Hello,
could you please recommend some pranayama for beginners?
Does a "slow, long, deep breath, retaining of the air as much as comfortable, exhale" pranayama is sufficient, or should I use imagination also while doing it? It s confusing. Feels like it works, but I m not sure at the same time.
