can I use these tips of Mr. Benedictus for that? now it's summer and you know...the girls like to dress in this way...and to make lazy people like me (who do not meditate) to suffer.
I suffer a lot for having this lust in my heart and not letting me to enjoy some peace, is meditation the only way to stop this lust taking control of my eyes? some times I pray to my divine mother to teach me how to look, when I do it, it helps, but when I forget it, its terrible. I suppose this is the first step, during the day, how long will it take me to achieve the comprehension of this lust? and finally the annihilation? :)

This has nothing to do with time. It is only a matter of willpower.

You are the one who decides how to use your senses and your energy. If you use them to feed your lust, you add to your suffering. If you want to stop suffering, then do not feed its causes.

Control your lust. Do not feed it. Meditate every day.

When you are in pain, pray.

Real change does not come through wishes or complaints, but through making better choices.
