In countries like South Africa, HIV is rife and it is highly encouraged that couples use condoms all the time. How do HIV+ couples practice Maithuna, or even if one partner is positive? I believe that alternative means like Pranayama are good but not as effective as sacred Maithuna.
Does this mean that these people will have to await for another humanoid rebirth in order for them to have a chance to practice?

If in a marriage, one partner is HIV positive, to practice with condoms is better than not to practice!
