I have started doing headstands and felt great before my first period after practicing it. During my "moon" days, although I've paused all inversions , I am feeling very uncomfortable and heavy in my abdomen and back. I feel weak, want to sleep a lot, not to go to work, etc. It wasn't always the case before.
Please can you advise whether headstands and inversions are really good for us, and are they practiced by Gnostics? If so, what's the best way to practice them? There is a lot in the internet, but I wanted to check with you.
