What is a good way to start the day? I think transmutation and studying the Bodhicaryavatara.
What is a good way to end it?

Can one travel with the vital body or is it only a storage of energy? The self-remembereance is to remember that we are in the body? when we travel with the astral or mental body, should we try to remember that we are in that body?

When traveling in the fourth dimension, one can do so with the physical body in Jinn State, alongside the Linga Sarira. When traveling in the astral and mental planes, one must be aware of the astral or mental bodies so as to take full control of their psycho-somatic and ultrabiological nature. When operating in different vehicles, we need full lucidity and cognizance of those vehicles.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
