What led me here was because I wanted to find the truth. And I wanted to know more about Gnosis since it involves a lot of everything. I'm not too clear on the approach of the awakening of the consciousness so I was wondering if someone could explain how Gnosis, logic, and experience all interlink. Whether if we need logic to apply Gnosis into experience, or if experience and logic is needed to apply Gnostic teachings, or just one, etc.

Also, I would also like to know about a common experience that many students of Gnosis have that led them to continued guidance of Gnosticism. Rather, what is an experience of gnosis that one can have for a solid affirmation of its teachings?

Questions that I would like clarified to qualm my skepticism of this site's Gnostic teachings is the use of Samael Aun Weor's constant quotations on this site. Or, why does the site revolve so much around his teachings. Not to discredit his teachings, but what is it that gave him credibility that his teachings of the Great Arcanum would differ so much more than the other religions? He also claims himself to be Kalki, which I do find difficult to see.

Also having to do with the rules of posting, if it is pure knowledge or truth that is being taught, why should one worry about where the source came from, or about plagarism as this community should be encouraged to be free of personality and closer to the truth? The only reason I see a need for a citation is when a person wants to know the credibility of the source, which then again should not pose a problem if the teachings are clear and an experience can easily come of it.
