Elementals

Question

In the book alchemy and Kabbalah  pg30 there are mantras in order to work with the sylphs (exorcism) . I would love to utilize this exorcism but I&rsquo;m not comfortable pronouncing those words without knowing what they mean . It&rsquo;s hard to have faith while vocalizing with out knowing what I&rsquo;m saying . Is it possible to get an interpretation? Lastly , Is there other exercises that can be done in order to be in contacts with the elementals .

The Spirit of God moved upon the waters, and breathed into man the breath of life. Michael is my guide, and Sabtabiel my servant, in light and darkness. May the breath and the governing spirits of the air and the sun harness the team of my heart and thought, and by the right eye. Be ye exorcised, creatures of air, through the pentagrammaton in the name of the tetragrammaton, in which there is firm and upright faith. Amen. So be it.
