in the vaginal walls and the neck of the womb.

Lysosomes in full harmonious activity inside the living cell constitute the foundation of existence.

Varied forms of lysosomes exist: amylases (carbohydrates); catalases; peroxidases; hydrases (hydrogen); Lipases; oxidases; proteases (proteins).

It is obvious that the lysosome in itself is an enzymatic electromagnetic center.

In the living nucleus of the cell is the K-meson which by radiating towards the periphery produces the intracellular lysosomes by the Law of the Eternal Heptaparaparshiknokh.

In harmony with the infinite, in contact with nature, the surface tension and the osmotic and encotic pressure of all the cells (red cells, spermatozoa, etc) reach equilibrium.

Detergents, insecticides, spermicidal ointments, drugs, hormones from animals, carbon monoxide, etc, destroy the lysosomes of spermatozoa, ova, etc.

Vital air far from cities, prana in forests, sun, pure water, etc, fortify and enrich the organism with wonderful lysosomes.

Certainly, lysosomes are the active agents of the vital stock (lingam sarira - the Vital Body). The physical, chemical and biological procedures in fashion for birth control destroy lysosomes, bring about frightening diseases and kill life.

The best contraceptive system that exists is to never reach the spasm, the orgasm of organic physiology.

Obviously, during “metaphysical,” or “chemical,” copulation (sexual alchemy), any ripe spermatozoon can escape and cause fertilization. There is no need to pour out thousands of spermatozoa to achieve one fertilization.

During the practice of the transmutation of the creative energy, if the procreation of another human being is desired, any mature spermatozoon can escape in order to fertilize an ovum, and that is all.

This is the only healthy system for solving the extremely serious problem of demographic expansion.

This is the key for controlling human fertility in an intelligent and harmless way.

Non-ejaculation is evidently a terrible sacrifice for lustful people.

Thelema (willpower) is what is required in order to withdraw in time, before the sexual spasm.

It is advisable that we state that nature does not make leaps; the student can and even must make the change little by little.

If we really want to consolidate, to establish, to utilize our system, I consider it necessary to start with brief sexual practices, of very short duration, from one to five minutes daily, at the most.

Later on we can certainly extend the time of each practice. Great athletes of sexual yoga are used to practicing the Sahaja Maithuna daily for an hour.

In no way is it advisable to begin with long sexual practices; the change must be made methodically and with very great patience, never being dismayed.

After some years of patient learning, the Sahaja Maithuna will become his or her normal function, the standard of his or her sexual life.

One of the wonderful advantages of our system is that it conserves sexual potency one’s whole life through.

The Caduceus

We need to transmute sperm into energy in order to awaken the Sacred Fire and make it climb along the spinal column up to the brain. Only thus will it be possible for us to develop all of our faculties and powers.

We need to work with that Caduceus of Mercury that we have in our spinal column.

Obviously, when we are able to transmute the sperm into energy, when we do not make the mistake of spilling the Vessel of Hermes Trismegistus, then the sperm that has not been ejaculated is transformed into Seminal Energy.

That energy, in turn, bipolarises into solar and lunar atoms of a very high voltage, which rise through two nervous cords twined along the spinal column, the two cords that appear in Mercury's Caduceus.  - Samael Aun Weor, from the lecture “The Esoteric Pentagram”

The vertebral column or rachis is harmoniously made up by the perfect superimposition of thirty-three vertebrae, forming a precious case for the spinal cord. It can be located with absolute precision in the posterior and middle parts of the trunk. Five parts or regions can clearly be distinguished in it: cervical, dorsal, lumbar, sacral, and coccygeal.

Out of the total number of vertebrae (“pyramids,” or “canyons,” as they are called in occult science), seven are cervical, twelve dorsal, five lumbar, five sacral, and four coccygeal.

Medical doctors know very well that the cervical, dorsal and lumbar vertebrae remain independent one from another, whereas the sacral and coccygeal ones are united with surprising eurythmy, respectively forming the sacrum and the coccyx.

A careful study on the vertebral column allows one to understand that all the vertebrae have a series of characteristics in common, while some other of their characteristics are unique to the vertebrae of each region.

