Hello. Thanks for keeping up such a great resource for students.

This page has instructions on how to do ham-sah pranayama:

http://sacred-sex.org/methodology/techniques-for-singles/141-ham-sah-pranayama.html

But In this lecture (http://gnosticradio.org/lectures/lectures-by-topic/meditation/267-the-fuel-for-spiritual-experience-2-pranayama/view-details), the speaker teaches the same technique but adds that after holding the breath, we should visualize the energy going from the brain to the heart.

Which one is correct?

They are both correct. The first article you referenced does not explicitly state that the energy facilitated through the mantra "Sah" goes to the heart, but it does. Elsewhere in the literature of Samael Aun Weor he explains that it is necessary to send the transmuted energy from the brain, from the solar "Ham" to the heart, through the lunar "Sah." Does this answer your question?
