Well I have health issues that can be overcome. But its so difficult. This is really getting in the way of my spiritual work, which I really want to do.
How would I go about creating health as a gnostic? Are there any specific books I should be reading?

Samael Aun Weor gives remedies for hundreds of different ailments in Occult Medicine and Practical Magic. Unfortunately the print version is sold out right now but a new edition is coming later this year. In the meantime much of it is available for you to read online.

I tried the poppy seed and wine cure. This just really relaxed me. It didn't put me to sleep. Should I continue drinking this? I've had chronic insomia for a really long time. I feel stuck. I have to see a doctor, but I know he's gonna place me on meds again.