A vertebra in itself is made up of an osseous mass or body, more or less cylindrical and which occupies its anterior part; from which two anteroposterior columns or peduncles project, wisely connecting the body with a series of protrusions called transverse, articular and spinal apophyses, and vertebral laminae.

Between these and the vertebral body, there is an ample orifice which, together with the other vertebrae, forms a roughly cylindrical duct or vertebral duct, well known to people of science. Inside this tube, the spinal cord is lodged in an extraordinary and marvellous way.

The vertebral body is more or less cylindrical, its surface being carved on a vertical direction at its lateral and anterior sides, while its posterior side is slightly carved in a transverse direction, constituting the tube of the medulla oblongata.

The bases of the cylinder, the superior and inferior sides of the body, are horizontal and somewhat concave, since they are obviously more protruding at the periphery than at the center, where they present many wonderful orifices, while the periphery is extraordinarily made up of compact tissue.

According to the yogis in the Hindustan, there are two most fine and thin nervous channels along the spinal column, which are called Ida and Pingala, and a deep channel called Sushumna, which runs inside and along the whole of the spinal cord.

Obviously, those specific nervous channels serve for the ascension of the sexual energy. Unfortunately, they will never be found with a scalpel, because they belong to the Fourth Dimension.

And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep, and said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof: and two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.

Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof? And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the LORD of the whole earth.  - Zechariah 4: 1-3, 11-14

The two olive-tree branches that pour out oil like gold through two pipes, are the two nadis Ida and Pingala.

These are the two Olive Trees of the Temple. These are the two candlesticks before the Throne of the God of the Earth. These are the Two Witnesses of the Apocalypse and, if anybody wanted to harm them, fire comes out from their mouth and devours their enemies.

The ancient wisdom tells us that Ida and Pingala tie up at the coccygeal bone and rise from there, like two snakes coiled around the spine, to the brain. Nevertheless, the very root of that pair of nervous cords is to be found in the sexual organs, as Sivananda teaches in his book Kundalini Yoga.

In males, Ida starts at the right testicle and Pingala at the left one; in females, that order is reversed starting at the ovaries. The secret doctrine teaches its disciples that Ida is of lunar nature and that Pingala is solar.

Hindustani yogis assert that Ida is intimately connected to the left nostril, and that Pingala is connected to the right nostril. Although that order is reversed in women as mentioned above, the result is the same.

The Gnostic Movement teaches its disciples that during the esoteric practices of sexual transmutation, the lunar atoms of the seminal system ascend through the nervous channel Ida while the solar atoms ascend victoriously through Pingala.

Profound research has allowed us to understand that Ida and Pingala end at the frontal region in between the eyebrows, forming a gracious knot and continuing from there as certain subtle ducts that start at the root of nose through very thin osseous canals, where some nerve endings are stimulated, that in turn receive stimulation during certain esoteric practices.

Ultimately, such channels connect Ida and Pingala with the esoteric heart, a wonderful magnetic center located in the region of the thalamus.

The esoteric heart is the capital center that controls the physical heart. The chakra of the tranquil heart is controlled by the capital chakra located in the thalamus.

Wise esotericists in Laya Yoga say that in the region of the thalamus is found the mysterious nervous channel called Amrita Nadi, which serves the specific purpose of connecting the esoteric heart with the famous Anahata Chakra, the magnetic lotus of the physical heart.

Ida and Pingala, continuing to the heart through this mysterious set of subtle channels, connect the sexual organs to the cardias.

Further research has allowed us to understand that the Amrita Nadi has (besides other functions) the very singular function of connecting the esoteric heart of the thalamus with the thousand-petalled lotus located on the pineal gland, in the upper part of the brain.

The spinal column is that cane like a measuring stick of which the Book of Revelation speaks; it is Brahma’s rod, Aaron’s staff, Mercury’s wand with its two coiled snakes.

The spinal cord ends in a kind of swelling - the medulla oblongata - which is not fixed to the brain but floats in a liquid medium, so that if one receives a knock on the head, its force is absorbed by the liquid and the medulla is not damaged.

Salvation of man lies exclusively in the spinal cord and the sexual energy; any other way is a lamentable waste of time.

