In the book alchemy and Kabbalah pg30 there are mantras in order to work with the sylphs (exorcism) . I would love to utilize this exorcism but I’m not comfortable pronouncing those words without knowing what they mean . It’s hard to have faith while vocalizing with out knowing what I’m saying . Is it possible to get an interpretation? Lastly , Is there other exercises that can be done in order to be in contacts with the elementals .
