I often have my right nostril clogged, making pranayama very hard to do, if not impossible. Blowing my nose doesn't help. I was wondering if you have any recommendations for my problem. I try to avoid chemical medical products, as I am not sure they are recommended long-term. Cleaning my nose with that little pot and salt water doesn't seems very appealing either :D.

It is enough to lay down on a bed for a few minutes with the hand opposite to the clogged nostril under the head, stretched. Some people sleep this way. This stimulates the nerve under the armpit corresponding to that nostril, as master M says in "The Dayspring of Youth", clearing it.