A Transmutation Practice: Ham-Sah

There are diverse esoteric systems for transmuting the seminal entity into sexual energy. Certainly, the most powerful one (the Arcanum A.Z.F.) has to be performed by a man and a woman - we are talking specifically about the Sahaja Maithuna, sexual yoga, White Tantra; elsewhere we will give all the details for that practice. Now, for the moment we are going to explain an exercise that can be practiced by single people as well as by those who are married. I am going to tell you the technique just now; please pay attention...

Sit down comfortably: the eastern way (cross-legged) or the western way (on a comfortable armchair). Relax your bodies as children do.

Inhale deeply, very slowly, and imagine that the creative energy rises through the spermatic channels up to the brain; mentally pronounce the mantra HAM like this: HAAAAAAAMM.

Exhale, short and quick, as you pronounce aloud the mantra SAH: SAAAAHH...

Undoubtedly, you inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. While inhaling, you “mantralize” the sacred syllabe HAM (mentally, since you are inhaling through the nose); but you can articulate the syllabe SAH with sound while you exhale.

The marvelous symbol that in the East makes the chaotic waters of life fertile is Ham-Sah, the Third Logos.

Usually, the sexual forces flow outwards from the inside in a centrifugal way and that is why there are nocturnal emissions; when you have a dream based on the Sexual Center, there occurs an emission, a loss of sacred sperm or spermatic liquor...

If one organizes one’s vital systems and instead of propitiating the centrifugal system, uses the centripetal system, that is, if one makes the sexual forces flow inwards from the outside through transmutation, then there are no emissions even if there may be erotic dreams.

One needs to organize one’s sexual forces if one wants to avoid emissions; such forces are closely linked with one’s nourishment, with the prana, with life - that is obvious. Therefore there is a profound relation between one’s sexual forces and one’s breathing, so that when both are duly combined and harmonized, they bring about fundamental changes in one’s physical and psychological anatomy.

To make the sexual energies “re-flow” inwards and upwards in a centripetal way is what matters; only thus is it possible to produce a specific change in the office and functions that the sexual creative force can fulfil. During meditation one needs to imagine the creative energy in action, making the energy rise to the brain in a rhythmic, natural way by means of vocalising the mantra HAM-SAH, not forgetting to synchronize the inhalations and exhalations of air in perfect concentration, harmony and rhythm.

Let us make it clear that inhalation has to be deeper than exhalation simply because we need to make the creative energy flow inwards from the outside; that is, we need to make exhalation shorter than inhalation.

With this practice there comes a moment when all the energy flows inwards and upwards. Clearly, the creative energy so organized - in a centripetal way - becomes an extraordinary instrument for the Essence, a means to awaken consciousness.

I am teaching you genuine White Tantra; this is the practice used by the Tantric Schools in the Himalayas and the Hindustan; this is the practice through which one can achieve Ecstasy or Samadhi, or whatever you want to call it.

They have spoken much about the Illuminating Void and clearly we can experience it ourselves. It is in that Void where we can find the Laws of Nature as they are in themselves and not as they seem to be. In this physical world we only see the mechanism of causes and effects but we do not know the Laws of Nature in themselves, whereas in the Illuminating Void we can recognise them in a simple, natural way, just as they are.

We have been told that a suction pump is needed in order to form a void; we have such a pump in the spinal column and the channels Ida and Pingala through which the creative energy rises to the brain. We have also been told that a dynamo is needed; we have that in our brains and strength of will. Finally in any technique, obviously there must be a generator; fortunately, our generator is the creative organs, sex, the sexual force.

Having the system and all the elements, we can form the Illuminating Void; the pump, the dynamo and the generator are the elements that we need in order to achieve the Illuminating Void in meditation. Only through the absolute Void can we get to know that which is real.

In fact, the Illuminating Void is produced because the creative energies flowing inwards from the outside, impregnating the consciousness and eventually making it leave the ego and the body. Extracted from the ego as if out from a bottle, in the absence of ego and outside the physical body, the consciousness undoubtedly goes into the Illuminating Void and receives the Tao.

Therefore, the creative energy combined with meditation serves to awaken the consciousness. Unquestionably, it draws the consciousness out from the ego and into absorption in the Illuminating Void.

Meditation combined with Tantra is tremendous. HAM-SAH is the key...
